Days Inn by Wyndham Eagan Minnesota Near Mall of America

MY STAY THERE WAS VERY PLEASANT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THEY EVEN OFFERED SEVERAL PROTIEN OPTIONS. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER TO THE AIRPORT WAS KIND AND THE DRIVE WAS SMOOTH. ALSO THE DRVER WAS MOST HELPFUL GETTING ME IN AND OUT OF THE VAN AND MAKING SURE I WAS STABLE ENOUGH TO GET INTO THE TICKET COUNTER

Good value for money. The shuttle service was a great bonus.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It is extremely outdated. This hotel is not maintained. The sheets were stained. The towels were very thin and scratchy. The entire hotel smells musty. Pool area very small. Lobby is small with no area for a group to socialize. Breakfast offerings were minimal at best. I wish I could give this review zero stars.

Don't count on an early morning hotel shuttle at this property.

Our room had bed bugs. There were no clean towels available, had to wait an hour. The 1st floor smelled like dog urine. The carpet smelled dirty.

Staff was lazy, couldn't pick up food on the floor. Hallways seemed dirty , carpet was worn, finger marks on glass doors. Lobby area roo small, clientele was low

Breakfast was fine. I went there right after it opened and enjoyed it. The little muffins I'll skip next time. I also stayed the night before and was shut out on breakfast after that stay. Maybe it was timing with all the other guests or maybe the small size of the eating area. No seating and no way to get to what was being offered. I had to go to the desk and ask for toilet paper. I assume that is something the staff checks when they clean. There was barely enough to blow my nose. That I would say is unacceptable for a room you are charging money for. Tell maintainance to tighten the nuts on the toilet seat in room 218.

The staff was nice and helpful. We have adult swim for 2 hours each night. The breakfast was good. It was a good location for everything we wanted to do. Would stay again.

Our room was updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good. We left too early for breakfast which starts at 6 on weekdays and 7 on weekends. Nice outside area behind the building for exercising our dog. It was overall nicer than I expected.

Decent hotel.

Room did not seem very clean and smelled like pets/musty. Took a long time to check in, but staff was helpful. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles), but need more drink options. Only had coffee and orange juice.

Toilet, shower and sink were all dirty and had hair in all surfaces. Nice staff, but the room gave me the heebiejeebies

Great place to spend a night while in the cities. Was close to amenities and the concert venue.

Wasn't extremely clean, breakfast was good

It was filthy. Switched rooms twice. Room 1 had blood on the comforter. Room 2 was still dirty with mud on the floor and bed, hair in the sink and shower, towels covering smoke detector, and light switches had black finger prints. Finally went into a 3rd room which we just gave up with. Crumbs on the tv stand, boogers on the wall, and the toilet didn’t flush! We told the employee in the hallway that the toilet doesn’t flush and he said “it’s okay. that is the plumbing here”. Oh, and the breakfast….absolutely terrible. First off, it looked like elementary children destroyed everything. Food, syrup and garbage everywhere. The eggs were legit flavorless, watery, sponges. Orange juice was watery. And the staff had only refilled the silverware with their hands holding the prong end of the forks while stocking. Staff ignored the trash everywhere. Not clean, not sanitary, absolute chaos, and absolutely terrible. We tried to leave after night one, but we were “outside our canceling window”. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve stayed at cheaper motels that were way better. There’s no excuse for how terrible this hotel is.
