Location was ideal. Property was clean. Nothing. It was perfect.

I'm very please and happy with this Location The Breakfast was one of the best In the location of El Paso I usually come to El Paso twice a year I will for sure come back here.

We were put in a room right above the pool. When you first walked in, it smelled so strong of pool and was very humid. There was left over trash on the floor next to the couch. They ran out of bacon at breakfast. The hotel was 8 floors, and we were placed on the 3rd floor. The elevators took FOREVER and were on the smaller side, we had to wait a few times as the elevators were too full. We love staying at Embassy Suites as its very spacious and accommodates our family of 5 but we will not be staying at this hotel next visit to El Paso.

There was a severe leak in our room in 2 different locations and when we told staff repeatedly they didn’t do anything about it or offer any resolve. The hot tub was shut down. Our key cards repetitively didn’t work. It was a disaster.

The staff was amazing! They went over and beyond to help me feel comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms were not up to par. The sheets had stains, the room had an odor, and the tables weren’t cleaned. The issue to me is both rooms we were given were the exact same way.

I wasn't able to get my room clean,house service got there around 4:30pm and I was getting ready for my event. I asked then to come back in 30 minutes and they never came back. I was staying in a handicap room and the toilet wasn't sturdy it wobble, the bed sunk in the pillows were also sunk in. It was very uncomfortable stay for the price I payed for.

The jacuzzi was not working which was the main reason why I booked the room here

The breakfast was amazing everything hot, also you can have omelet made by a chef, the house keeping was very friendly. We stay in here in 2 times the first one was perfect but the second visit the room they give us had a Smell of cigarette we tell to front desk and they give us a new room, no Smell but once in the room the outlet next to the beds wasn't working, the telephone wasn't even connected i mean the line no to the electricity

Hot tub was turned off, breakfast was horrible and took long, the rooms are good.

Breakfast ran out before the scheduled time, and they had no additional food available. There was little variety of items, and the coffee was bad.

Breakfast! Maintenance staff! Reception staff. The floor was stained, room was HOT, fire alarm was hanging off the wall, very dusty, found an object left by a previous guest, and there was mold in the A/C vent.

Breakfast was good! The rooms were nice and clean! Highly recommend! I wish the pool was open later but thats just my preference.

Tiny restroom and their listings lie about what type of beds you will be getting until you get to the property! I reserved a room with a king bed and a queen bed and when we got to the property they told us they don't have any rooms available like this.

Me and my family have stayed here multiple times and its always a good stay. The hotel is amazing and the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are big and spacious.Its always clean and the 2 complimentary drinks at the bar are a plus.

The rooms needed dusting as there were a lot dust bunnies on the picture frames and on top of the bed frame. The ironing board needs replacing . Overall the place is run down though, it was given a face lift.

It was a nice stay but the AC was not cooling our room. It was set to 75 and sounded on but was not blowing air. Breakfast was also a bit rough, the buffet was ok but the line for the cook took FOREVER. The cook seemed to not want to serve the guests and was taking forever.

The bedding was subpar. The sheets were too small for the bed. The traffic noise from the highway was noticeably audible. Very little hot water in the morning. The attendants at breakfast were slow to refill, no hot tea bags. The trash was overflowing. No ice in the coke dispenser. The quality was noticeably lacking compared to the previous stays at your hotel. We are looking at other hotels for our next visit.

Nicest hotel we have stayed at in El Paso. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Gotta love the views from the balconies. The bar there was really nice and you get two free drinks per person per night.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. My problem was with the breakfast staff and housekeeping. I was told bacon was only for omelets. They refused to give me some on the side. They even told me they didn't have any bacon. They had some for the person behind me. So I told her to give me some of hers. Housekeeping did not clean my room. I came back to the room after the concert and did not have a towel to wash my face. The front desk sent some up right away, but the worse thing was they had rough sheets and towels. Housekeeping placed a double bedsheets on a king size bed. It was way to small. Loud music played outside in the parking lot. I was on the 8th floor and I heard it. I had to call the front desk to complain. He sent the security guard to investigate and it stopped. I don't like to tell people how to do their job. I expect it to be done right. The hotel is old and in need of an interior paint job. The front desk staff were their saving grace.

The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond. I forgot my phone charger and was hoping to buy one at the little store, they didn’t have one, but the staff member went looking and found one that she lent me. The charger had seen better days, but it did the job. I really appreciated it. N/A

General areas were fairly clean Room smelled of mildew, shower faucet leaked from hot water faucet, shampoo/conditioner dispensers were empty. Housekeeping missed a day and never washed the glasses for drinking water all week.

Disappointed that we did not find out about the pool being closed until we arrived. The indoor pool is the main reason I picked this hotel! I was given the option to cancel at no charge, but we just traveled all day and I did not have the energy to go “hotel hunting” all over again. Plus they shut the water off a full hour early than the posted time and this delayed our plans for the day because we had to wait for the water to come back in to shower.

