The room was gorgeous! Amazingly clean. The newly remodeled rooms have lighting above the headboards. We could not figure out how to turn them off. I called the front desk twice. The first time, I was told it was the middle button for the bedside lamps. 2nd call, "it is the middle button, just look for it, it is not easy to see. You'll find it." The button was actually behind the phone. Someone may want to inform the night desk person.

The hotel and the staff were amazing!! The only bad thing about this hotel was the price of the food. I refuse to pay $17 for a side salad and $30 for French toast and water…totally ridiculous. Thank goodness there are a lot better and cheaper choices within walking distance.

I would like to see the store stock some Imodium. The food in town is kinda spicy. Lol

The staff was amazing. We were in town for the BTS concert and they did their best to accommodate early check ins while also preparing a room for people to get ready in for those that weren’t checked in yet.

Check-in at 4 pm was delayed due to our reserved room not being ready. We were able to check in after 6 pm. Our room was not cleaned the next day. First desk wasn’t helpful and didn’t provide clear, concise answers — especially regarding delay to our room being ready, when it would be ready or any apologies for inconvenience.

The property itself was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It had a mini fridge that worked perfect with our stay. It had also had close access to a-lot of restaurants nearby and right of highway. Nothing, everything was perfect.

The room and the facility was great. It was clean and well kept. Especially for construction being done. Theres a lot to do in the area but there is too much traffic to get in and out easily and there are nicer areas in el paso to stay. Nothing on website about pool being under construction. Stayed specifically for this so highly disappointed in that.

To start off the sink water wouldn’t go down. The heater didn’t work and it was extremely cold. I had a baby and we couldn’t sleep well. The two nice cause it was cold and at the moment they said that they didn’t have anyone to go check out the heater also I left my flat iron there and no one has returned my call

I booked a King room, but when we got to the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms with two queens available. I accepted that to be true and although disappointed accepted the room with two queen double beds. When I got to the room, I was curious so I got on Hotels.com and realized that I could have still booked a king bed room at that time. A few hours later, I tried again to see if I could book a king bed room for that night and again the king bef room was available. This was an absolute baiting switch by the desk clerk and a very disappointing experience. Not only were there two cranes in the bed instead of the king. It was so tight and cramped that it was ridiculously uncomfortable. You're a lot of hotel airports in El Paso, and the Marriott is one that I will surely pass up in the future.

We are a family of four. Checked in at around 9:30pm. Got unpacked & ready for bed at about 12:30 our neighbor started playing very very loud music, I waited it out for about 30 mins then called down to ask if there were any restrictions on music & they told me they would call the room to ask to lower music. Music was lowered but definitely not enough

There was a screaming child in the room next to ours. We requested to be moved to a different room. We were moved to 2 different rooms on the 5th floor and the rooms and hallway smelled damp and dingy. The rooms were significantly humid and the bedding was damp. The room was very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The bed was so comfortable and the hot water worked excellent. The only issue I had was that the hair dryer did not function at all. I actually needed it. But it was not a big deal.

We stayed here three nights and just about froze every time we entered the hallway to our room. I mentioned to the front desk that it was extremely cold in the hall and she just laughed. I think it was probably 50 degrees. The room was fine. The bar was extremely overpriced ($23 for a single glass of white wine!). There was no breakfast included in the room charge. The place was conveniently located near the airport and some breakfast places (Village Inn and Dennys), but we left as soon as our 3-day contract ran out and headed for Hilton Tru, a much better value.

I was already disappointed when the pool heat didn’t work the second night. The pool was dirty and there were towels everywhere both times we went. I was already disappointment when the lock to the back room in our room was on the outside of the door. I was already disappointed when the shower in our room took almost an hour to get hot. But on our second day when my 13 year old son found a condom wrapped slightly tucked under the edge of the bed that he has been sleeping in for the last 2 nights, I am not only disappointed but disgusted. I am not the type of person to typically leave a review unless I receive exceptionally GOOD service. Upon check out when I asked, very politely to be put in contact with a manager I was met with disregard as expected. I will take this as far up the chain with Marriott as I possibly can.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and fairly comfortable. Some of the outlets were out of order but there were plenty of working ones. The food is overpriced and poorly presented, and half the parking lot was blocked off, but the stay was overall pleasant and the airport noise is quite minimal. Location is convenient and we would stay here again.

The minute I opened the door to our room I stepped on a huge cockroach. No closet so there was not a place to hang our clothes. Lighting was terrible. Room felt like you were staying in a dungeon. Very disappointed for the rate we paid.

it’s extremely convenient from the airport

I concierge suite experience which was extra than a king size. I got there. She said they didn’t have concierge service at this hotel and be in my room so when I ask them to rectify it, I have stayed for 761 days at Marriott in the last eight years. I asked for the manager and she was busy in a meeting. I asked to have her call me and she did not. I would never stay in this hotel if it was the last hotel on earth.

