curtain motor was not working, bathroom exhaust fan was not working.

I reserved two rooms. I arrived at the hotel at 3:15 pm on Friday. I wanted a king room and double room. Person at front desk would not change the room out stating that it was completely booked. I was so annoyed that I checked out after one night.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I almost hate that I have to go home!! This has definitely become the new go to spot when we need a little staycation out of the house. We live about 3 miles away! Waffle makers would make a good breakfast great!

The only issue I had is the power went out and the elevators were not working. My mom was traveling with me and she is over 70 and has a bad knee therefore the stairs were a challenge because we were on the third floor.

reserved an accessible room. website showed walk in shower but that is not what the room had. was just a standard tub with a bench you could pull down from the wall, not usable for us. No hot water at sink or shower. space to maneuver wheelchair in room was non-existent. once on the carpet had to travel entire length of room to turn around and that was a tight fit in every way. space between the beds did not allow wheelchair to be angled in a way that helped person to get in or out of bed without a lot of effort. In 15 years of staying in hotels this was hands down the absolute worst stay we have ever had.

I switched rooms 3 times after my arrival. Rooms were dated and dirty with odor. I had to settle. Update the rooms

**Housekeeping kept the room very clean and replaced cleaning items as needed. Yes, the carpet needs to be deeply shampooed. There was a doggish terrible odor in the carpet. That was very, very, very disgusting!!? **The exterior of the hotel yard was covered with leaves? and we were bringing leaves into the room. Outside bad!!?

The coffee and location. Lol The floor was under construction. Rooms across infront also to my right and left construction everywhere. Dust , glue and ripped up carpeting I was coughing and sneezing. I complained at front desk they kept saying that I was a 3rd party booking?? Seem like you have some work to do here. I am still in shock from this experience. I have picture an video of the mess that I was placed in. This is not normal. I am very disappointed. I choose your services because of the relationship and trust that I developed with bookings. I have recommended family and friends to use bookings and do. Sincerely disappointed.

Bathroom had ant infestation, blinds in room were all cut up and broken, phones to front desk don’t work, one of elevators broken, ice machines also had one broken & my biggest peeve was hotel staff crowding/rushing the breakfast lines causing guest to come back later or wait long periods. Hotel was clean, but it’s falling apart.

The hotel is dirty and in need of a renovation. The first room we got had an a/c that didn't work. The second room stunk, but we stayed put because the a/c worked. At breakfast, the staff were too busy visiting and eating to get out of the guest's way.

Ice machine not working and had to go through front desk for ice. One elevator was not working. Overall condition felt old/worn.

Several vehicles were broken into while staying here. And the room I had on the 3rd floor had a bad lingering mold odor that I could not get rid of I bought a room deodorizer Lysol air freshener and that smell was still there. That sofa has to be thrown out.

There are many dining options near the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like, our hotel room smelled like damp towels.

The property was nice and the staff was great. There was only one working elevator, the ice maker was broken, there was no water out front for the customers. I think it should have been due to the air conditioner was not working well in the lobby. I liked the property and definitely the room. It was just those things that I’m sure the property had no control over.

The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent - a plus for menopausal women. The breakfast was great. The staff was courteous and friendly. Nothing bad here

The breakfast and the persons in were exceptionally courteous and helpful. They are already the best.

I stayed here about 3 wks ago with my husband and my 3kids. The hotel itself is nice. The room we stayed in was also nice the only thing I was not liking was the restroom. It needs work or updated. The bathroom looked very old especially the shower. But all in all the stay was good. I definitely would recommend.

Location was good and staff were friendly. Breakfast in the morning was some of the best i have had options wise. The room iteself felt dated, carpet was cut out in some sections and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower had hand written dates of 2023. The door to our room would not lock usless you pulled up on the door itself. Overall not bad.

Stayed in the 2 room King suite. It was so nice to have the separate but connected bedroom for extra privacy and comfort. The staff was all amazing from front desk to kitchen staff in the am. Cant say enough great things about the staff. The room and hoel are clean. Only downside it you can tell its a little dated or needs new paint. Otherwise it was great and we will stay there again.

