We got charged twice booking through Expedia and they charged again at check out. I also think they gave us a lesser value room.
-
Our bed had a used tissue in it, the sheets were put on the wrong way anyway, the mirrors were dirty, the carpet had multiple stains throughout the room, the parking lot was full of potholes, and overall the room felt gross. And on top of that, they charge $240/night just because it was Grandma’s Marathon weekend. Don’t stay here.

It was just fine. The room was clean enough. It was affordable. The parking lot is in rough shape but for the money it was fine. Not great. Certainly not terrible. Staff was nice and helpful.

This was exactly what you pay for kind of place. Very cheap, and felt that way. It's what we were looking for when we had a scheduled surgery in the area. With grandma's marathon in town this weekend, the other hotels were insanely expensive. The website did say they offer breakfast but they had cookies and coffee. The coffee was great though! We used the pool and the hot tub both were kind of slimy but the temperature was nice

Room was nice, clean, well maintained.

Although there were times the person at the front desk was a bit lacking in social skills, it didn’t really detract from the value of the hotel. The management was exceptional and the stay in Duluth was very nice, partly due to having a nice comfortable bed to return to in the evening.

Staff very friendly. A donut or something in the morning would be nice. Coffee was ok. Nice to know there is a reasonable priced place to stay.

No continental breakfast but have a breakfast room. Had hairs in bath tub 1st room had a smell of urine had to switch rooms . Had to hold tub faucet Handel crooked to get water to turn on. Had people in n out of rooms with doors slamming shut till after 2am. Our bed looked as if it was never changed for linen from last guests crumbs in the bed dirt streaks on pillow cases the a/c was so loud we could not stand to keep it on a big chunk of the front of it was missing . Had very limited channels to watch. The front desk lady was kind but seemed to not know how to work the computer system well but eventually figured it out !

There were poop stains on the sheets. The TV was miswired so I had to fix it. The doors wouldn't open on the first scan. I had to try 3-4 times because the doors were warped. When I was checking in, the guy in front of me had to get a new room because the bed in the room that he just checked in to was broken. The handle for the shower has to be pulled out of the way to start water flow but there's nothing to suggest that. They have a room set up for breakfast but they didn't serve breakfast. There's no elevator and their carts had flat tires.

Breakfast has been eliminated even though it was included on the Web sight. No places close to get breakfast. Floors are very dirty. Hotel just is not being kept up.
-
Mold in bathroom, crack in-between door and floor that let's noise and light in from the hallway, and there was a hole in the plaster of the ceiling. It is worth the extra money to stay somewhere else that does not have mold or holes in the ceiling. Shocking they are allowed to be opened.
-
There was no breakfast as advertised. If the air conditioning was not running it smelled like smoke in the room. The room itself was clean.

Is good
-
Room stunk, bed was used up and sagged on the middle. Never should have made a no refundable reservation.
-
Willing to give them one more chance if we visited Duluth Mn again, maybe. Not terrible but not good either. You get what you pay for and definitely overpriced .

Our room had a weird smell to it. Smelt like wet dirty soccer socks. Room 233

Lots of coffees

The room was clean. The pool area was nice. Pool water was slightly cold but the hot tub was nice. Saturday morning they did not have a breakfast service. Air conditioner in the room struggled to keep it cool and it was loud. The parking lot is in bad condition.
-
Room was clean upon arrival, however, no one cleaned any part of the room or bathroom, the three days we were there.

The pictures attached to this hotel are not current. There is no games or breakfast. The staff is minimally helpful. Rooms are dated and poorly maintained. It was alright for a 1 night stay but definitely would not rebook. Also from the outside of the building you can't even tell its open.
