Reviews
The hotel has a great location in downtown Denver with clean and updated rooms, friendly staff, and options for food and drink. However, some guests experienced issues with their TVs, dining credits, and noise from parking garages. Additionally, some guests found the staff to be rude and the hotel to have a musty smell.

- Noise from parking garages and rude staff

Limited amenities and no room service beyond breakfast. Restaurant hours were also pretty limited. Room was nice and staff was very friendly.

Zoltan is awesome. He is the head valet at the hotel. He went above and beyond today to help me get my car fixed. My battery went dead overnight. He tried to jump it for me and RAN back and forth trying to get it done. This is while he is super busy with other guests. I really appreciate his kindness. What a great gentleman.

Old school charm, great restraunt, friendly helpful staff, great bed-linens, location
- 5/5
Restaurant very good food and service but noisy. Room very nice but poor lighting. Expensive resort fee and parking. Good location . Nice staff
- 4/5
Hotel was clean and convenient. They offered happy hour and water and coffee complimentary. Overall we were happy with our stay and service. The restaurant was not available when we wanted to try it and Sunday it only offered pizza and salads. Also the suite bathroom needed to be remodeled.
- 5/5
We stayed for two nights in a King Room. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. It was easy to get there from Union Station. It is very centrally located to Coors Field and Empower Stadium. I loved having a fridge in the room as we got back from an event late and were able to have something to eat when everything was closed. I would definitely consider staying here again.
- 5/5
good location
- 4/5
Great location, nice extras for required fee if you would like a wine hour and night cap drink and water bottles, pleasant staff, big room. Features a bit dated and worn - Usb and outlets in lamps very loose and did not work.
- 5/5
Great stay and very quiet hotel.
- 5/5
Worth the price, beautiful hotel, great service
- 5/5
Was great
- 2/5
I coughed every minute since I enter the room, the air inside the room with mold
- 5/5
Very classy little hotel. Good quality stuff in the rooms. Great look and feel, great location. People working there were very helpful with late check in and advice about town.
- 5/5
Great location downtown! Happy hour in the evening!

Superb
- 3/5
Okay room, poor amenities and quality for a Kimpton Hotel property
- 5/5
Great property downtown, super accommodating, must stay in Denver
- 2/5
WiFi was essentially non-functional. Needed to go to another hotel to work. When I raised the issue twice I received platitudes. Problem was not my devices. They all worked perfectly at the new hotel.
- 5/5
We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Kimpton Monaco. The room was spacious, clean and updated. The location was very central in the city and easily walkable to the different districts. The staff was very friendly, especially Drake.
- 4/5
Great.
- 5/5
Great stay and wonderful location near everything.
- 4/5
Worn out sheets (had holes) mattress and pillows uncomfortable, room not cleaned on Sunday. Room upgrade required management approval but could not be obtained as they were in a meeting…
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 3/5
Clean room, got an expensive upgrade after requesting a new room (the one I got was facing a parking lot a mere feet away from the window). Poor attitude and communication at the front desk.
- 5/5
Great stay, staff was excellent and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was wonderful
- 5/5
Charming boutique hotel. Loved the cow in the lobby. Shower and soaps really nice and sweet smelling. Housekeeping friendly
- 3/5
Old and dated. Not the normal kimpton
- 5/5
Great location and clean rooms
- 4/5
Clean room and breakfast was good

Clean, great service and quiet
- 2/5
Dark rooms, horrible view of HVAC, stains on carpet and towels.
- 4/5
Great location, friendly staff. Was a little noisy. Rooms feel outdated

- 5/5
Great location in downtown Denver. Friendly staff.. Spacious and clean rooms. Good restaurant attached to the hotel.
- 2/5
This hotel is outdated and in need of some serious renovation. I had to request a coffeemaker, they were installing carpet for 5 hours that I heard from my room, and the room needed more outlets.
- 2/5
The heat was not working in our room. We called! Nobody came. Checked out in the morning after trying to sleep in very cold room.
- 4/5
Rooms were dated and beds were not comfy, but it was clean and the price was right.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! We loved our room
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel! We loved our room
- 5/5
Drake at the front desk was great! Made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. He was kind and welcoming. We needed a humidifier which he accommodated very quickly. Very clean place and great restaurant!
- 2.5/5
Its was clean The staff when i called one night wasnt helpful. The guy at the desk at night. The day time staff was nice and super helpful

