The room was overall very well-kept. The staff were helpful, although I wish that rooms were checked by cleaning staff daily due to very small trash cans. The breakfast was as expected, although the potatoes seemed a bit freezer burnt and not as hot as I would expect. The parking was sufficient. The pool was nice and warm and the property was generally quiet, even with a number of families staying. One concern to note, that the hotel can't control much, is that it is right off the highway and I heard the street noise while trying to sleep.

VERY nice hotel… in all areas of service. The entrance area at the elevators was being mopped at checkout time… that was inconvenient for leaving.

The only thing was one of the elevators was out .

Breakfast options were great both mornings I was there. Grounds and room were clean and well kept. Nights were quiet which was surprising considering how close to I20 we were. Plenty of free parking.

Everything was nice and clean staff very polite and friendly breakfast area very organized with a lot options to chose from. I definitely enjoyed the visit.

There is a full breakfast daily and fresh coffee available all day. A fitness center that opens early morning and is available until late night. The hospitality is great. I would definitely stay again.

This was simply an over night stay to be close to the Airport. The room was clean and my purpose for staying was met.

The breakfast was great with a variety of offerings. The only concern is on the Hotels.com side, the website stated the pet fee was $50 and in reality it was $75 per pet. I reached out to the Hotels.com customer support and it is "being escalated". All of the language was general and vague, if there is a resolution, they may reach out to you, by either text, email or phone call after 24 to 72 hours. I am waiting to see what will happen as it is a weekend and still under the time frame

This is the place to stay!! Everything and I do mean everything was amazing!! From the staff to the breakfast the next morning!! The pool area was clean and the bed felt amazing!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!

Great stay. Kids enjoyed the indoor heated pool. Breakfast was okay. We found it to be missing grits and biscuits. They forgot to leave the waffle iron spray out to avoid the batter from sticking to the skillet. Nice big rooms. Quite. Convenient location.

This was the best, most spacious room we've stayed in. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

The standard room with the king size bed was more than I expected. It was very spacious and what I like the most was the kitchen like sink in the room. Hampton Inn & Suites Duncanville will be my #1 pick whenever I'm in Texas.

Air set to cool so it was comfortable upon our arrival.

I enjoyed breakfast, the different options and it was different from one day to the next. Check in and check out was a breeze, friendly staff I did not like that my daughter wanted to buy everything from the snack bar! She just couldn’t choose. Lots of options and there is No need to go to the convenient store because you can find something at the snack bar

The room was okay. The carpet smelled. The hotel did not say they would not clean our room or provide fresh towels during our stay (2 nights). Which was inconvenient. The front desk did tell me to basically ignore the text messages I got from the hotel because it wasn’t a live person.

Shower water pressure was very low.

From the inviting staff to the welcome message on the TV screen as you enter your room. The stay here was wonderful. Bathrooms are clean and updated and the television is large and capable of screenshare/mirror-cast and has several streaming apps you can connect to. (Netflix, AppleTV, Disney+) Very comfortable bed and a great temperature controlled room. The only regret I have is that I wasn't able to stay awake longer to enjoy more amenities of the hotel room. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a nice comfortable stay for a good price.

I absolutely loved this hotel it was a great place to stay very nice, quiet, and clean! I honestly wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, but everything else was great!

All was well until Sunday morning when I found my pickup truck damaged and burglarized on the hotel parking lot. 300 miles from home and I was sent hustling to find transportation to get back home. My truck is still there waiting for an investigation and to be shipped home. I won't be staying there again. There is no security, only signs saying that I assume all risk. I didn't see the signs before. Oh well😞

2 night stay. Room was not cleaned. Stayed on 4th floor and was noisy both nights. Bed was firm. Good breakfast was several options.

Amazing and clean amenities! Super quick check in! Love that at a certain hour of the night doors are locked and you can only come in the hotel with a room card which makes it safe. Love the rooms and comfy bed! Would definitely come again.

Great stay! Everything was wonderful. Later checkout than most places, windows were covered well so we could sleep in and staff was amazing even in our encounters with them in the elevators and halls. Breakfast was great too.

The only thing to consider is that at breakfast, there wasn’t anyone cleaning after the guests once they finished eating. Some guests are not considerate for the ones coming after them to eat and don’t clean the table after themselves. Having someone check on the tables would be nice or posting a reminder to the guests would also work. Once the guests were gone, the place was cleaned up, but not during breakfast. Or at least not while I was there.

Nice clean hotel, staff was friendly, pool wasn't very big but still held our softball family! Staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. This is our second time to stay there, and we'll definitely stay again when in Duncanville.

Overall. Property and rooms are clean. Easily accessible, is located right off the highway

Very nice hotel. Looked fairly new. Room was clean, comfortable, good large new towels, nice bed linens, nice coffee set up. Not a spec of mold in bathroom area. The hall and/or rooms around our 2ed floor room was noisy. I finally got up at 1am and put ear plugs in, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The breakfast was a nice assortment of hot and cold selections and the scrambled eggs were actually hot!! Julius at the desk the morning we checked out was exceptionally nice. I am a hotel snob and I would stay here again!

Clean and new as of Jan 2025. Room was ready and room was set at a comfortable temp since Dallas was experiencing a freeze.

Veryclean. Part tile floors with carpet around beds. Carpet was very clean and well taken care of. Bathroom was spotless and had all the toiletries you need in convenient squirt bottle containers.

I book in for 2 queen beds and apparently they gave mine to some one else and give me a 1 queen bed and a unfolded couch they never came in and remplace the towels, breakfast was ok except for the potatoes were cold and biscuits hard as a rock

Check in was quick and easy. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room and restroom was clean. The night before our stay at the Hampton, I had a horrible experience with another hotel so it was a relief to have a nice clean roof with friendly staff.

Very convenient to where we needed to go and access to the highway. We didn't interact with the staff too much which sometimes is a good thing.

I would have given it 5 stars across the board, but I found the service lacking because they failed to post or otherwise notify customers that they will not service your room except upon request. Then when I called the front desk for clean towels, they did not bring the up, nor offer to pickup the used one or empty the trash. I had to empty the garbage in the hall receptacle, take the dirty towels down to the desk, and pick up the clean linen.
