Radisson Hotel El Paso Airport

Check in counter was extremely overwhelmed and took me longer to check in than my entire flight to El Paso. Room key cards kept on failing to work so we had to go back to the front desk to get newly cards 4 times within 2 days. Staff was nice and helpful, but the lines were really long and just a poor experience overall.

The place is clean, staff is excellent, attached restaurant is so very delicious. My only complaint was the water pressure is less than I would prefer but overall place was GREAT!!!

Rooms are clean and beds are OK. They DID NOT do our room. The RESTAURANT IS TERRIBLE. They tried to OVERCHARGE us. They DID NOT DO our room. The ladies at the front desk make you wait and wait. The service at the restaurant and the food are terrible. This hotel apparently still live by the business method of fooling the client in order to make a profit.

I always stay here when visiting family and they are always extremely helpful. Their accessible rooms are perfect for my mom who uses her rolator to get around. Plenty of room and bars in the restroom. My daughter loves their swimming pool area and there's an indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. I have not had a negative experience with the property or staff.

Came for the BTS concert and had a blast! The staff were amazing and helpful with recommendations and giving travel tips for us first timers to El Paso. We will definitely be back!

No information on the bar. The room had a weird smell to it. The beds were doubles and Im 6'2 260 and it was way too small for 2 people. The maid knocked on my door at 9am and checkout was at 12. The vending machines didnt work

They charged me an extra day because a jacket was left behind. They lied ans said that a suitcase was left but when we went to get the jacket they said nothing about a suitcase. Horrible customer service, they made us wait over an hour to talk to the manager and all she did was lie about everything, to the point that her own staff apologized for her actions!!!

Only compliant was i guess there was a kids birthday party so the pool was full of little kids with only 3 adults watching them while they keep leaving and coming back (indoor Pool) also the walls were thin so the room upstairs was up all night running all night and loud thumps

The room had no toilet paper (luckily we brought our own), the bathroom door would not close unless we slammed the door shut, and the coffee maker spit out coffee from the sides, spitting hot coffee on my hand. The bed was nice and comfortable, but I’m very disappointed in our stay. We had two other previous stays where the hotel was amazing and staff was fast and helpful. Don’t think we will be staying here again.

Some issues but the staff was able to accommodate the problems. First room the ac was out, second room had a clogged sink and clogged shower tub. Very friendly staff for the most part and things happen sometimes so it’s understandable. The overall hotel was clean, and appeared in decent condition. They were quick to attempt repairs. Overall, I would use them again due to the staff and their efforts to correct the issues. I’m sure it was a fluke, and I would not expect this to be a regularly occurring inconvenience. Otherwise it was a nice place at a reasonable price. Well lit parking area with on-site security that actually patrolled. If you’re staying more than a day, I would request more coffee packs in the room, as they only service the room every two days.

The shower head needed to be replaced and the room smelled very dusty. The hotel could use lots of upgrades. At check out a receipt was not provided and when asked I was told I could get it from the 3rd party the reservation was booked with.

We called the hotel and asked if we could check in early (1.5 hrs early) but we were told it was going to be a $45 per hour fee. We got there 10 minutes early but we were told our room wasn’t available because it wasn’t clean and to come back at our “regular check in”, my husband told them that was in 10 minutes and they said to come back in 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes we were told to come back 2 hours later because there wasn’t a room available for us!!!! We drove over 7 hours and wanted to rest but we were given the runaround. Would we have gotten a room if we paid an extra $90??? Make it make sense!

We stayed one night at the Radisson. Overall, our stay was okay. The room was clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. However, check-in was delayed. Our room was not ready at 3:00 PM, and we were told it wouldn’t be available until around 4:30–5:00 PM due to a system issue. There were several guests waiting, which was inconvenient. The pool area could use better maintenance—the water looked cloudy—and there were many adults drinking alcohol in the jacuzzi, which made it less comfortable for families with kids. We’ve stayed here before and had great experiences, so this seemed like an off day, but the delayed check-in was disappointing.

The property is worn out a bit butoverall

The rooms are stuffy, old and dirty. The telephone was not connected. The furniture in the room is old and used. The reason I rented a room for the night was because of the indoor hot tube and it didn’t work!! The water looked dirty inside the hot tub and indoor pool. Very disappointed. Will never rent a room anymore.

Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad.

