Staff is less and less helpful.

Staff was with a late check out, they had a 3rd party functions both when we checked in and checked out. We requested a late check out to enjoy the pool and was denied even though we couldn’t enjoy it with Pilates classes going on back to back. Also, privacy was violated, staff barged in while we were in our underwear. No management apology. Also, we waited over 45 minutes for our valet to return our truck.

Went for the BTS concert and they had everything set up for ARMYs staying with them! They gave us a goodie bag with candy and had photo areas setup. The staff was awesome and very helpful.

Room wasn't available until 2 hours after possible check in. And the shower took over 30 minutes to get warm water. Otherwise the staff was really friendly and the room was very nice.

We went to bed around 9:30 PM, and at that time the music was about a 5/10, noticeable but tolerable. By 11:30 PM, it was a full 10/10 until 1:30a. I don’t understand the need to make the music even louder at midnight when most guests are back in their rooms trying to relax or sleep. The staff was friendly, but not especially well-trained. The pool was okay, nothing special. I had called ahead and was specifically told it would be heated, but it was not. Overall, it was a subpar stay. If the pool isn’t important to you, I would highly recommend staying at the Plaza instead.

We got in later than expected, but Sergio at Valet and Hayden at the front desk were helpful getting us all checked in and settled. I wish we had stayed longer to explore the property and the area better. Overall super cute and comfortable hotel!

Room was clean had a nice view of the pool. No complimentary water in the room. A fan was provided in lieu of poor air conditioning. The TV was not a smart TV… these amenities are pretty basic in other hotels in the same area with a lower nightly rates. You are not allowed food from outside the hotel in the pool area even though their kitchen and bar close early.

Stayed here overnight for a birthday event and had dinner at their restaurant Mamacita’s as well. Service was overall good, the room was clean, AC worked perfectly. The rooftop bar area/pool scene is moderately classy but mellow at the same time and service there was awesome-we ordered champagne. They wanted to charge me for parking again upon checkout (parking attendant) even though I paid for it when I arrived. Included VIP parking for hotel guests and a small fridge in rooms would make this a perfect stay. The eclectic vibe and proximity to bars and restaurants is a big plus.

We stayed at the Indigo for three nights. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff does a great job of cleaning and restocking the room each day. The front desk staff are friendly, couteoua and helpful. The on site restaurant is super.

Great location right in central downtown El Paso. Easy to walk most places in the downtown, including the pedestrian bridge to Juarez. The hotel is very modern and comfortable.

I like the peacefulness about the place while also having the option of having a blast. I dint like that I didn’t have a longer stay during my visit.

Around the corner is Reagan’s restaurant delicious truffle mushroom pizza, and steak. The lotus social house for drinks was good, bartender was friendly. Said the weekends they have a downstairs club. The pool was heated and warm in December. Room was great beds a little soft for my taste but still a great nights sleep. Theres valet parking come in and out for $22, charge to hotel room. There’s in no refrigerator in the room however. But other than that will definitely be staying here again!

They lost the cover of my antenna- the valet

We had a bit of a busy problem with the air conditioning, but it was taken care of promptly. The hot water works, but takes forever to heat up. I guess, because it’s on such a high floor. My suggestion would be to turn the hot water on, go downstairs and eat breakfast, and then it should be warm by the time you get back up. Lol.

We were in town just for the day. I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while and this was a perfect opportunity. The pool looked so great and the restaurant and bar looked so fun. Next time I will stay at least a couple of days to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.

Had to move from the first room , has a very odd smell. Front desk was very helpful. For the entire stay only got room cleaned once and I had to asked, they mentioned they were backed up. Not happy about that.

Loved the bar and the outdoor area on the fifth floor. Nicely decorated rooms and comfortable bed. Only hiccup is giving us the incorrect room and floor…our room was 1016 in the system but we were handed keys to room 1106. Bfast vouchers were perfect

We were supposed to have a court hearing, but it was canceled. We called to the hotel for changing the date but, anyone didn’t answer us just they said, we should do online on site unfortunately we couldn’t change online too.

The parking was actually part of the same building and we still had to pay an extra fee because it was valet parking. Seems like it should be an included amenity

It’s central location in downtown Friday and Saturday they have a live DJ that is loud and goes kind of late. But it’s a good DJ. You just can’t take a disco nap before going out. Or just have ear plugs.

The rooms are quite nice, I love a soft king size bed!!! The TV remote not working properly, had to turn it on by finding the switch on the TV, maybe new batteries needed (should be checked regularly) They also need suitcase stands. Love the pool but starting to look its age, the cabanas definitely in need of a good refresh and the chairs are quite faded!!! The price of sinus from the bar, kinda pricey!!! Where were the happy hour prices!!! Not here!!! Overall, a good time, but starting to look a bit dated, refresh needed!!!! I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5

The music was loud in the pool area starting at 10am. I think it’s a weekend thing. I was on the top floor and could still really feel the bass.

