The heat in El Paso is at times VERY bad... I had to work, so I couldn't take the family out to a water park, so I got a hotel with a pool so we could cool down a bit. The staff was GREAT, very helpful and willing to make it all happen. Our room was clean, smelled good and all linen was clean. I was able to work on my business emails, phone calls and planning. The pool was bright and clear, enclosed and safe for kids. The issue was the AC in the hotel room. The AC kept blowing hot air, and I heard from other guests that they had been complaining about that, too. I was hopeful that as the day went by, and once the sun was down it would cool down, but it did not happen. My family, and even my dog (which is great that they admit pets) were VERY uncomfortable. Instead of staying the night, we ended up leaving at around 10pm. Front desk staff was comprehensive, and we know it's something out of their reach. They couldn't accommodate us in another room since they were taken or unavailable. If only the AC would work well, I would return during the summer.

So we asked for a refund and left.

Even the manager is not helpfull. Specially the old lady at the front EXTREMELY RUDE!!

Long story short, I will not be booking there again and had the worse experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I would highly recommend booking elsewhere as you will not get a refund if anything were to happen during your stay..

Lock key was hard to open. I was told that I was required to pay a refundable $50 cash ONLY fee. No toiletries available. No continental breakfast and no water to drink. The place has poor maintenance and looks like it’s led to run down. To top it off front desk are rude and with an attitude.

They took a cash deposit faster than a casino takes your money, and somehow mine disappeared into another dimension because I never got it back. Stayed 5 days spent the first 3 playing pioneer simulator with no hot water. Nothing wakes you up like an ice-cold shower and regret. The bed sheets looked like they survived multiple crime scenes, the bathroom looked abandoned by humanity, and the breakfast… honestly, I’ve seen gas station hot dogs with more nutritional value and dignity. Then I took my kids to the pool thinking we could at least enjoy that. Nope. We were welcomed by a bunch of drunk dudes hotboxing the area like it was a music festival instead of a family hotel. I ignored the bad reviews thinking, “Maybe people are exaggerating.” Turns out those reviews were being generous. At this point, a truck stop bathroom and the backseat of a 2004 Corolla would’ve been a luxury upgrade. If I could give this place 0 stars, I’d ask for a negative option.

They broke in to my room the manager or lady from the front did not call the cops or called me they thought it was ok packing my things and putting. Then in their laundry room.. so im missing a laptop, tablet, iPhone, ànd a few other things.

Nothing at all the hotel was dirty and right at check in, I was informed the hotel did not have hot water and I have not received a refund.
