This property had some really nice, clean rooms. Staff was friendly at check in and that was my only interaction as I had to leave early.

Location Didn't seem like a 5 star at all, just normal and basic

Our overall experience at Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver was excellent. Since it was our first time visiting Denver, we requested a room with a view, and the hotel kindly accommodated us on the 17th floor. The views were absolutely spectacular, especially the sunsets over the city. The room was very comfortable and exactly what we have come to expect from this hotel brand. The location is another great advantage, as the surrounding area is very walkable, with plenty of restaurants, attractions, and places to explore within a short distance. The only disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast service. The staff member in charge appeared very stressed and not very welcoming, likely due to the many complaints from guests. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of organization and replenishment, as food and basic items ran out frequently, creating an unpleasant experience each morning. Aside from the breakfast experience, the hotel, facilities, and overall service were excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The property is perfectly located for a game at Coors Field. Everything is in walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly. My room was spotless and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here any time I’m in town for some baseball.

When we got there the valet was extremely helpful and the girl checking us in was very friendly. We did witness an employee being very rude to a group who had thought they had booked a room, but she said they never got the confirmation hotel. It was completely uncalled for the way that group was being treated. The next night that same employee, Tatiana was extremely rude to my husband about the water. The lobby container was empty and we asked if we could get some more and you would have thought we were asking for her to hang the moon. Her reaction and the way she treated was uncalled for. For staying at a nice hotel, you would think getting water wouldn’t cause such an issue. It was extremely disappointing. We took our kids to get dinner on the 15th floor at bloom and the waitress was super rude. We were never greeted, so we sat at a table outside and finally when she came to bring menus she had a major attitude and told us if we needed to order anything we would need to come to her because she was really busy, yet there was hardly anyone there. We left at that moment and did not stay to eat. We travel a lot and I was really disappointed in this hotel staff. It was extremely unacceptable.

Great stay and walking distance to coors field

The parking was the only frustrating thing. You have to pay the $59 a day if you want to drive. They have $19 off-site parking but it's $19 each time you drive your car which adds up. Property is excellent along with the staff
-
The building was as expected, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the restaurant down below was delicious. Overall great experience.
-
Close to the 16th street and convention center. Bad management, non-responsive and unhelpful staff, bad communication, and super uncomfortable bed (too soft which leads to back pain)
-
Very nice overnight stay. In town for concert at Red Rocks.
