Clean property. The office staff were kind and polite. My family did not like the breakfast. But, appreciated the airport shuttle.

Lesson learned, if you’re going check in late, call the hotel. Not to hopeful I’ll be getting my funds back.

I got burned by a reservation hold and seemed to be charged for a two night stay that I never attended. Please help me with a refund!

I have stayed here several times but this time was terrible. You are charged $15 for parking even though you park in a mall parking lot. My room smelled like a homeless person had been sleeping in my bed. Their air conditioning would not stay on and never got below 67 at night. The first morning there was a water leak in the ceiling and the tiles had collapsed and water was everywhere. When I arrived back the second night my air conditioning was turned off and my room was only “partially” cleaned. I checked out early and went home.

Nice property but not enough pillows to share on queen size bed

No conditioner or body wash in the reusable pumps. No face clothes and no Kleenex. Rooms are no longer cleaned during your stay. You have to ask for clean towels. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and was pleased but it seems they need to step up.

The only complaint I have is that the hotel wifi wouldn’t work in my room. It did work when we left the room but not in it. Being from outside the US we depend on wifi .

Could tell the room wasn’t cleaned trash cans still had trash in them bar of soap was opened used and left on the bathroom counter mirror and sink was water spotted and not cleaned no wash rags air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the breakfast was awful oh yeah and the lady in heels above me pacing her room at 6am so I couldn’t sleep sucked as well

Oily puddle on side table. Shower head just ok. Shampoo was watery and did not suds. Otherwise good. Probably would not stay again.