We stayed here as a Staycation, and it was great. Our kids really enjoyed themselves. The staff was friendly; the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

If you're up for some unplanned exploration, stay here. The front desk forgot to mention my room was in a totally different building. After a hike to get there, I discovered my pull out bed was missing linens. Then, after multiple phone calls, endless promises, and a 45 minute wait, I went back downstairs, where they claimed they didn't have any to give me, and told me to just wait in my room for them to be delivered. Imagine my surprise when a very nice security guard walked out with the exact linens I needed right from behind that same desk. It was a wonderful ending to driving 15 hours, ready to go to sleep, only to have to wait another hour before I actually could.

First thing as I got there at 2:50 pm 10 mins before check in time they told me my room was not ready, that I had to wait. They told me I had to wait 30 mins , after 30 mins passed by I went to front desk they told me I had to wait another 30min to an 1 hr so they can have it ready . I went back at 4:30 and finally it was ready ! Ok so far I understand it was busy but as soon as I enter my room I can tell my room was not well clean , One of the beds had eyelashes stick to the fitted sheet and another one in the end of the bed . There was trash on the floor on the sides of the bed ( they were cover with the skirts of the bed) 2 hand towels were dirty and had stains , 2 big towels also had Cheetos stains or that’s what I want to believe it was . I talk to the front desk and also by text and they didn’t care at all , they told me they were going to go and change the bedding sheets and never came by. I had to ask for extra sheets so I can put them on top so I can put my kids to sleep. I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED of this stay ! For sure I’ll stop recommending this hotel!

This was my most pleasant stay to date. I come to El Paso a few weeks out the year and I’ve almost always stayed here. Quick access to airport. Near a ton of restaurants. Nice and quiet. Awesome fitness center. Never used either pool but they seem nice. Free washers and dryers. It’s an all around nice facility

I was lucky to get an upgraded room through hotels.com and enjoyed a larger room; the bathroom was huge with a separate soaking tub and shower. It was great to pop downstairs and grab a beer at the bar; friendly staff at the bar and front desk. I spent some time by the pool; it would have been nice if there were more sunny spots; it was really shaded compared to what the pictures showed online. Thankfully it was not a busy day when I was at the pool. It was the perfect location close to Fort Bliss to visit my son. I did not hear many airplanes being so close to the airport.

Check in was terrible. Front desk staff rude. Room was not ready at check in. Staff left me standing around waiting to be checked in but never said to come back after room was ready. I overheard another lady try to check in with someone else and she actually told that guest sorry and offered the bar or food as an option while waiting. The lady helping me was typing like she was checking me in but after standing there for 10 minutes and me asking her if she was almost done with my information she got rude and said i can’t check you in until room is ready. She could have said that from the beginning. Very poor service

Please note that the refrigerator was turned off and lost my food that we put in it. Coffee machine also not plugin in order to use it had to move it

The room was clean but quite dated. It's ready for a refresh that should include brighter lights that allow one to work on the room, especially because the hotel lacks a business center.

Hotel itself was well maintained and staff was great, but once we got to our room it reeked of cigarette smoke and some kind of spray. It some what masked the smell of cigarette. Wasn't a big deal since we only stayed one night. Otherwise I would have requested to move to another room.

The room was nice. We had a suite on the 1st floor and even though it was not up at the front by the excitement, he had a door we could park by and use our key to get in that made it quite convenient. There were plenty of nice outdoor seating areas, and the lobby was also pretty. Very convenient to the airport and we used the airport shuttle going and coming and it was quick and the drivers were both pleasant! Lots to do and plenty of restaurants nearby and an Applebees in the parking lot. The only negatives are that they tried to charge us $40 for early check in because we arrived at 12:30 from the airport. And they said our room was ready. Never had this happen before with all my traveling. Also, most lobby's have free drip coffee and the coffee bar was set up in the restaurant and there were no cups. So we asked for one and they charged us 5.00 a piece! Nothing fancy, just starbucks drip coffee that we had to serve ourself. Crazy!

I gave a 4star review because the heating/cooling didn’t work, it would randomly start basting heat throughout the night until we’d get up to turn it down again every few minutes.

Our room also had a sofa and reading chair with lots of lamps and charging stations.

