Great location to do all our errands and visiting family and friends

Minor inconveniences they vacuumed the hallway outside our room at 8am which woke us up and only had one working elevator so longer wait times. Neither a huge deal but minor things.

The staff were really good. I have nothing negative to say about the employees I interacted with. However, our room was just not clean. It was dingy. The showerhead was like a trickle. The garbage disposal in the sink smelled terrible when we turned it on and the smell never left. The floor was sticky. It just wasn’t the standard I expected from a Home2Suites hotel. There was a nice pet area. And I will say the hotel seemed to be in a nice/safe area as well.

Breakfast was excellent at this location. Manager was always present and answered all questions. The location needs a complete remodel that is probably the number one thing that you can do to enhance the business of the location. Just the fact that the place was old and needed to be remodeled.

Staff was helpful when i booked the wrong week , offered me help with getting my money back and helping me make sure i got the right days , also was very patient with me while dealing with three kids in the lobby

Staff was great! Jake was new and being trained and he was wonderful. Room was clean and the shuttle was on time and the two drivers we had were very friendly! You don’t run across that very often!

Airport shuttle was great on the way to the airport. On the way back from the airport it took forever to arrive and was hard to find and the van was very dirty. First room smelled like urine. They moved us to a new room. Over all vibe of the place is dirty. Front desk staff was very nice. But I would not stay again.
