The staff here was awesome. They greeted us every time we left and entered the property. Sent you extra towels as requested and rooms were clean. They had a good breakfast and fresh coffee

The lady that was over the breakfast was the sweetest!! The room I booked was unavailable due to a flood that happened the property. It was smaller and I did not find out until I went up to my room. No apologies and no professionalism from the front desk. Lack of any accommodation or care. There was also a roach in the bathroom. The front desk reeked of marijuna smell.

The staff is excellent, parking space ia good Internet doesnt work for many days, room noise isolation from room to room is bad, you can feel the room vibrating for kids running in the same floor (not upstair room)

The only thing I did not enjoy was my room on the first floor. It was very noisy at 1:30 am. I did not know they had a room they rent for parties / functions. If I would have been told by the front desk at check in I would have preferred upper level floors.

The lady at the desk, Missy was wonderful and upgraded our room when they didn't have a regular room with a king bed. Our whole experience at this hotel was great.

3 stars, because the room and facilities were clean, but holy crap... The noise!!! We were staying in room 134, which was about 10 ft from the front counter. When I tell you the noise level was irritating, That's not the least bit of an exaggeration. People need to realize that they are in a hotel where people sometimes like to go to sleep. The quiet time needs to be changed from 10:00 to 6:00, to 10:00 to at least 8:00. And that was just the clerk at the front counter. Never mind the noise level coming from the dining facility at odd hours of the evening. Just because people think others need to hear them, doesn't mean that they want to hear them. But I guess some people just need to be heard 24/7/365. No one is that stinking important, I don't care what their culture is. Hopefully that spells it out. And when my wife brought it up to the hotel clerk at 6: 45 in the morning, The absolute obstinence from the clerk told us all we needed to know about this place. Everything else was great. Even the pool was really clean. But the behavior of the clerk and some of the clientele, No couth whatsoever!

My brother is located at select specialty hospital ans my parents stay there at the hospital 24 hours a day watching over him. They sometimes take 2 or 3 nights at your amazing hotel.

Super early housekeeping(830am) and giant speed bumps

Family trip to Dallas. Unpacking and settling in my son comes to with something in his hand and asks what it is. It turns out to be dog feces! There was a pile of dog feces in our room that hadn’t been cleaned up! No excuse for it to be in there!

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel experience ive had. Two bedrooms not ready by 10pm at night. Previous guests stuff left in the bathroom. Room door didnt not close without lifting it up. Noisey guests consistently at 2-3 am in the morning. Staff were friendly though.

The room was too small and the TV volume went out every morning. Although they sent a tech to fix it right away.

The "hot" breakfast could have been good if it were actually hot. It was served pretty much cold and was not kept warm properly.

The location of the hotel is in a very undesirable location. During our stay we could hear dogs barking throughout the night. The amenities are substandard, scarce, and the availability is limited. We needed additional linens and was told that there were not any fitted sheets available so we we’re given a flat sheet. Security is not visible nor is their presence effective. There were guests in the parking lot sitting on our vehicle. They were smoking and had a pit bull. Where was security? The people in the room next door blasted there music well into the early morning. I called the front desk to report the problem. The representative advised me that security would handle the problem. Nevertheless, the music continued to play. The hotel also had a stitch and is in need of renovation.

Received an email the day of our stay that our reservation was canceled. On our way there during a 6 hour drive. Had to find other accommodations at the last minute which cost us double.

Location We had to call security 4 times about the constant noise in the room above us only to find out they had a personal party in their room which is against policy. security found out about it and only gave a warning. this continued way past 2:30am..

The air conditioner never came on, I had my f for grand baby with me and she has allergies, she was miserable because of the room condition. I had two rooms and they were very expensive. I wasted my money, I will never stay there again.

We didn't get the room we reserved for 6 people. We didn't have lien for the pull out couch and when you we needed more towels and covers they made us come to the front desk to get it. They left the garbage outside or door for hours. This was a horrible experience.

The pictures were deceiving. Then we saw roaches in our room. I reported it and said it was nothing they could do. At breakfast time, I asked for some cups and she said for what. I will never come back.