Worst stay I ever had . Got accused by the shuttle driver that weed was being smoked in my room just cause he saw my husband smoking outside, my husband might of had the scent on him . But that's a big difference smoking in the room and having the scent on ur person . Second. I started calling the since 10 pm for blankets I call the gentleman at the front desk asking where my blankets were at @10:30 this smart jerk said they are delivering blankets to other rooms and they will be coming to my room soon ,how many other rooms didn't have blankets wow ,sounds like they had a few people they were delivering blankets to wow , Shouldn't all rooms be ready to go with blankets in all rooms that are clean ready rooms ? Mind you my 7 year old layed on the little couch with no blankets until I woke up at 1am the blankets still weren't delivered wow. The front desk person Sammy has no communication what so ever mind you my phone was broken in the room only worked once so I had no phone to call and ask where my blankets were I had to get outta bed at 1am and walk to the front , if that was the case I could of went to the linen closet and got my own . They offered a free upgrade, the hell with that I would rather not return. Please DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND RENT HERE. I KNOW I AINT THE ONLY ONE HAVING ISSUES WITH THE FRONT . THIS PLACE DEFINITELY NEEDS AN UPGRADE.

This is a great place to stay if you’re flying out from the airport. It’s very convenient, clean, excellent staff, great shuttle transportation to the airport, you can walk out of the hotel and get food. I always book a room there when flying from the El Paso airport.

The room we were given had been remodeled very nicely and the bed was comfortable. The vinyl plank flooring they used is really thin and soft in spots. We were on the first floor and you could hear every footstep in the room above us. If we stay here again, I will ask for a top floor room.

We (3 couples) reserved 3 rooms. Long front desk line. One front desk person. The first room - key didn’t work so she returned to the front desk for another key, which also didn't work. One of the staff who was near her door "reset" the lock so she didn't need to return to the front desk a third time. The second room - key worked, but the bed was unmade, so the room was either still occupied or not cleaned. After waiting in a long line to get a new room, the issue was resolved. Third room - key worked but the room was occupied or not yet cleaned. The management of this hotel appears to be a disaster... this is a basic hotel function that was BROKEN! The hotel decor is old and worn. The staff polite but tired and understaffed. Parking convenient. Airport shuttle worked great.

Hair on the bathroom and shower floor. Crumbs next to the bed, by the couch, and under the table.

The staff member (Angelica) was not very welcoming or helpful. The room we were moved to after requested upgrade was very out dated and had a smell to the room. We have stay here in the past which is why we chose this location initially. We will not be returning.

I didn’t like that the property allowed someone to know which room I was staying in. Other than that no complains.

The bathroom was dirty. There was mold in the shower and the floors were filthy. One of the rowdy people in a room across the hall called my daughter a ni**r, they were cursing, yelling, and banging on the doors all night. I called the front desk twice. All he told me was that he would ask them to hold it down. I don't think he ever did, because this continued all night and I was not able to sleep. I requested a different room also, but did not get one. The phone in the hotel room did not work and I felt unsafe.This was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel and I will not return. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had high expectations for my stay, but my check-in experience was frustrating. While the property was clean and well-maintained, the front desk took about 15 minutes to process my check-in, and the staff member seemed unprepared, repeatedly running my card as if unsure how to handle the transaction. I was also disappointed that I wasn’t offered my VIP access, despite having paid for my breakfast. In addition, cafe offered a special lunch deal (a Philly cheesesteak), which turned out to be unavailable when I tried to order it because they had it posted on top of the bar. Overall, these issues detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay.

The room itself was nice and comfortable. The outdoor pool was closed while we were there. The onsite restaurant was clean and the staff in all areas were nice.

Found a great deal on expedia. Hotel placed us in an outside room. Airport is right outside our door. Wish we could have had an interior room. Used their laudry machine and was an inquisition to buy their laundry soap. Room was nice experience was okays1.

Had to call twice for shuttle pick up. It took nearly 25 minutes to get picked up from the Airport. I had previously asked for a room far from the elevator as I was going to be arriving late and wanted a good rest but unfortunately i was placed directly infront of the elevator.

The only drawback was the beds were a bit too hard.

My only complaint would be their check-in policy. After a long day of traveling from NJ, I arrived 20 minutes before the check-in time and was told by the staff that I would have to pay a $50 early check-in fee or wait 20 minutes to check-in. This was very frustrating as my room was seemingly ready and the staff had no one else to assist. I begrudgingly waited 20 more minutes in the lobby to check-in. I travel frequently for business and leisure and have not been asked to pay an early check-in fee if my room was ready and was reasonably close to the check-in time. This is an Expedia VIP property and I have Platinum status but if I find myself traveling to El Paso at an earlier time in the day, I may think twice about staying here if I need my room earlier.

We especially appreciated the clean gym and really enjoyed spending time at the pool—it was perfect for relaxing. Overall, everything was well taken care of, and we felt very welcomed during our stay. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

The hotel has a nice atmosphere. The room was comfortable, clean and had a lot of space. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. We used the outdoor hot tub one day and it kept shutting off on us. My husband went to the front desk to get more coffee for the room, and he must have been misunderstood and they sent him to get a coffee at the restaurant. The restaurant wanted to charge him. He asked if he could charge it to our room and they said they don’t do that. I haven’t been to a hotel restaurant that wouldn’t charge to our room. He didn’t have his wallet with so ended up giving up.

