I have had an amazing experience no complaints

They need more fix an clean space an the pool been close for awhile

I don't appreciate that I paid for the day on 6/8 and was kicked out because of new management and was told if I wanted to stay I would need to pay again

Staff were super friendly here, but the rooms were not so friendly.

The room was clean- ish. The mirror was broken and had a huge crack down the center. The tub was “patched” with grey cement. The bed was so beat down, my husband slept in a hole in the mattress. My main concern was the massive cockroach in the room. It was already late and we had no where else to go or I would have left. Never left a hotel feeling gross before

The floors were dirty and nasty along with the bed sheets with multiple mystery stains. When we asked for different sheets, they also had a set of mystery stains. The bathrooms were unkempt and it had hair and stains in the shower with the weak water pressure. It lacked any basic amenities like tissues, hangers, etc.. There were what looked like multiple bullet holes in the curtains. There was no leniency for early check-in without a fee and we were only there about an hour early. We would not stay here again.

The room was very outdated with holes in the bedding. Door got stuck locked . No shampoo or body wash if you wanted to shower. Had to ask for toilet paper. Beds are small. Sink was falling out of place very outdated and paint was peeling.

The remote control, or the TV was not around. The bed was too hard the door gap on the front door you could see daylight smoke detector or clogged up. I unclogged them.

This property was beyond repair. The room was not cleaned, the mattress had a spring sticking out that poked me while I slept, and there always black mold in the bathroom. And to top it off, they knew how bad this place was because they had a very suspicious sign at the front desk basically stating "no refunds for any reason". Terrible experience overall

I booked a room through Expedia with a fridge and microwave. Although the room was nice enough, those two amenities were not in the room. :(

I was disappointed, because i ask for extra pillows ,they told me no, then the room was not ready. Also when i was there two cacaruche come out they where pretty big. The bathroom was not so clean. For the price i pay for staying there really disappointed

The rooms are definitely use some updating. The bathtub and shower curtain need to be replaced.

The room was ok. Some of the towels had black stains on them. The toilet seat had urine splashes. The towel rack was broken and it felt into the toilet when I grabbed the towel. Only one pillow was provided without a pillow cover. Also the people in the room upstairs were extremely loud. You can hear everything on the bottom floor.

Not enough towels, toilet paper and no hair dryer. For what I paid it wasn’t worth it but had no other choice since all the others were booked. Waited an hour for the room to be ready. No Kleenex either. The beds were comfortable but had to be careful they wouldn’t slide off the board. It could use some upgrading.

Me and my daughter got bit by bed bugs, its so embarrassing trying to explain to my kid what a bed bug is. I would never ever stay there and the tub was rusted. Oh and there's no pool if you taught you were gonna go in the pool it has water but is so dirty omg! Totally let you know dont risk it.

Air conditioning worked great. But our stay in a “deluxe” room with 2 double beds was very uncomfortable. No blankets were provided (the “comforter” is more like a sheet) and limited pillows (4 thin ones), toilet paper (no back ups, just one on the roll), and towels (2 thin and small towels, could not even cover myself up with one) BOTH the comforters had holes in them, shower curtain was stained with blood, fridge was a mini fridge and lacked space, floors were dusty (dust storms are common in the area), and the space was less than I needed for my family of 5. Pool was closed “due to dust storm breaking the filter”.

The manager said he had one room ready to go and it was already cleaned. If it was already cleaned, there must be a new definition for clean bcuz I found an advil pill next to the bedroom floor, the shower had pee stains, and the small switch light didn’t work. They don’t pick up the trash. They don’t clean your room. They allow other guests to smoke weed and play loud music all night long. The AC did not work well.

Went there for the pool. Their pool was slimy green and closed. Nothing about it on the site he didn’t tell me until Lea second after I paid and i immediately told him u couldn’t stay I only came for yf pool He informed me no refunds we left called hotels.com and went somewhere else

Even though my room had no TV, it worked out because Im in the middle of research for my Doctorate degree, so I was able to focus.

Got my room at around 10:00 PM. When I went to receptionist to get more toilet paper at around 11:50 PM, the office is close with a note stating that all rooms are booked and the receptionist left and will be back 7:00 AM next morning.