Its been almost 30 days since my stay and i STILL have not been refunded the $50 deposit the hotel charged at check in. My bank wont refund it because its still pending for them and the hotel still needs to release the funds, ive made several calls to the hotel and their billing department and i only get a voicemail. Shady work from this place.

Rooms are small but nice. Ordered room service and it was terrible. The chicken breast they gave me looked to have been cooked in the microwave. My daughters pizza was 70% sauce and not a good sauce. It was awful.

There was no soap in the shower, the bed was okay, and I hate that there’s carpet flooring everywhere it grosses me out. The pool was cool though.

Comfortable rooms and great location. My ONLY complaint is they charge for WiFi if you are not a Marriott member. I am a member but it seems silly to me in this day and age that if you don’t want to join their program you have to pay $13 for standard internet.

My family and I stayed at this hotel, and it was a great time. I love how we were able to watch Netflix, YouTube, or cable TV. I also appreciated the beverage accommodations for decaf coffee and herbal teas, which included creamers and a variety of sweeteners. The staff was also very talkative and friendly.

I spent the last night of a 10 day trip back to Texas at this hotel. I decided I wanted to stay in a nice hotel for my last night instead of a cheaper one. This hotel was very nice -- very clean room -- very comfortable bed -- great shower. Nothing.

It was located near the airport and check in and check out was easy except for unexpected fees. The room was clean but there was no microwave in the room. Didn’t like the standing shower cause it leaked water on the floor of the bathroom, which towels are provided for that. But hotel was nice and quite and slept well.

The hotel seems recently renovated. The room design is very sleek and modern. I only wish they had an indoor hot tub or that the pool was heated since it was cold weather during our stay.

The only thing i liked was the friendliness of the bartender and it seems like the last 2 or 3 times we have stayed at this property the AC never cools...and the one time they moved us to another room and this time they told us we had no choice but to stay couldnt bring us a fan knowing we had kids in the room it was so uncomfortable and the people in the next room were so loud in the morning they did nothing to make it right for our stay.

Our second time at this location within a month, it was last minute on our 2nd trip so we decided to stay again, hoping this time it would be better. The beds are hard and uncomfortable and pillows are worn out. The air in our room the first time was too hot, this 2nd time was too cold; no matter how we changed the thermostat. The 1st time the refrigerator was broken, 2nd time it was out on the side and on the floor which was weird. The water in the pool 1st time had so many leaves in it and we couldn't access the outside because of it; 2nd time was way too cold. Hours for pool changed on us the 2nd time, it was closed in morning. The first time, we ordered at the bar and our food never came, wait staff played it off like it was nothing and drinks were way too expensive. No breakfast options at restaurant either. We gave it two shots and we most likely will not be staying again.

For my friend and I - It was disappointing to stay here. We Expected more. One key. One wash cloth. One menu in the restaurant. One tea. Asking for a second menu, another tea.. it was like they never heard of such a thing.. internet is $15 extra per day. No coffee in the lobby. Seems like they used everything as a reason to charge you more. The physical premises were well cared for.. not the customers. Not a bottle of water. Nothing extra to make one feel valued. Just constant “extra charges”.

We reserved a room for our daughter, who confirmed a late check in/arrival multiple times with the hotel throughout the day. When she arrived last night, the hotel staff informed my daughter that the were overbooked and rented out her room. At 2am, we had to make arrangements at a different hotel. Horrible customer service and we will NEVER recommend Marriott to anyone. Shame on you Marriott!

Friendly staff and room cleanliness are super important! Hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle staff was very polite.

Property is undergoing renovations but they don't interfere or interrupt with your stay, room seemed recently renovated. Pool was warm and clean, but shows some age in some areas, great overall. Only downside is I asked for an extra towel and they ran out or so I was told and didn't get later neither, just weird.

The property was across the street from the venue I was attending. It is very convenient to the airport and several restaurants and stores. The staff was good, as was the service. The only problem was the smell of new paint that permeated the hotel.

Booked a room with two queen beds. At check in they said there were no more rooms available with two beds. Needles to say the night sleeps was not very comfortable.

We reserved at double queen was told by the lady at the front desk that it was first come first serve since we reserved thru a third so we ended up with a one bed queen then thw hotel key card system was down an s was rudly told i would have to be escorted to my room so maintenance could open it everytime i needed in being back and forth from hospital made it really inconvenient and the poor customer service at such a expensive hotel was sad to say the least clerk uttered as i walked away guess he dont want a key??????

A little outdated on the crown moldings you could see the cracks. Also on the bar area there was visible leak damage but other than that we loved it.