It’s an older hotel, noisy, AC constantly resets to a hotter temp than I set it too. They have an event center in the middle where f the hotel which makes it noisy, had people talking loud and screaming in the hallways in the middle school f the night. While the hotel is nice and cost effective I would not recommend staying here if you need to get a good night rest.

We were looking forward to our little family vacation and right upon check in, first room the bed base was broken, second room had a bug on the pillow and the third room the AC wasn't cooling. Finally the 4th room was ok. Not one offer to make our stay better like breakfast, coffee or anything for the inconvenience.

My 15 year old daughter almost drowned in an incorrectly depth marked pool and room service was atrocious. There were no towels when we arrived, the room was hot and to get the AC to work correctly there is that maintenance had to show me a trick to get it to work.

I stay here every time I come to El Paso. It’s a great hotel and conveniently located. I’ve always had a great experience, but this last time not so much. It took a while to check in because no one was to be found at the front desk. Turns out they were sitting in the back. They only came out because the phone rang. I loved the room location this time. Unfortunately, the room was only cleaned 1 time over 6 nights and I think the one time is because I complained half way through. I’ve never had this problem before and the service has always been great. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. This time they just seemed distracted and uninterested. I’ll still stay here in the future unless I continue to have a similar experience.

However, this trip the front desk staff was very disappointing and their incompetence took precious time out of my trip. I was assigned room 100. Found it to be occupied when i opened the door. Yikes! Next, was assigned room 101. All was fine until i returned to my room that evening and was locked out. Front desk looked up my reservation and said I was supposed to be in room 103 instead (not the room i had already stayed in for a night). I still had another night and requested to stay in the same room. My key card was reactivated and I stayed the second night. Fyi. My room was located where construction was happening right across the street. The back up beeping noise from their equipment was constant all day and annoying as I was working in my room. The issues with room assignment are concerning as a hotel is in the reservations business! I expected better from Radisson!

Be warned that if you book a two night stay and last minute things come up and you can't be there until the second night, you will be marked as a no show and your room sold.I paid for two nights and don't understand why the room was not mine for two nights regardless of when i arrive during my stay?! I did call the first day to say i couldn't make it until the next day.I still needed a 2 night stay so i booked the following night as well, which made it two seperate reservations.This was exceptionally confusing for the guy at the front desk! I asked if i could stay in the same room for both reservations and was assured that would be fine. I went to the room i was assigned only to find it occupied when i opened the door. Back to the front desk to tell the same guy this news and he was puzzled saying that room showed as available.Sent me to the room next door to that one and all was fine for my first night. Next day, i left at 3 pm and returned at 6 p.m. only to have my card declined at my door. I called the desk and a woman told me i was booked for room 100. I explained that i was assigned room 200. She said that wasn't the room number on my reservation. The first guy never updated it, nor was that the room he sent me to the previous night, lol. I had to go to the front desk to get my card reactivated to get in my room.

Because of an illness in the family, I needed to plan a trip with only four days lead time. I always book my hotel on Hotels.com, they have never disappointed me. The price of the Raddison was pleasantly surprising, so I booked it. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. While the mattress was not as comfortable as mine (no hotel mattress is), I slept very comfortably. The only thing that was a slight issue, was how small the pillows were. I would stay here again.

The stay wasn’t good at all, upon arrival I had asked for the couch to be turned into a bed and made, I had to ask 5 time before it was done, they didn’t even make the bed because they said it wasn’t their job, I had to make it myself, I had asked for towels and we’re never brought to me, I kept having to ask for things multiple times, each time I stay here something happens, the last time I was here I had to keep getting moved rooms because my door wasn’t closing and they wanted to down grade me rooms, I always get the suites and they wanted to down grade me rooms, I will be going to Marriott from here on out. Very upset I can never enjoy my stay in El Paso!!!!

From the moment of arrival at the El Paso International Airport and the shuttle service driver Raul picked us up from the Radisson Hotel, we couldn’t be more pleased. The hotel lobby was comfortable and inviting and the front desk service made us feel so welcome. The facility was busy with dedicated employees that reflected in well maintained grounds and hotel rooms. The Radisson is a definite contender the next time we visit the El Paso area.

The front desk lady was very kind and accommodating, but the room had a strange smell and the shower head was turning yellow.
