Nice and new parking lot. The check-in process was fast and friendly. Elevators were clean, hallways were clean and fresh smelling, nice rooms, love the heat and air control options (digital and in the wall not the unit). Excellent breakfast options, liked that you could use the lobby for eating, outdoor fireplace and patio for eating and relaxing, very nice pool and even more importantly the hot tub was functional and actually hot.

Location is very handy for us. We visit a relative that lives about five miles from the hotel. The per night charges are too high. We’ve been coming up to visit a relative for years and the cost of staying at this hotel is ridiculous. We love the location and the property but the prices are forcing us to find a lesser priced and likely lower quality hotel for our visits.

We enjoyed an easy check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us by name through out our stay. Our room was clean and quiet.

However, they offer no free water or coffee machine. That will make me keep looking for a better place to stay.