It’s was not a very good experience. Room temperature was hot AC not working was only offered a fan to “help” cool room down. and no manager on duty and was only available on Saturday after 3pm will not recommend this Hotel to anyone

Great stay, liked the bar area, everything clean comfortable and up-to-date. Nice staff too. The one downside was the location - it’s downtown but I would have liked better restaurant options right nearby. I walked to a great taco place, but it was a significant walk.

Hotel is very aged. Rooms and halls are very hot and stuffy. Room had a lot of dust on many things. The shower had a big rust hole which resulted in the room below me leaking and maintenance having to come in my room mid stay. Pool is nice but was very cloudy and muggy. Bad area is nice.

There were a couple of issues that were disappointing. The AC in our room did not keep the room cold and in fact was more humid than cold. We told the staff but there attempt to fix did not do much. The ceiling above the shower looked to be patched but the paint and the area was not well finished and looked pretty rough. In the men's restroom in the lobby there appeared to be some patch work done behind a large portion of the wall in the stall. It was not painted or attended to so it looked pretty rough. All in all I liked my stay at the Indigo and would return! The fixes and attention to detail would only make it that much better!

The only reason I’m putting a negative review is because I’m led to think my glasses were stolen from my room. I left housekeeping there and when I returned from an hour trip, my glasses were missing. It’s unfortunate because my stay was very positive.

We had a blast, it was my bday weekend and me and my family enjoyed it so much, from the delicious food, the pool and the activities they offer we even got to do a sound bath session that was amazing! Always a pleasure staying at the Indigo Hotel!

The property is very dated and needs a lot of attention. The air conditioning is not sufficient to keep the rooms cool. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us. After attempting a different room and finding the same air conditioning issue, we left to find another property to stay for the remainder of our trip.

Very Bougie Hotel , staff was wonderful, rooms are nice and clean . Microwave and fridge were great. Restaurant on property was very good and there pool is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, and a nice experience. The pool area is great. Deandria at the lounge was the best. Very friendly and good at her job. A special thanks for her attention to us. The reason I am not giving a five star review was primarily due to housekeeping. Not to be petty, but it would be nice to have the coffee supplies and toilet paper replenished.

Stay here a few times a year. Nice fun place. Conveniently located. Everything is always nice. Only complaint was a/c wasn’t really working in our room or on the 12th floor.

The hotel was nice we loved the pool until a staff member came over to tell our kids, not even us, that they weren’t allowed to “splash”. They were just being kids and playing, nothing disrespectful. It kind of ruined the experience for the kids.

We loved our stay at Hotel Indigo El Paso! The room was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the room service after a long day. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights—great views, relaxing vibe, and good drinks. Would stay again!

Terrible the rooms were not air conditioned! Apparently the air conditioner was not working for the past 3 days and they never informed the guests! The filter or the air was dirty had to change it out. The check in process took 45 min only one staff member working. Never again

This hotel is great! I stay here every time I visit El Paso. Front desk personnel, house keeping staff, and bar tenders are super friendly and professional. The whole staff is amazing!

I would not stay in this hotel again. There are no mini fridges in the rooms, nor any dresser drawers for your clothes. Pillows and towels smelled dirty and stale. Room AC wasn’t functioning properly and it got very hot. The worst, though was live music in the hotel EVERY night until 2am. There is no escaping it. We were on the 7th floor and heard it right up until 2pm. The hotel staff was great, though.

The fire alarm went off at 5:30 am, guests all had to vacate. Not one staff member acknowledged the people. After 30 minutes guests shared upon themselves a water pipe had burst and everyone could go back inside. The alarm continued until 7 am.

The hotel staff was great. But we had zero AC in our room, it was so hot, and they did not fix it while we stayed. It was miserable. I asked for a discount, considering we barely slept due to the heat. But they never responded to my multiple requests. The hotel staff was amazing, and if the AC had worked, it would have been a 5-star experience. However, not having air conditioning in your room in Texas is not a good experience.

Staff was nice and helping and room itself was nice apart from AC issues.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo just for a night before heading to the airport after a cross country trip. We made the most of our short time there. The pool, food, drinks, and staff were wonderful.

Loved that we could order from Mamacitas to the room! The pool was also very relaxing and had a chill vibe.

The pool and bar area were beautiful and there were many convenient dining options within a walkable distance.

We had issues with our ac. They were very helpful and would go and work on it. But it would run then quit they said they would give us 30% off

Extremely easy location for travel. Parking was super easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property is modern and features an excellent bar. The staff is attentive and accommodating. The valet service makes parking convenient, though I wish it were included in the stay. Depending on your room location, you may hear music from the bar until 1:00 AM, so keep that in mind.

RECEPTION staff are very nice and helpful. The room was clean and very nicely appointed. You know there are some very noisy things going on downtown. My room was quiet. I highly recommend it.

I personally wasn't a fan of the decor and all the colors, I thought that's too much. The 5th floor with the lobby, bar, pool is very beautiful and spacious. Also, the front desk staff is incredible! Valet parking is $21.
