Location was accessible to many of the venues/locations we were visiting, and on the Marathon course for cheering (our main purpose for traveling). The view of the lake was nice. The shower had great pressure and nice shower head! The bed was very firm and the pillows very small. For a room with king bed, king pillows would have been nice.

Terrible property, would never stay there again

The hotel was very dirty. The room had not been cleaned in a while with visible dirt, etc. on the walls and floors. There was hair in the bed when I checked in, an old contact on the floor, blood stains on the mattress. The room smelled horrible when we walked in. Do not recommend. It was gross.

Location and price Everything about the property is shabby, worn, carpets and needing paint, etc. trash by the exit cigarette butts, it just feels so old and worn and in need of an overhaul. It was just like this last year when I stayed at the same time. Breakfast is awful. Sink in our room had been cracked and poorly repaired with some sort of quickset epoxy that looked about as tacky as it could.

Friendly staff, nice bed, everything else fine.

We have stayed there a few times. Seem to remember the breakfast was better before. They had cereal and bagels now. They had waffles on the last day we were there.

Our room was OK, but the rest of the property and building is really rundown. There is no elevator, with the hotel being three floors. No coffee in the room.

It is the best value and economical place to stay if you are using the hospitals in the area.

Decent enough if you're just looking for a place to lay your head for the night. Nothing special, nothing terrible. Breakfast was simple, but good. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Bathroom was ridiculously small. It was hard to sit on the toilet. Absolutely zero water pressure in the sink. Really funky smells in the hallway like old carpet or stagnant air.

Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and took it upon himself to upgrade one of our rooms so we could be right next door to each other. Breakfast was pretty sad. We ended up walking down to Caribou Coffee for breakfast. Overall, good value for the price for a short-term stay.

View of lake is excellent. Room smelled like smoke so bad my grandson was reacting within 20 minutes. We left and paid full price for a different hotel that was 100x better.