Picked this hotel specifically for the managers reception what used to be 2 hours free drinks now a 2 drink limit, also choose it for the pool and hot tub as we have bad backs and wanted to relax on our trip just to get there and find out they were out of service, the bed was not comfortable as it used to be which ultimately hurt our backs to where we were not able to attend any of the events we had planned on going. I would think for the amount of money we spent for this trip we would of had a better experience

Our suite was spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast was outstanding and plenty of options. The only bad thing was that we can hear a lot of noise traffic from the highway.

The breakfast was great well the omelet station. That i had to pay extra to park in the parking lot. That the pool was down. That a room with queen beds only gets one wash cloth. That they could have put out biscuits and gravy instead of the pancakes.

The hot and pool was closed during our stay! That's one of the things I look for when booking a hotel, was very disappointed!

We didn’t have a remote control for 2 days in the bedroom and on our 3rd day our room was given to someone else. She had access to the room, I’m glad we were there when this occurred.

When we complained, the staff was indifferent. Stating only that they had a full house. Plys the parking lot was so filled with trash i was uneasy leaving my car parked. There's more, but u get the idea. Awful place I'll never stsy there again!

It would be nice to have the pool area with a little more ventilation. the hot tub jets didnt work and someone shut the power off to it so the water was cold, until we noticed it and turned it back on. The breakfast was great, the cook was super polite and quick. Happy hour was good. Staff were on point.

The outside and lobby/ dining area is fine other than a few scratched up tables in the dining area. My room on the other hand seemed to be last on the list of any renovations. The ceiling was stained. Very old furniture. When we walked in, all the cabinet doors were open which was very odd. There also was a bag of take out containers in the corner. It was as if someone had been in the room just hanging out then left in a hurry.

Room was spacious and pretty clean. Staff was friendly. Love the cocktail hour and the fact that they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Only problem was that I called the front desk to advise the tv in the living area was not turning on and the tv in the bedroom wasn’t getting most of the channels and they told me the maintenance person would go up and check on it after their break but that didn’t happen.

Stayed for one night in January but El Paso can be warm even in the winter months. If you sleep hot like me, you prolly will not have any sleep. They have a swamp cooler and not referigerated air. Did not enjoy my sleep. Additionally their pillows are also overly soft, the air just goes out of it and flattens as soon as you put your head on it. Room was however clean and breakfast was good. Will most likely not stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. From a variety of made to order omelets, to the classic, Texas shaped waffles. Indoor pool closes and midnight and opens at 0600. This was what made us chose this hotel over the others. We plan on returning here every time.

It was lovely. Except, I called a couple days before and advised clerk that instead of 5 guest it was only 2 and I asked if price would change and clerk said yes after she changed it in the computer. We got there and clerk at front desk said yes notes were put in and it lower from 197 down to 164 but I was still charged 212 dollars. So when I saw what was charged I asked and no reason was given. Also we wanted to use the pool and it was out of order. For the price of the stay was too high for things like the pool being out of order and couldn’t use it! We should not have paid 212 and 164 was still high for not having what was advertised.

The overall state and cleanliness of the room was very nice. Just a fair warning the beds are very firm, so if you like a more soft plush bed, you might not sleep as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Last time we stayed there was a huge cockroach in our room. It was dead but still gross. This last time we had no hot water the morning of check out so we had to leave without a shower. We have stayed here for over 25 years but maybe it’s time for a change:( breakfast bar isn’t kept us and it’s just not the same sadly.

This was not my first time staying at this hotel. Everything was as I expected—excellent.

Great place to stay. First night hot water was not working until late late in the evening, everything else was great. And the maintenance came as soon as they could to try and fix the water issue.

This was the most expensive hotel of our trip around New Mexico. We only stayed one night before flying out of El Paso, it was absolutely the most disappointing!

This is the second time I stay at the El Pado airport Embassy Suites. Both times several of my family members from different cities have stayed here at the same time. We love breakfast and the complimentary happy hour and the pool. Customer Service is EXCELLENT. I will stay here again.

Hated my stay here. Flies everywhere, the snacks had flies every time even breakfast. They stop serving breakfast at 8:57am instead of 9am. The bathrooms are super small. Parking sucks have to share with ihop. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location of the property is convenient and central. The hotel itself is nice on the surface updated furniture in the lobby and room. My problem was that my room was dirtier than I would have liked. Carpets had large crumbs on the edges of walls and around the bed. The room had a large tv, fridge and microwave which was nice. The pool and hot tub are indoors and nice. They have a good breakfast layout with a made to order omelette bar. Elevators are a bit small and take a while to come when called, overall average experience good bones but cleanliness could definitely could be improved on.