- 4/5
My room faced a parking garage with headlights facing my bathroom. I had to ask for coffee in lobby as nothing in room and they cut off coffee service in lobby at 10am, and it was cold and old. Location was great and the parking attendants were amazing.
- 5/5
Great as always!
- 5/5
Absolutely fantastic. Close to the DCPA, really delicious food, and the light rail. Comfy beds, clean gym. Definitely would stay again.
- 4/5
The lobby welcome area is very warm, rooms are classic Kimpton. Had a lot of trouble with the Googlecast on the TV.
- 5/5
Staff was great, room was super clean and comfortable although very dark (they need more interior lighting). The included breakfast was also very tasty!
- 2/5
Could not believe how poor a state this hotel is in. Both elevators broken led everyone for the hotel up and down the service elevator. It took SO long to go anywhere and they didn’t wave the $35 per day additional fees!! Never staying here again, it was my second time.
- 5/5
Hotel was great , good location, fun and interesting vibe. Dogs stay free . We enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Valet service was super. Guest elevators were not working.
- 3/5
Room was average. I stayed in room #501 and could hear the activity of the elevators throughout the night. The guest elevators were out of service so we had to go through the restaurant and use the service elevator anytime we went anywhere. Parking and valet prices were expensive and very unaccommodating.
- 1/5
walked into check-in took one look, and walked out. It looked disgusting
- 1/5
We got there and the heat didnt work. They moved us into another room with no heat. Front desk was nice but wouldnt stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great location and friendly staff.
- 4/5
Older property rooms need some updating very walkable for downtown Drake was nice & accommodating from check in to check out!
- 5/5
Loved the ambiance and style - our room was so nice and spacious NA

