This area is sketchy, and the hotel is basic - no lobby area, no coffee, no breakfast. However, the room is new, renovated, and clean. It had everything you could ask for in a room. The lobby and hallway had a smell; the room did not. For a cheap place to lay your head, it was as needed. The price could be lower considering you do have to pay to get breakfast somewhere else, so add $10 per person to the cost plus inconvenience, and then decide if maybe paying $20 extra for a nicer hotel may be worth it.

The halls were stuffy old looking but wallah the room was very clean and nice. Wish I'd remembered coffee in the lobby. Nice size clean fridge in room. Parking was a bit tight but doable . Mattresses were wonderful slept very well. 4plus overall

Price and location of hotel was fine for a one night stay on our way further north. Some elements of our room looked beat up (bathroom doorframe). Clearly hasn't been updated recently. On the plus side, it was great to have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The double (2 beds) room was quite spacious. Best part was that the wonderful Duluth Grill was just across the parking lot for a scrumptious breakfast at a table outdoors on a beautiful spring day. Also the very good Balinese restaurant was just a short drive away. I would stay again for one night.

The rooms were up to date and clean. Air conditioner worked well. Kind of sketchy area! Once we entered hotel it had a smell. They had smoking rooms and even though our was not we smelled smoke!! Pillows were terrible! Bring your own! No breakfast. Coffee was ok.

The room was clean, but had a weird smell. The air conditioning was wonderful and kept up with the humid heat outside. We enjoyed that we could park our car right outside our room. We also appreciated there being more than one entrance into the building so we didn't have to walk all the way around from the front, to our room.
