Check in time online was 3 then they moved to 4pm. Noise was high from trains and guuedt after midnite

After having spoke to the Assistant Manager regarding the issue with our reservations via a third party(booked double studio; but placed in a single bed studio), she listened to my concerns and was very accommodating. Overall, staff was nice, facility was clean, breakfast was good.

One of the best stays I’ve had for an affordable price. Room was very clean, staff was super friendly, and amenities were great! Pool hours were awesome for a late night swim.

The cooktop in my room had burnt food on each burner, that would not come off. The fry pan was warped and did not sit on the burner correctly. Each pan had food crust from not being cleaned properly. The shower had black mold.

The room was good just had a lot of wear like lots of scuffs on the walls and the biggest thing is the AC didn’t work it would turn on then after a few minutes turn off it was so hot in the room I hardly slept 😢

It was a clean room. The staff is very nice and the pool was very warm. It was great. The food was pretty good too.

So much was above what we are used to from the breakfast buffet to the air circulation in our room. We stay in hotels frequently and this was by far the best one..I love the fire pit outside and the option to grill our own food. Loved it so much.

Lobby was and breakfast were ok Our heat did not work in our room and they doubled charged me for the room and it took constant nagging to get it reversed
