    The best part was the friendly staff, the clean spacious room, and the ample parking. The issues I had were that there was enough cabinet space in the bathroom to place all of my items used in the bathroom. My main disappointment was the breakfast. I need to make sure to pay attention to the wording. If the description says “breakfast available” and not “free breakfast” then breakfast is not included with your stay nor is water. The hotel was close to everything I needed to get to so that was a plus.

    The staff was very professional and friendly. The restaurant was nice to have especially in the middle of the snow storm. The room was decent, spacious and clean. My only small and minor grievance was that the TV’s did not have streaming capabilities- so we watched the weather channel all weekend until we finally found a decent movie to watch on Cable TV. All in all if we ever needed to stay in the area again - we would choose this location. It was a great place to be during a snow storm.

    The location was fine and the outdoor seating was great. The room was not nicer than any $80 a night hotel and in fact it was less impressive than many $75 per night hotels but I payed $150 to stay here. The staff also banged on the doors at 8 am as if to wake people up so they would leave. That is unexceptable.

    On our second day the rear lights were stolen from my truck. I couldn't use my truck after that. A family member had to give us a ride to where we had to go. We made a police report but we were told that you all do not have cameras facing the cars. We were in the very front entrance. First and last time we stay there. Our vacation turned into a nightmare.

    The property was older, and while the room was clean, it had a stale smell upon arrival. It wasn’t a suite, as advertised, even though it had an extra room with a cheap TV on a small table. The restroom was tiny, and the smoke alarm was falling off the wall. The blankets were cheap, and the overall ambiance was not upscale. Front staff for breakfast seemed confused when I asked about breakfast as if he was CERTAIN we didn't have the $23 voucher I paid for breakfast.

    One thing that was lacking was the cleanliness of the bathrooms in the room. I noticed a lot of mold growth in and arround the shower. Not a fan of that, but it was only just unsightly, the rest of our stay was amazing.

    I stayed in this hotel while attending a funeral. I left at 8:30AM and when I came back late afternoon, my room door was open. Not ajar, but propped open with the security bar at the top of the door. When I entered the room, I saw that the room had NOT been cleaned. Naturally, I panicked, wondering if someone had taken my computer or other valuables. I reported the situation to the front desk. Housekeeping claimed that they never cleaned the room, which was correct. However, the hotel staff could not give me an answer about who entered my room and left it open. I spoke with a staff member named, Patrick who said he would immediately investigate and call me to report who entered room 404. I got no answer and no call. Mistakes happen, but when security is involved, they cannot happen. I was away for over 8 hours. Anyone could have entered my room including other hotel guests. This is entirely unacceptable.

    The elevator was out so everyone had to take the stairs all weekend. Pack all luggage up and down 4 stories. Shower had so much rust in them. TV would not turn on and when I called maintenance they showed up 3 hours later and we were sleep already

    Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Duncanville while visiting family in the Dallas area. The hotel is very nice, room comfortable and clean. We noticed several issues at this Hilton location that made us feel unvalued as a customer. The hostess at the dining area was rude to us when we arrived for our prepaid breakfast. Bottled water in the room was not complimentary and the attached sign stated a $3 per bottle charge. The elevator was very slow and only one appeared to be operational making for long waits to use elevator with a rolling cart.

    This property was a good location for us. We felt safe and it was very convinient. What we didn’t like is how old it felt. We also realized that one of the beds didn’t have the sheets changed. I pulled the cover down to lay down and here was body hairs in between the sheets (more than a few) and a spot on the sheets so I freaked out and left it. The shower was also dirty & turning it on was terrifying.. you could feel the handle and hardware like it was going to come through the shower surround.

    They overbooked and gave my room away. Then when I was finally able to get a room after about 30 minutes of standing around and not knowing if I will need to find a new place, I was given a room with a broken air conditioner, multiple bugs on the floor that needed to be killed, the phones didn’t work, and the WiFi also only worked in the lobby

    The manager on duty was Cash, and he was very quiet and meek and not personable at all. We walked into our room and were immediately greeted by bugs, looked like flying roaches. Within a span of 5 mins we killed a dozen and of course we called to the front desk. Cash the manager said come down so they could change the room. My wife and I were in town because our daughter was having surgery snd wanted to be close to the hospital so we didn’t panic and hoped the next room wouldn’t be the same. Cash said the rain was the cause of bugs coming into our rooms. The spray company hadn’t completed the spraying earlier in the week he said and would complete it the next day. So he gave us some free “breakfast vouchers” which was cool but how can we eat at a place after seeing so many critters in our room. So now we are in our second room. I only saw one bug but it was late and so we went to sleep. We woke up to a couple of more bugs but we had to go and we were gone the entire day and into most of the evening. Finally back into our room at about midnight and there are more bugs. Called downstairs and no one answered the phone. I went down stairs and no one is at the desk. So we plugged up our ears with tissue and went to bed. So realizing we had one more night and we were there to help our daughter after the surgery we decided to tough it out. We saw the maid as we closed our door and asked her to clean our room. She said ok! We got back later that night and service was done. Terrible!

    Curtain wouldn’t close , toilet flush issues , the entire hotel smelt musty. We found a bug in the bed and a roach that was running around room. They did offer to move us rooms but I had to go from double bed to single and the room still had a smell and the ac was just as bad. I was offered free breakfast for inconveniences but after seeing lack of cleanliness in hotel there was no way I wanted anything from the kitchen

    Room was relatively clean and spacious. Our room in particular had a beetle infestation. They were all over the floors and ceiling. Flying all over the room. We read reviews after we were there and complaints of bugs were present. Shower was pretty bad. Bed is extremely firm and not comfortable to sleep on. We couldn’t get the guide on the tv without turning it off and back on. TV would spontaneously switch from TV show to guide while watching.

    We booked a 2-queen room, but when we arrived the only thing available was a king. If there had been a sofa bed we would have made it work. But we had to cancel at the hotel and find another place to stay.

    Casual trip. Was in town with my companion to meet up with family in the next city for a football game. Staff upon check in were very professional and friendly. I’m sorry it was on Saturday I forgot the young man’s name that I came in contact with. Also, I’m a very OCD person and the cleanliness of the lobby as well as my room I give five stars. My companion left his Apple AirPods upon Checkout on that Sunday. We called back once we had left some and a different man on Sunday was nice enough to go back up to the room and locate the apple AirPods We drove back to the hotel and he had them waiting for us at the front desk. I visit my family that lives in Cedar Hill a few times a year and I now have designated this hotel as my hotel of choice to stay at. Very pleased.

    I loved everything about my stay… from the cold white sheets, hot water, no doors slamming, it was peaceful. Great customer service. Anytime they see you they knew you by name. I will be coming back.

    My Stay Overall Was Great, However, The Elevator had stop working for serval hours on three out of the 5 days that i stayed there. Also they ran out of quarters for the washer & dryer & i had to end up crossing a busy highway to the gas station to get changed to wash my clothes. I Truly enjoyed my stay but aside from those two things i would've had the best stay.

    A very lousy aTV experience for stations. Really need to correct that. Also Housekeeping is poor, these women do not really clean. I purposely left empty water bottles under counter between the beds and in bathroom which were still there after the so called cleaning service.
