The biggest disappointment was the customer service. The staff at check-in appeared unhappy and unwelcoming. They were not friendly, and did not even respond to a simple greeting when guests arrived. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a few nights, but the condition of the rooms and especially the attitude of the front desk staff leave plenty of room for improvement.

Overall, the property was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and had great amenities (particularly liked the full-sized toiletries for the counter and in the shower). The towel display in the bathroom was also useful, so you didn't have to paw through a pile on the counter to find a hand towel or washcloth versus a bath towel. The bed was comfortable, there was free parking, and despite being near the highway it was quiet. The location was perfect for walking to destinations in the Arts District. And the breakfast was superb, both in terms of options available and quality/taste. The only downside was that upon first entering the bathroom discovered a long hair on the edge of the tub next to the bath mat. Very hard to miss, so questioned the quality control even though everything else seemed clean.

The room we had faced the interstate making it very loud. The room itself was decently clean. The halls and dining area were very hot. There were rugs in the entryway that were not flush with the ground making it a trip hazard.

-One led to the pool that was surrounded by a gate. -The other lead to an area adjacent to the gated pool and when you followed the signs it lead to a 8' high gate latched at the top and blocked by a large mattress at a 30° angle. Not safe conditions.

Breakfast was nice: eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, fruit. The staff allowed us to check-in an hour early and were helpful with extra towels.

Went for BTS concert @ Sunbowl. Short ride to the stadium. Walked back took about 30 min but way better than waiting for an Uber. The walk wasn’t bad at all! So if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a concert @ sunbowl, this one was great!

The location The restrooms were falling apart in the room honestly didn't even want to shower there the sink faucet was all loose floor felt dirty just the bathroom was the whole bad experience. The outside lounging area chairs all full of dirt and dust. Only good thing was the breakfast

Room was not vacuumed, trash and hairs in carpet and bathroom floor, breakfast was terrible the first day everything was cold and it was 9am the eggs weren’t cooked all the way. Front desk staff not polite or friendly at all. Hotel super pricy for what it is, don’t be fooled by the website pictures.

We booked two rooms upon check in they gave us a room that wasn’t clean had food on the desk and the bed wasn’t made. They gave us a new room the next day the keys weren’t working and had to get that resolved. We asked for ice and was told we had to wait because they had to get it from the kitchen and they only had one person in the front. The breakfast was well but overall we were disappointed in our stay.

Our first night was good, we had nice hot water and didn't have any issues. The second morning we woke up to no hot water. I had read some reviews that this location has problems with having hot water and that it was usually luke warm at best. Our water was bitter cold. We brushed it off and figured it was a fluke. Next morning, same thing, bitter cold water. The staff finally put up a notice that day that they were having issues with their water. Luckily by the last day we finally had hot water again. If we find ourselves back in El Paso we will not be utilizing this hotel again.

1. We had to have staff assistance to get internet. 2. We had to have a staff member come to our room to find ESPN. We had no way of knowing that you have to select channel 20.4 to see a list of available channels. No posted instructions and no labels on what appeared on tv. Worst experience ever.

Check in took a really long time due to the fact that we booked thru Hotels.com. The room was decent except for the hair that was in the shower all over the walls. One elevator was down and as we were getting ready to leave the one working elevator started having problems closing the doors as well. The breakfast buffet was adequate but the staff was clearly stressed by the amount of people that were eating at the time we were leaving. Overall - I would still stay there but not have very high expectations.

Elevators were a little scary, but at least one worked. We did love the beds and pillows, super comfortable!

The place was in a good location, clean, the staff was nice....BUT man that highway is LOUD!!! We had a sound machine on high and still could barely sleep. It's a bummer they didn't use better quality windows. The place should be half price for how loud it is.