I was not pleased about my experience I made reservations through Expedia when I went to the motel they told me that my room was unavailable and that it’s not really good to go through 3rd party and when I called Expedia customer service I was unable to speak with someone because they said something was wrong with there computers and for me to call back in an hour

Comfy stay. Very clean. Room comes with stovetop, microwave, full size fridge, cooking utensils. Since we were able to cook inside the room, it saved us a lot of money from eating out. TV has Netflix and YouTube for entertainment. You must have your own account for Netflix to log in. S The Free WiFi works great.

This location is ok... Needs updating and a very deep cleaning. Were signs of that not done. Maybe due to the Covid steam cleaning the the hinges on the doors sweated and rust color stains in places. Overall location ok, would stay again if needed but would definitely try to find another location.

The stay was wonderful the only problem I would say I had was when I was checking out the housekeeping lady assumed I was trying to steal a fan although it was something brought from home. The lady actually stopped doing her job to come outside like she was taking a break after calling the front desk to tell them. Then as I walked out the door she asked the front desk worker about the fan again so I felt a little offended about that. But other than that the stay was great not sure if I will stay again due to that situation cause I for one is a black woman who don't steal.

The room I got was not the room I asked for. I went to this hotel for my family to enjoy ourselves and go swimming. I call the hotel before I book and asked was the pull going to be open and I was told yes so I booked my room. So when I get there and check in I asked about the pool again and was told it would be close. Which was very inconvenient due to the fact that my children was celebrating there 12& 10 birthday not to ad to the issue but it was also my husband birthday that day and he was also very unsatisfied. The second issue was that the room heat/ac unit didn't work everyone in my suite was cold all night because we couldn't change the broke heat/ac unit. The hostess couldn't fix it and he didn't change the room very inconvenient for a family outing celebrating birthdays. As a result of these issues I will not be booking or staying at any hotels like this.

Friendly front desk. Noon checkout. Clean room with large refrigerator, dishwasher, burners, and all the utensils we needed, not to mention dishes, pots and pans, etc. Did I mention the microwave? Comfortable mattress. Nice fitness room. Love this place!! 💕

Friendly front desk. Noon checkout. Clean room with large refrigerator, dishwasher, burners, and all the utensils we needed, not to mention dishes, pots and pans, etc. Did I mention the microwave? Comfortable mattress. Nice fitness room. Love this place!! 💕

The noise level after 10PM was unbearable. Being on the ground floor at the end of an open hallway to the reception desk, the noise was amplified throughout the corridor all hours of the night(s).

My stay was good overall, but was on of the days that the room did not get clean. I would expect at least the trash could have been taken out.

Check in was not as easy had machine wouldn’t take certain cards and I had to do lots of running around when hotels.com took my card from the beginning

The pool had no water in it and wasnt noted on website.The gym equipment wasnt working.

We were a bit disappointed. First we booked here in order to swim in the indoor pool. We found out it was closed for renovation upon check in. There was no notice of this on the app when we booked. The hotel was dirty and rooms small. Also overpriced. We stayed at a comfort suites and had a much nicer room and amenities and pool for $50 less just three nights later. I would not recommend staying here.

The property was ok, but I not like the fact that I paid for the room thru expedia ,and the hotel still charged me anyway without notifying me. Really

we booked the hotel for the pool, so, of course, when we arrived it was broken. children were heart broken. there is much wear and tear, but overall we had a lovely visit.

The room was not ready when I got there. Once the room was ready it smelled like mold. When I first walked in there were children in there vacuuming and playing behind the counter. We only had one towel in our restroom and had to request for more and there was hair in my shower.

I clicked to have an executive suite when i got to.the desk they said they didnt have it...why advertise it on the site

Nice place. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The room was very nice except the air didn't work, but we were given fans. The fire alarm also went off at 3am supposedly due to a busted water pipe.

Horrible horrible customer service they cancelled my reservation without me even knowing I was visiting from Oakland,ca got all the way here to be told my reservation was cancelled and they where booked up so we had no where to go for a whole 6hrs finally had found some where else to stay they lady at the counter didn’t care that we came all the way here just to be told we where canceled out they system she told me to contact the manager which never got back in contact with me

What I don’t like is every time I book a room here their indoor pool is never working and that’s was my whole reason booking the room is for the pool

They over charged me

Very pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very accommodating
