Great hotel and the room was big, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. It had all the amenities we wanted and more. It’s also close to many restaurants so the location was perfect for us. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

The sheets and bedding smelled like an old man, and the pillows were small.

I did not like the attitude. I had to call hotels.com and ask them to help. Then I had to go the front desk and ask them to pickup the phone because the "help desk" could not reach them. I like the hotel but this kind of people that is not in is best day, makes you regret your decision, and for sure avoid comming back.

I paid $10 to park my car in an unsecured lot. I wasn't given a parking tag nor asked if I had a vehicle. No airport shuttle service offered. The pool heater was broken and they won't be fixing it. Broken tree obstructing parking lot sidewalk.

I had a weekend stay in ElPaso, my room was perfect. Clean hotel , bed was very comfortable I actually slept through the night. Very quiet area, The staff were friendly, breakfast was good. I recommend staying here , I always read reviews and this is a 10.

My boyfriend and I had trouble sleeping in the bed (it was lumpy) and the water pressure in the shower was pretty depressing. We asked to move rooms and they accommodated us with no problems. Bed and shower were loads better in the second room. Much appreciated. We had a great stay.

No grass for dogs

The hotel was fantastic and was in a great area. We came to El Paso for a baseball tournament so having dining and shopping nearby was a huge plus. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here in the future!

The room was great and staff friendly. However, we’ve stayed at least twice at this hotel and for the past year, half of the first floor is closed off with water damage and construction. How come the issues don’t get fixed? The hotel building is relatively new.

The room was disgusting. I went to lay down in bed and there was crusty stains on the sheets that looked like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. There was rust all over the bathtub. Also, the “continental breakfast” consisted of some bread for toast, coffee, juice and waffles. Very disappointing.

Coffee is decent. Shower was generous in size. We like the provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good towels. Breakfast was boring. Options at this location were limited compared to other Fairfield locations we have stayed. The French toast strips were inedible. Coffee is decent.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone was so nice and friendly and so kind to my babies. Breakfast was amazing. The lady who was in charge of breakfast that day was so kind and sweet. Very helpful to me with the kids. Kept everything cleaned and fresh

We stayed here one night since we had a very early flight the next day and the location was great. The initial room we were given had an issue with the AC and the floor was soaked plus strangley enough the bed was really low to the ground - like it was not on a bedframe. We let the front desk clerk know about the water on the floor and they immediately changed us to a different room and it had a bed with a bed frame. The staff was super nice and attentive and as a bonus plus there was a cute little restaurant in walking distance called the track stop.

The only problems we encountered was the TV activation process was so complicated in the room, we had to call a technician for assistance. The hotel should provide written instructions for every room - not a biggy, but very important. The other situation was the lack of water pressure in the bathroom sink...it was almost non existent, however the shower water pressure seemed normal. The bathroom sink water nozzle obviously needed checked and cleaned to restore the pressure. Other than these two small items, the stay was excellent. The breakfast everyday was great!

Room AC didn’t cool. Front desk attendant sent maintenance right away and then offered a fan or a room change. Next room was wonderful! Sat morning breakfast attendant was amazing. She was very friendly, attentive, and wore gloves and upheld sanitary conditions. Sun morning attendant was a young gentleman who was RUDE, didn’t wear gloves, used his bare hands to push down the trash and then restocked the bread box. He also used same rag to wipe floors then tables and counters.

Check in was advertised as 3:00 pm, we arrived at 5:00 pm and was told our room was not ready. Staff stated that the room would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. At 7:00 pm we received a call stating our room was finally ready. When we asked about any discount or consideration for the ridiculously delayed check-in, we were told that since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) nothing could be done.

Easy location, close to lots of dining options, clean rooms, like thst the rooms had fridge and a microwave! Did not like that the breakfast included ended at 9 am! 9!!! That is way to early end a breakfast! Not everyone wants to wake up by 8am to get down to breakfast while on vacation! It should have been till 10am!

The shower was dirty so we had to clean it before we used it. The comforter was dirty, like someone wiped their makeup off on it and I hope it was chocolate smeared all over it. They charged me $105 over what I booked it for in hotels.com. No creamer rather for my morning coffee. Had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

The registration desk clerk that evening was kind of rude not friendly, it was almost like a bother checking in although I stood there for a good 5 to 10 min before she walked around the corner. Also crazy that you have to pay a fee to park in their parking lot of their hotel as having to pay for a room for a night is not enough

A/C would not stay running, floor looked like it never got vacuumed also there was still hair in the shower, with broken tiles on the wall.. worse Fairfield inn I've ever stayed inn..

My biggest constructive feedback is that our room had not been cleaned when we came back at the end of the day. We purposefully did not hang the "do not disturb" tags on the doors so that our beds would be made up, but our beds were not made and we didn't receive any more towels in the bathroom (nor were the dirty ones removed). This is the first time that this has happened in any hotel we've stayed in.

The hotel is nice, smells clean and fresh. Staff are friendly, yet not overly helpful when a maintenance issue arose in the middle of the night for us. Hard to blame staff for a material problem, but the under-reaction is the root of my frustration. Our bathroom door was defective and locked us out, discovered during a 4 a.m. bathroom trip. Called front desk, no maintenance and no option to switch rooms, “but you can use the lobby bathroom, maintenance won’t be in til 7 a.m.”. Maintenance didn’t show up, so a team from an adjacent hotel was called, and was able to solve the issue nearly 5 hours after occurrence and not with internal staff. Will NOT stay here again.

This is a very nice property. Our only issue was, our room was next to the elevators, and people were coming and going all night. We had an early flight the following morning, so we did not get any sleep. I like this hotel, but be sure to request a room away from the elevators. I’m not sure why they placed rooms right next to the elevators. But otherwise, a good hotel.

Property is ok, convenient location but the overall area is a little suspect AND the property imposes a mandatory $10 parking fee for unsecured street level parking. No Gates, no garage, no security of any kind but a mandatory $20 parking fee. I will NOT stay here again, too many other options who do not charge for the same level of parking in a more secure feeling area.
