Told us to park in the Marriott parking garage and failed to tell us that they would be charging $20 a day to park in the parking garage. The toilet in the room was clogged a gentleman with housekeeping brought up a plunger, told my husband maintenance wasn’t there for him do it himself and leave the plunger next to the toilet when he was done.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and super nice.

Excellent experience the pool area is very hot during the day but we asked the staff and they brought umbrellas. I would say that breakfast restaurant menu is very limited and you pay for it. It was good but it was very limited. Other than that no complaints I will definitely be back

Our room was very nice, a big shower ad well. The water does take awhile to heat up though. We weren’t able to use the pool because it was dirty on the day we went. Also, I wish the bar/lounge opened earlier in the afternoon.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Even though I’m located in El Paso, Texas, this is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for a family outing. The swimming pool area was great for relaxing and spending quality time together, and the view of the stadium was incredible. The location is also perfect and close to everything you may need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to El Paso, or even to locals looking for a nice staycation experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Very clean hotel. The only negative comment we have is the parking garage is very very tight. The parking spaces are very small, large concrete columns everywhere. Your passenger's have to exit the vehicle before you can attempt to pull into a parking spot. You can see places on all the columns where vehicles have hit them. Also if you drive a manual vehicle ( with clutch) this parking garage is not for you, as the gate area is on a very steep hill. You have to stop on this hill to scan your parking pass. Also the hotel charges $20.oo a day for parking.

The parking did not feel safe at all. The noises from outside were extremely loud. You could literally hear everything on the freeway and in the area around the hotel.

Mini Starbucks located on the property. Close to public transportation and walkable area with restaurants and bars not far. Clean property. Beds a bit hard on our backs due to being extra firm but overall very pleased with the stay and would come again.

The room with a nice view was clean and HVAC cool.

The lobby area had plenty of seating, the rooms are spacious and clean but the best part was the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Our room was right next to the interstate so it was very loud all night. The bar ran out of several food items. Other than that, the area felt safe, the hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the room was spacious.

Property was great. Fairly convenient for being right downtown, and yet, convenient because it was downtown and easy access to get anywhere. The parking garage was sufficient. Though a little disappointing that it’s an additional $20/night. The pool was nice and staff were all friendly. Room was clean and tidy.

The room was great, but it was the staff that were outstanding, and we will be staying here exclusively, when we are in El Paso. During our stay, my husband had a health emergency in the middle of the night -- Rafael and Jesus assisted us, sent us with water and an apple juice for the ER, found a wheelchair to assist, and offered their sincere concern. Amazing staff! When we went to check out and that them, Eduardo was exceptional, helpful, and very professional. My husband got excellent care at TTUHSC UMC El Paso, and we were able to enjoy our stay. We will be back - best staff we have encountered in our many travels!!!!

I asked for a 4 am wake up call as I had an early flight out, never received the call, went downstairs and wife said staff was dozing on the lobby couch, if my stepson didn't call us at 4:30 am we would have missed our flight home.

Second time staying at this hotel within the last 3 months and had the same issue with hot water. Reported it on the first stay in December and was told it was going to be looked at while we went to our dinner and when we tried taking shower in am still no hot water. This last stay again reported issue when we arrived and had hot water that night but in the morning no hot water, so just decided to leave

Tv looked terrible. Our room was next door to where the staff that cleans works. They slammed the door constantly and it was very loud.

Being in walking distance of downtown and not having to take an uber The price was a little high for what I expected. I was on a first date and saw the $99 price but when I got further into booking,it was more. Work had been slow for me, so funds were an issue, but this trip was past due, and very much needed. I plan on staying downtown again in the future at the very least 1 a month

The receptionist had told me breakfast was from 6am til 11am and went at 10:00 and breakfast was over at 10am not 11 They charged for the breakfast Wish they had said the right times I asked for a refund and it wasn’t refundable Which it was their mistake and could of fixed it Was just very upsetting They should tell the guest the right times ? Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were empty, water in the shower would leak out towards the bathroom door because it's a walk-in shower with no door/tub so the shower head needs to aim towards the wall, very inconvenient, and the iron would leak when I used it (I did not over filled it). Checking in and out was good.

Our toilet was not working and maintenance came to check it out immediately. They determined it was not repairable so management moved us right away to another larger, nicer room with a great view at no extra cost. I appreciate their promptness in resolving the matter.

Everything went wrong from start to finish. It took three rooms until they got it right. The first night the AC went down to 57 degrees and they had to change us to another room. Then the new room had something wrong because it sounded like a hammer was banging all night long. The July 4th weekend a huge family party took over the pool and there was no room for hotel guests. It was madness. Terrible weekend

Very rude staff, except for the friendly bar staff. Very rude and pushy housekeeping staff. Front desk not friendly to say the least. Requested a late check out, and was still hurried and kicked out of room for being 25 min late. The vibe is definitely there that the employees there are not happy. Will probably not stay here again.

Over all everything was prefect but what i liked/loved about this hotel was the security. Makes it safe for some one that is traveling alone or with a family.

The hallways smelled of smoke, the rooms were not clean, no safe available in room. Also very noisy all night.

It was very quite, the room was like wow.. the staff was friendly. What i didn't like was the exit and entrance with the vehicle was bad. I recommend the food..

I wanted to bring to your attention several issues we experienced during our recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, the elevators were out of service for nearly three days, which significantly impacted our stay, particularly as my wife has heart conditions that make climbing stairs difficult. Despite this inconvenience, the front desk did not offer any compensation. Additionally, one of the rooms we rented had a non-functional TV, and the other room's HVAC system failed to cool the room properly, making our stay uncomfortable. When we checked out, the manager was unavailable to address our concerns or to extend any gesture of goodwill. This experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the standards we have come to expect from Marriott. I hope you can address these issues and prevent them from happening to future guests.

It’s a perfect spot off the main highway friendly staff and great overall.

I was booked a Taxi ride to the airport (because there's no shuttle) from the front desk and was charged $50 cash only for a 6 min ride!!! An Uber car was on $15. Totally stuck at the moment and had no choice. Totally got ripped off and scammed. Can't trust the front desk, the driver or anyone anymore!

The property is very beautiful. We love to stay in the downtown areas of the places we love to visit. There is also a baseball field right across the street which is awesome. We will be checking that out soon! What we didn’t like about the stay was, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs because the elevator was not working. Didn’t like that at all. Staff was very nice.