On the check in there wasnt a reservation on their system, personnel said there is a common issue with booking.com that didn't confirm them for reservations doing through them, obviously didn't respect the price booking gave me. Room wasn't clean.

I am traveling with my daughter and her fur baby. Asked for a room on the bottom floor as I am unable to walk up stairs. I was given a complete handicap room. It was dirty. The was a man under the influence of drugs hanging out on the upstairs floor. Made us feel very uncomfortable. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Had loud unruly people and it took them untill 1 in the morning to call the cops and get them out so I had to put up with 3 hours of yelling, fighting and screaming.

When I asked for housekeeping to clean the bathroom that was nasty and change the comforters that were not clean she came in the room, I spoke with her and expressed my concerned she left and did not returned. I went to my daughter’s room whose room was just as filthy and smoke detector was broke, waited about 25-30mins went back and checked on my room it was still untouched. Walked out to hear the lady lie over the walkie talkies. We did not stay. I did not even take our belongings in the room. I asked for a refund and was refused one because I signed a promise to stay contract when they advertised a clean room.

It’s an older Motel 6. The room was clean if you were traveling by yourself and your female just be aware that it is in a high traffic area and there are transient around. I am a 56-year-old female and did not feel unsafe, but I also lived in El Paso for many years, so I’m familiar with the area.

At 930 PM my room was not ready. Reserved a double queen with fridge and microwave, it ended up in a single queen with no fridge and microwave. They ended up putting a very small fridge in the room for my medicine to stay cold. Entire place was old and dirty. The bath tub was disgusting. Stay somewhere else. This place is horrible.

The front desk was very friendly & that’s the only reason for the 2 stars. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, there was hair everywhere! The “clean” towels had hair all over them as if they used those same towels to wipe the sink area. The shower curtain was disgusting.

You definitely get what you pay for. Comforters had burn holes, shower curtain has a large pink stain. The bathtub had hair throughout, also a ring around the tub. I would consider this a place to just close your eyes.

After a disastrous stop at the e racist motel 6 west in el paso and having to find another hotel at midnight, it was very refreshing to check in the way i always do 30 nights a month with my official mexican id,, and not be harrased or hassled t o show a passport... thank you front desk

The room was filthy from the floor up. It felt and looked like it had not been properly cleaned in months. Even the curtains were filthy! The door did not close properly. One could see the outside! I advised the front desk clerk, but she didn't even try to offer me another cleaner room. Had she, I would have stayed. I don't think the situation could be improved upon.

From the stains and cigarette burns on the bed spread, to the holes in the floor, to the holes and multiple patches on the bathroom door that was about to fall off, to the stained walls, no hangars, no water glasses, and general uncleanliness. We asked the front desk person for another room but the only option was the room right next door to the office which was worse. She said these were are only options even though the hotel was not nearly full. Even though we have stayed in multiple Motel 6 in the last couple of years, never again. We realize Motel 6 is a budget priced hotel and we travel with a small dog, but this was horrible. The company should be ashamed!

There is a heavy police presence, which isn't bad... It just makes some people feel uneasy, I suppose.

The room was clean, and great parking, but a main reason I wanted to stay was because they had a laundry facility. When I asked about their laundry room, they stated that they removed it a while ago AB’s have not updated the amenities with the site. That was very displeasing.

The room was clean but smell heavily of a mixture of smoke and disinfectant. The bed sheets had stains on them making me think they were not clean so I did not sleep in the bed but on top. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in it. The bath tub drain had an uncomfortable amount or rust on it so I didn’t use the shower either. Lastly the address location takes you to a Motel 6 directly adjacent to the actual location. Not a big deal but something to note.

The comforter was stained and had several cigarette burn marks on it. The bathroom door was broken There were several broken down cars in the parking lot. I was exhausted from 16 hours of driving and it was midnight when I checked in. That is the only reason I didn’t demand a refund and go to another hotel.

The room had insects, cockroaches and crickets, in the bathroom. The bed appeared to be made… pulled the sheets open and there were hairs, dust and bodily secretions. The toilet did not flush. Expedia needs to delete this facility from their hotel roster. It is that bad. I do have videos that will back up my comments.