Good location downtown. Everything is walking distance. Hotel was somewhat presentable. Unfortunately, rooms weren't ready for us to check in by 3pm. Had to wait a momentvfor housekeeping to catch up. The Hotel attendant was rather nice and apologetic. Only 1 elevator worked and it was non stop due to the volume of people. The sairs to go up were located outside. I wasn't happy. We get our room and the space is nice. They layout is nice. Great picture window. It was comfortable to some extent. I recommend this place if your in a budget. Do not stay if you have to pay more than $100 a night.

The breakfast was just ok. The lady was by herself on a very busy Saturday morning which to me was ludacris. The fountain was not working on both days we had breakfast, the potatoes were not enough cooked, the food was coming out too slowly because she was by herself. Not the best experience there. The rooms are ok and would be better if housekeeping would do a deep clean of the doors and floors once on a while. Same thing with the elevator. Never seen such a dirty floor in a city it has not rain. Not the place to stay if you're looking for quiet. It's right by the freeway and the windows are not designed to cut out the noise even from the 8th floor. Overall our stay was just ok.

Breakfast was mediocre, wanted to have toast and jelly, but they had bread for toast, but no jam/jelly. Eggs looked subpar, sausage greasy. Two elevators in the building, one was out of order. The other one malfunctioned twice on us. None of the ice machines worked except for the one in the kitchen, we had to get a security guard to get ice. Considering this was a renovated hotel, I expected everything to be working properly. If you stay at this hotel, don’t stay on the freeway side, it is extremely noisy all night.

Good easy to get to location in small downtown El Paso. The hotel has ample parking and responsive customer service. We can walk in downtown during the day and night and it seemed like a safe place. The breakfast was American eggs and sausages. Would stay again.

It was a nice hotel, clean the beds were comfortable the lady who checked us in was very nice she even gave us a little box of milk for my baby because we didn't have any and we were looking for milk. Only thing that i didn't enjoy it was that our room was by the freeway side and it was very noisy but other than that was great.

Convenient location if you are passing through for an over night like we were. Definitely recommend requesting a room opposite the interstate unless you like the sound of cars and trucks flying by. Pool was a nice touch for the girls, but it is outside adjacent to the road, so a bit loud. Staff and breakfast were solid!

This is a great place to stay in Downtown El Paso. It has free parking and is very convenient to I-10. The hotel in nice and the breakfast was good. It is very close to bus and streetcar stops that will take you through downtown, even though the person who checked us in said there was no public transportation nearby. We looked it up ourselves and found it to be easy and convenient to us. It is also within walking distance of several nice restaurants.

We arrived early but were unable to check in right away. We did check in later, still before the 3pm time. The desk lady was efficient and polite. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Even being next to the highway, it was relatively quiet. Loved the Costa coffee machine in the lobby. Fresh ground beans, brewed one cup at a time. Would stay there again.

The first night was horrible. Our window faced the freeway and it was loud and noisy. I complained and was moved to another room and was finally able to get some sleep. The staff was great!

It was relaxing

It was very clean and staff was amazing. They were accommodating and hospitable. The water pressure was not very strong which isn't a big deal. The room did feel hot throughout the night even with adjusting the thermostat. I booked two individual rooms, and my other family members agreed room was hot. We didn't complain about it since it was only one night. Breakfast was a typical continentai breakfast. Food was good and coffee delicious.

Hotel is excellent. I like that the rooms have dove products. They have a hot breakfast near the lobby, it's really good. The hotel is in walking distance to transportation, however there are not a lot of food options around the hotel in my opinion.

No hot water! Staff knew before I checked in and was informed I would get refunded which still has not been done.

Walking distance to downtown. Property (inside & outside) is clean, parking lot was well-lit at night, there was a security guard by the door in the evening, overall pretty quiet, shower pressure was decent, nice to have a bathtub, our room didn't have a fan in the bathroom, modern furniture, larger refrigerator than other hotels, large seating area at breakfast.

We stayed here for New Years, the room was great and the hotel was great, the parking was spacious but seemed to fill up instantly that day.