We stayed on a Friday night Saturday night, Sunday night Monday night leaving on a Tuesday morning. When we arrived, there were multiple cars out front that were checking in in the drive up area. Watched all these people get out, grabbing their suitcases and stuff and walked upstairs to the room left everything sitting right there. Once we got checked in the process was very simple and very painless and check in staff was very friendly. I was told when we checked in that they were completely booked for the next few days due to a youth basketball tournament. On that Friday evening and Saturday evening the hotel atrium and the swimming pool area sounded like a casino. The quiet time starts at 11 PM at 12:30 AM. The noise did not diminished at all. When we came back about 10 o’clock, we we we’re going to go to the Jacuzzi and we noticed that there were a large number of kids in their unsupervised both in the Jacuzzi and a swimming pool area. We contacted the manager on Duty at the front desk. I did not get her name. And the only thing that they would say was thank you. They did not engage customers at all. on Saturday evening, it was the same thing if not worse. We noticed that the switch on the Jacuzzi was removed. Later, discovered that the Jacuzzi has been out of service broken and all works at this level since April. Our hotel room felt like it was used, not cleaned/reset, and lightly picked up to make it seem clean. There were left over pubes/hairs in the tub, around the toilet, and on the bed. Certainly felt like someone was there before, used it, got reassigned and never reset. Didn’t find any bed bugs - so that’s a plus. I always stay with Hyatt Place and I regret not doing that since it’s literally next door.

Wonderful hotel and amazing indoor pool. Usually our favorite hotel. Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken and the housekeeping staff slamming the doors over and over again at 9am was NOT a nice way to wake up.

Johnathan who checked is in was very accommodating and polite. I wosh I grabbed the bar tenders name because she was amazing too! This was our second stay at the Embassy and overall was a pleasant stay. We were disappointed by the gym, the water was shut off for 3 hours and it looks like theyre renovating the place which it really needs. Other than that its still a gorgeous place. Safe environment and close to almost everything in El Paso!

Great location for our needs.

First night stay did not have hot water. The next morning manager upgraded our room and made it right. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was really good as well. The jacuzzi switch was missing to put on the jets so that was a let down.

The knob on the spa was broken. It was an easy 3 dollar fix but was not done. Also 8 dollars for uncovered park or security parking is a little much but otherwise a great experience.

We also each received two free drinks at the bar. I would book there again.

Upon looking at the property online and how it stated it was recently renovated, I would disagree. We got placed on the first floor and our room was very gloom and dark. The bathtub was moldy and dirty along with the shower head. I am not sure if the other floors were cleaner and renovated, but I did not feel comfortable in the room we were staying in. It felt very gloomy and dark with minimal lighting.

This property was very filthy and not kept up with. The cleaning staff was very rude. The rooms were very dirty and we never would get the proper amount of towels for the room that we had rented.. and there was never enough food in the morning. There were always running out of supplies. I complained to the front desk and they would always tell me that a manager would get back to me which they never happen. on top of it the first night that we got there one of the elevators had had maintenance earlier and had paint stripping chemical on it, and there was no sign that it was out of order. My husband got a chemical reaction from that and my daughter that has asthma. Also got some breathing problems. Embassy suites are known for their elegance. This particular one is very rundown very outdated. I will not be staying at this one ever again.

Seems as though hotel was updated a few years ago. Still needs quite a lot of work. Bathroom was dark and smelled like mildew. Surrounding area was questionable as a few places were abandoned. Elevators were kind of scary as well. Overall I’d recommend staying elsewhere

This is my favorite place to stay when in El Paso.

The room was outdated and the bathroom was DISGUSTING. There was mold in the shower and behind the bathroom door was not cleaned. I should not be worried about feeling dirtier after a shower but I was. I little bit of Clorox and scrubbing goes a long way.

Probably one of the oldest Embassy Suites because everything looked and felt old. The bathroom was very small. The toilet felt like I was sitting on the floor. The sink felt like it was knee high. All the paint in the elevators was scraped off. The old wallpaper in our room was peeling off. Breakfast and staff were great!

Clean, decent free breakfast, and staff was very efficient and kind. Super close to airport, parking was plentiful and free. Had a late check in around midnight and front desk was staffed and quick with the process. It IS pet friendly, which is fine with us because we are dog people, however there WERE some barking dogs in the middle of the night during our stay which did wake me up. To be expected at a dog friendly place, but something to consider.

Our check in time was 3 PM. I have traveling all night., I didn’t pay attention to the details as I booked the room. The guy at the front desk said to give him my number and he will call as soon as a room becomes available. 30 minutes later, he calls me letting me a room is ready. How great is that!! They are great! The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious . Next time I come back to El Paso I will definitely stay here again!

Service and people were amazing. But room wasn’t the cleanest, bathroom wasn’t very big. Ac didn’t work very well was extremely warm even after turning it down never got cool. Lighting in the room wasn’t very good as well. Asked for maid service to be done at 10 but never got it done which I understand busy but it was just disappointing then only given 2 towels for 2 adults and 4 kids made no sense. Breakfast was amazing thought.

Great stay! Hot tub, gym and free breakfast was very nice. Also the free drinks at happy hour was a plus too. Make sure to bring cash to tip the bar tenders.

Embassy sweets are always a really nice hotel to stay in, lots of room for the family . Its a good place to be.

Breakfast was great, lots of choices with made to order eggs. The overall condition of property is run down, old, and in poor repair. The layout of room is big but with a very small and cramped bathroom. This hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt as a new, modern hotel.

We enjoyed staying at the Embassy suites. The evening reception and cooked to order breakfast is what we typically look forward to, and we were not disappointed. On this visit, we were able to select our room the day of our stay. Very nice.