The second day of our stay the breakfast items were so limited even from the day before.

At the time of my check in. The clerk informed me that they didn’t have anymore king size beds. Then moments later I observed a gentleman come in afterwards and he asked for a king size bed and she told him he can have one and about twenty minutes. There were kids running up and down the halls all night keeping me from falling asleep. I would never go back to that establishment.

This property one of the worst I have ever stayed at. The credit card system was down when I arrived. They wanted me to come back down at 11:00 pm when someone new showed up to put a card on file. I said I would be sleeping and would come down in the morning. They then called my room with my 3 sleeping children at 11:00 pm, my cell phone at 11:00 pm and again before 6:00 am. Additionally, the rooms are not cleaned well, there were 3 towels for suite with 2 king sized beds and a pull out sofa. It was a terrible stay.

Lol I felt bad cause I didn’t have cash for a tip but after these little things I didn’t feel like giving more than 5$ tip. But everyone was nice. And no bed bugs. I would not go back or recommend to anyone unless your cheap and have lower standards.

Hotel had no hot water for all guest, one ice machine for the whole hotel and it was out of service. Front desk was not helpful with information at all. I will not stay at this location again.

I stayed here for one night to avoid the long drive home after a family event. Check in was simple and the room was decent. You can tell this building has been around for a while but it was fine for a 1 night stay. The hot water did not work until the morning and the front desk tried to reset the boiler but that didn't work.

The hotel smelled amazing and was very clean. The bed was so comfy, clean and relaxing we.didnt want.to lead. This is best hotel hands down. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better the provided complimentary make up wipes with Dove lotions and shampoos. Will recommend this hotel to others.

Check in was quick and easy, entry was very bright and clean but the room had an odor of wet dog. There was a huge spider on the wall, cracks in the bathtub. Time to remodel the rooms.

I notified the front desk about the cockroach in the room. (Killed one 😖) They put a notice to the manager because I was there over the weekend but in the meantime my room wasn't checked for anything else.

Check in was great. The room was clean, but the pipes made a whistling sound, when you flush the toilet and run the sink at the same time. Also floor boards were loose in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good.

The cable was out and the pool looked nasty.

Holiday Inn Express Desoto, Tx was absolutely a great place to stay for a quick weekend retreat. The accommodations were clean and the staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast met all expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

Perhaps I was unlucky and was just assigned a room which needed some repair, but the tile in the floor was loose, and the carpet in other places seems to have been put just on top of tile which were loose.

This was the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! There was a party going on in the lobby and breakfast area until midnight on a weekday. That area is open up to the 2nd area where I was assigned to the closest room to that area. I asked to be moved to another room but was told there was none available.

If I want to watch “movies in demand,” I can’t. The selector won’t move and the “OK” button does nothing. It seems to be frozen. The room is fairly dark, with one corner in particular that desperately needs a lamp on the desk. And there’s a nice coffee nook that’s too dark. When we checked in, the room’s telephone had a red light flashing, indicating that there were messages waiting, which was impossible since we had just arrived. Trying to listen to the messages was impossibly frustrating. Clumps of white stuff are on the floor and couch that should have been cleaned.

I reserved 2 King Suites for 9 people. I got 1 King Suite and one regular room with 2 queen beds. Host insisted that was what I reserved even though I had my Hotels.com receipt that clearly showed I reserved and paid for 2 King Suites, they refused to give me my correct room. The area was a bit sketchy and about 50% of the rooms looked like the doors had been pried open at some point. It did not feel very safe. The over all cleanliness was good and breakfast was good.

Somehow ants got in th room. Wasn’t a problem but they were there

I was shocked and very pleased on staff service, the cleanliness of the room, and how quiet it was. I was very satisfied overall.

The staff wasn’t helpful I think they overcharged me the rooms wasn’t what I expected for the price they gave me an extension to stay a few hrs than call back and told me they needed the room overall bad service

Ran out of towels twice. Pancake machine broken for breakfast. Side door wouldn't close, ergo anyone could have walked in at anytime (as we did).
