    Y receipt was not emailed to me, I should have asked for. Printed copy. I’ve been on hold now for 20. Invites waiting to speak with someone to get my receipt. The bar tenders at both the rooftop and Dome bar acted indifferent. The rooftop bartender left the bar and I walked up, returning with some supplies. He didn’t say, I’ll be right back or anything. He just left and there was no one there!

    We love staying here when we have to drive from az to San antonio. This time we didn't get any champagne at check in. Boo. We ate at both restaurants. Great to see our pet could join. But no area for dogs outside.

    Honestly, I'm usually not a fan of hotels because they often don't feel very clean to me, but this one exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, conveniently located, and having multiple restaurants on-site made everything so much easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I also enjoyed the coffee shop and the late-night entertainment performances. My only complaint was the pool—it was quite small and much colder than expected, especially since it was advertised as a heated pool. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

    I liked the ambiance of an old time luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had two dinners at the hotel. The Sabor was very good and a little different. Enjoyed the meal and service. The other dinner we had was at 1700 Steakhouse. Again the service was excellent, but the meal did not meet our expectations. While good, it was not excellent, and my steak was much cooler that I would have expected in a quality restaurant.

    I’m not sure I was say this is a family friendly hotel. At the pool, we encountered folks vaping, drinking, and scantily clad. If I ever return to El Paso, I would probably look elsewhere. Breakfast isn’t included, and there isn’t much in terms of stores around the hotel. Overall, the staff was great and friendly, just not sure it was what I was expecting.

    Beautiful Hotel in general. Architecture was grand. But, rooms need a little cleaning. Our bathroom was dirty with grout missing, lots of hard water stains and the shower floor was poorly repaired. Bathrooms are my pet peeve, they need to be CLEAN! The exterior windows were pretty dirty. When you book a nice suite with a view, you want to see the view! Most of the room looked nice otherwise.

    When the front manager heard it was our anniversary, he found us a much better room than the one I had reserved (which I'm sure was great as well). The room was phenomenal. The view from it was brilliant. We woke to a beautiful Texas sunrise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at every turn. We wanted for nothing.

    Lovely and romantic staff is great dome room bar is great breakfast in the Mexican themed restaurant was fine. Parking is easy breezy whether self or ballet. Note ignore my star for free breakfast. There was no free breakfast. There is room service breakfast and the restaurant is good.

    Awesome location. Room was clean (and I am the type that strips bed and checks for bugs. I also sanitize the room. It looks like they have hard water so shower had hard water stains but nothing gross. Coffee maker in room. Beds comfortable and very quiet.

    The valet were extremely welcoming & nice. We appreciate their effort & kindness. Only negative thing is it was quite chilly waiting for our vehicle maybe get bench seating near the windows (in front of sabot) just a suggestion. Or room was nice & clean. We really appreciated the great water pressure & keurig machine. Staff went above & beyond to get us a microwave for use. Only complaint was the food at Sabor that we prepaid for when we booked and that there are only 5 luggage carts for use for the entire hotel!!

    The best time to enjoy El Paso downtown is during their winter festival when police blocked off the center of the city where this hotel is located, and allowed people to walk and enjoy the lights and musics. Special thanks to front desk Jordon and Montana, and Dante at the restaurant. They’re wonderful people who gave us warm welcome and hospitality.

    The hallways are not vacuumed, the rooms are dirty, and there is trash throughout the property. The staff is unprofessional and does not seem to care. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards of the “Autograph” brand they claim to be. Very disappointed.

    I liked the shower more than The plaza hotels shower. And I liked the TV, Netflix and YouTube capabilities unlike the Plaza, I loved the stay bur Just one suggestion... It needs better lights at night and better darkness during the day, I wanted to wake up at 10 am but the courtains don't hide the sun very well... I stayed at a corner room for context.

    Staff were very lovely, and the renovation of the property is wonderful. We were given an ADA room for some reason, which wasn't necessary or as functional for us. The bed was atrocious--one side dropped down when we sat on it like an inflatable, it was way too soft and noisy whenever we moved. It was also very noisy from the floor above us. There is nowhere to set anything in the bathroom. For the billing, it wasn't nearly as special as advertised.

    Felt place was renovated but not really upgraded for the price. Stayed here before renovation nothing different except new sheet covers. Dining was nice but was in convenient when I added breakfast to check in and was not told till what time and ended paying a hundred dollars more. They also charged more for incidentals deposit and didn't return till end of the following week when I paid hotel upfront psid for will not stay here again loved plaza better.

    After I’d sat down for breakfast the hostess came over to say the front desk had said I wasn’t signed up for breakfast. I showed her my receipt and went to the front desk myself to clear things up. Then, after finishing, I was given a bill for breakfast and told the front desk would remove the charge. On checking out, I had to wait a while while the front desk and restaurant straightened things out. Throughout, the hotel and restaurant people were very courteous and professional. However, this seems like a system glitch. Way to much off putting rigmarole for this level of hotel. Breakfast was good but left something of a bad taste.

    The aesthetics of the hotel and the service were pretty high end, so those were impressive. Room was relatively clean and comfortable. (The shower leaked onto the floor and there were some weird stains on the back of the bathroom door.). Management needs to understand if they want to prioritize their bar/club or the hotel function. The club was so loud I could hear its patrons and music until 2:30am when I was trying to sleep in my room. (The hotel did comp my valet parking because of this issue which was appreciated.). I had visited the club and was slightly disappointed because I expecting a luxury rooftop bar and the environment was truly a club with a younger target demographic—there were no places to sit unless I wanted to order bottle service and there was a large dance floor with blaring music. I was expecting a bar with ample seating that was more conductive to drinking and mingling than what I experienced. It was an interesting juxtaposition with the hotel prices and other services targeting working/retired adults and the club targeting college students.

    Beautiful hotel! I’ve stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Within walking distance for everything and if you need an uber ride it’s super cheap.

    My stay was fine, at check in we were promised comp parking and some credits to a restaurant in the hotel. I never asked for anything so I was happy to hear we were getting some extra perks. When I finally asked for the credits no one seemed to know what i was talking about so that was disappointing. At the time of checkout, I asked about the parking and again no one seemed to know anything about it. I would have rather not know about the extra perks rather than being disappointed. Our room seemed to be below one of the bars so we could hear music until 2am

    Nice, but not as wonderful as suggested. The parking garage key never worked. The expensive restaurant did not have a sommelier and the waiter’s wine recommendation was off. Very limited menu. Location was great.

    My stay at the hotel started off with high hopes, but it quickly turned into a frustrating experience due to issues with black mold. Upon arriving, I noticed a significant amount of mold at the bottom of the shower, which was both unappealing and concerning. I promptly reached out to the customer service desk, and the staff was accommodating, moving me to a different room. However, much to my dismay, the new bathroom also had black mold lurking in the shower. It was disheartening to find that despite the hotel’s efforts to resolve the issue, the problem persisted. This experience not only affected my comfort but also made me question the overall cleanliness and maintenance standards of the hotel, leaving me wary of my surroundings during the rest of my stay.