Our room key did not work and so the staff member came to help and she couldn’t open it either. She was rude but moved us to a room without a tv. TV is something that is important but it was sold out and there was nothing else. The entire experience was less than ideal. We stay at this place often but will not be returning.

I specifically called a couple of days ahead to let them know that my plane was arriving at 5 AM so I needed to be checked in at 6 AM. The instruction was to rent a room for a day before I arrived. That way I could check in at 6 AM when I got there on November 13 at 6 AM. I was told that my reservation had been canceled because I didn’t check in on time. After speaking with an agent from Expedia, they were able to accommodate me, but the room that they gave me was not cleaned. It smelled, and the door wouldn’t lock.

The linens were clean and they came every few days to switch them out. The pool was clean and well maintained. It was very busy but people kept to themselves. I think it's important to note that this facility is pet friendly so you your furry family is welcome to come. The staff was very friendly. They offered coffee in the mornings in the office. There is ice, soda machines and snack machines. The location is right off of the highway and there are several options for food nearby. Within walking distance is a Chinese buffet, gas station/store, Whataburger and Denny's. Just a little drive up the road is a McDonald's and a Walmart.

Been out home for two weeks be a good stay.

There were cigarette burns on the covers, the neighbors were outside drinkingand making noise until the middle of the night. The restroom was filthy Just a dirty room. Would not recommend.

They need to upgrade their beds because some people have back issues and those cheap beds will do a number on your back. Lots of cockroaches and bugs outside and some inside. Not satisfied overall. There were also homeless people hanging around property so watch out!

Very good hospitality by the front desk personnel. The room restroom needed more attention in cleanliness, but overall I'd stay there again and economically priced.

If you don't have your own transportation, the only eating place was Chinese. It is OK for one night stay. This place is for truckers and crash for one night. No hair dryer and limited amnesties. Felt like what you get for what you pay.

I know children cry and can be loud however a child screamed bloody murder for almost an hour at the pool between 9-10 pm. People or his family were there but did nothing. No one answered at the office when called.

The first night I was there the room above me was being very noisy banging a hammer & a power tool. I called the front office & the noise stopped for a while & then it started up again. They had to move me rooms the next day but never offered anything for me being exhausted!!!

Terrible stay, key to hotel room wouldn’t work, bathroom was dirty and tub was broken had cracks filled with caulking, bed sheets were dirty and had many stains on them. Had to go to Walmart to buy pillows. Will definitely never ever stay here again.

Wow! Baffled. I have ALWAYS stayed here. Most of all cuz pets r free and no deposits etc! Thats still same. They r so called "REMODELED". Ugh. Light fixture, to save owners on electric bill, sucks. U can see picture. U cant see a damn thing. What is up with the bathroom too. I think i got a handicapped room. Pool was clean, but didnt want to open it. They did offer coffee. The area seemed filthy. Not staying here again to save a misley $20! How sad. The staff is ALWAYS super nice though.

Shame on Expedia for having a property like this and promoting it. Dog poop and human poop at many places, dirty bed sheets towels, there is nothing except the lobby that appeared in livable condition. Homeless people hanging out everywhere. Just unbelievable that a motel like this is allowed to be under a franchise.

This motel is always clean, comfortable, and has friendly staff.

This is not a resort motel, but I wasn’t in town for a vacation.

The mattress was lumpy. I needed rest to continue with my travels. Unfortunately I woke up at 5am with back pain!

The room itself was okay, the bathroom was not maintained and needed maintenance in various areas (bath tub, walls). The floor though out the room was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. The place is fine if you are staying just for a night, any longer would not be recommended.

The girl behind the front desk was a sweetheart, very easy check in. However this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Holes in the ceiling, filthy walls, and the bathroom door was covered in something I don’t wanna know. All around the room was grimy and the area it’s in isn’t the best. About what you’d expect from a 50$ room, even though I’ve stayed at a lot better for even less.

This property was disgusting. The room we reserved said it was “non-smoking” and the room reeked of smoke. My daughter is allergic so we couldn’t stay there, the front desk was no help so we lost out on money by having to find another hotel to sleep in. There was a lot of shady individuals outside and did not feel safe. I would NEVER EVER rent a room here again! I rather sleep in my car….