- 3/5
Room was fine except heat kept putting out cool air. All employees were great.
- 5/5
An amazing experience overall ✨️🙌
- 5/5
All were exceptional!
- 4/5
My stay was amazing and I loved the staff as well just wish they have more restaurants or food options inside the hotel but is just one block walking toward the mall
- 5/5
The night calls and architecture None
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great location. The property is a bit “old looking” but for the price I paid it is an excellent value.
- 2/5
Clean, comfy and good value Night staff
- 2/5
Clean, comfy and good value Night staff
- 3/5
.
- 3/5
There were some issues while we were here. Mainly the elevator was out so you have to walk through a maintenance area to service elevator. It was inconvenient and an ugly area as it is for staff. We also were not told about fee for parking. It probably would have been cheaper to use valet than self park.
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly! Room was lovely!
- 4/5
Clean room and helpful staff
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay and appreciate all the wonderful extras — from tennis balls and treats for the dogs to a wine and amaro tasting for me and my partner. This hotel is awesome.
- 5/5
This was my very first time here at Kimpton Monaco and in Denver ,CO!! The staff was great and they had top tier service. Their wine and chat event was amazing including the wine choices. My favorite part was being able to walk anywhere and everywhere I needed too!!
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Breakfast & Dinner were both very good.
- 3/5
The hotel was not at the level expected for a Kimpton.
- 1/5
The hotel was in bad condition. The shower was dirty, carpet worn. The elevator went out so the and we were scheduled to lose power for a few hours to make a repair to it. The property needs to be renovated. It looked nothing like the photos. I’ve stayed at several Kimptons and was expecting a much better experience
- 4/5
Getting older
- 4/5
Location is perfect for walking downtown Getting older
- 5/5
Clean comfortable rooms, excellent service and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
This was our second time here and it was absolutely beautiful our room was amazing this will be our go to from now on
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Beautiful huge pet friendly rooms.
- 4/5
staff was great at front desk and when responding to requests (fan for room). Valet parking is outrageous, just use a parking app to find more reasonable (for downtown denver) parking rates. Happy hour and coffee in lobby was lovely Restaurant was fabulous, everything food-wise and service -wise was outstanding. We booked an executive suite for extra room for us to hang out with friends. It seems like other smaller rooms had better amenties we didn't like a bathtub and bathrobe. Didn't feel like a good value for the price but splurged b/c it was husband's milestone bday and we were celebrating all weekend. I'd still recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Room was clean and looked really nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Everyone was so nice! We got to drop our bags off before check in and it was such a great experience from the moment we walked in to the day we checked out.
- 5/5
Nice location, but terrible water pressure in the shower. The staff was friendly and the lobby was nice. I highly recommend the hotel restaurant for happy hour or a nice meal.
- 2/5
Hotel needs to be remodeled. Faucet water flow was so slow. The toilet paper holder keeps moving down. Bath tub needs to be changed…
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
Two minor items. Room would not get colder than 72 deg. Secondly, I get the ick from hotels who have shampoo and conditioner that anyone can open and have access to. Sealed program please.
- 5/5
Cute hotel. Cozy front room with fireplace. Food in restaurant is AMAZING
- 3/5
For over 500/night with parking the rooms were beat up. Pretty dated. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom, patches and damages all over bathroom ceiling. Terrible wallpaper patches in bathroom. I have pics but don't see where to post them. Would never stay here again..
- 5/5
Elevator wasn’t working and is under construction.
- 3/5
i don't recall receiving advance notice that the elevators would be out and there would be only one (service) elevator for a 7-story, half-block hotel. that, and hotel room did not look like photos on expedia, and felt more like a fancy hilton than a fancy / luxury / boutique hotel. not sure i'd stay again.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel and well appointed. Dinner at Panzano’s was truly fabulous — food and service. King room a bit snug. Very nice toiletries in the bath. Comfy bed. Traveling for pleasure and we really liked it.
- 5/5
We always love staying at Kimpton properties. We love their afternoon, wine hour, and evening night caps. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect blackout windows and no noise. The lobby had plenty of comfortable seating. The main elevators are currently not operating, so you have to take the service elevator, which could be a tad inconvenient, having to share the elevator with guests and staff, but overall it was not too bad. We would definitely stay again.
- 3/5
The elevator was out of service but I see later that was in the website. So that’s a temporary inconvenience. There is a freight elevator. The room that I was in was quite dark. There are windows but they are blocked by a concrete slab about 2 feet away. The staff was polite enough though I saw one of them being pretty impatient when someone asked about coffee. It was fine but for a four star hotel and the cost would never stay here again. There’s also a extra 30/day amenity fee, I guess that covers the free coffee and happy hour but if you don’t drink it’s not worth it. The room and the hotel smelled weird.
- 5/5
everyone there was great
- 5/5
There was a surprise $30 a night hotel fee which was very annoying.
- 4/5
We had a short in the wiring by the coffee pot and the light and keep going out off and on while you were making coffee a little scary. I’m sure they’ll get it fixed. Other than that. It was really nice.
- 4/5
Staff was excellent and very helpful. This hotel might have once been great but it seems dated now and doesn’t match the vibe of Kimptons in other states.
- 5/5
Our Dogs really enjoyed the Blue Velvet Monogrammed Dog beds!
- 1/5
So we stay at Kimptons often. This property has some serious problems - elevators dont work so guest have to use service elevator, second day there the service elevator stopped working so all guest had to walm stairs - we were on 7th floor. No coffee makers in room (fine I guess) but no decalf coffee in lobby. Room wasnt cleaned first day (no explanation), second day cleaner came at 5pm, and on top of it all we had maintence issue w sink in room. Took 8 hrs to fix. DONT STAY HERE
- 5/5
Elevators were down (inoperative) 3 times per day during stay
- 5/5
Property was just ok.
- 5/5
Clean spacious rooms! Downtown Denver location close to everything!
- 2/5
This hotel smelled like dog. The room smelled like dog. The lobby smelled like dog. Dogs everywhere. IHG should investigate and correct.
- 4/5
Hotel was right downtown. Parking paid for but easy and fast. People were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the Italian restaurant attached that evening and had delicious pizza. Only complaint was the bed was a little hard for us.
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
The staff was really lovely. Denver is a beautiful city.
- 5/5
I liked everything about this hotel, especially the evening options, including happy hours and live music in the lobby. The only thing that I would have changed is if a guest is staying for longer than a night it would’ve been nice to have a view instead of looking at a parking garage.
- 4/5
Incredible customer service. I wasn’t fond of the 4-6am noise coming from the alley in the mornings so Monaco may consider additional insulation but aside from that, our stay was great.
- 3/5
Other than that, the hitel was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Convenient to Union Station.
- 4/5
Nice looking cation, clean and friendly. TV did not work, no in room coffee but had in lobby
- 4/5
The property was in a convenient location. It's an older hotel, but has been updated nicely. The parking was expensive at this location, but alternate parking was close by. There were many dining/entertainment options at a walkable distance.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown. Wonderful staff, and they even obliged to our special requests!
- 4/5
Room needed improvements, poor repairs in the bathroom & Tv did not connect to network.
- 2/5
I booked the executive suite.... the ac hardly worked we sweated each day and had stat set at 67. The roo.s has a musty smell... the door handles where falling off. The wall paper was dealing everywhere. If you use an electrical outlet it falls out of the wall exposing wires.... noise from outside on street is loud all night... Not a pleasant stay at all....
- 5/5
Late check in only after 4 pm was the only issue I had to deal with, having travelled from East coast, I had to wait for several hours to check in
- 5/5
Great stay. Spacious/clean room, friendly/helpful staff, and nice perks. It's also in a central location of the city. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Denver.
- 3/5
Valet parking was never available when needed always had to find people and acted like it was an inconvenience.
- 5/5
Great location to everything.
- 3/5
The staff was excellent and the breakfast was, too.
- 4/5
We booked the room based on previous experience with the brand. We were not impressed. In hindsight we could have booked closer to the event with a better room. I was swayed by the parking that came with the room and had really enjoyed these hotels in other cities.
- 3/5
The front desk was amazing! The room, not so much. Dated and didn’t feel the cleanest. Was woken at 5am from the trash compactors doing their noisy business for over an hour outside our window.
- 5/5
Perfect location, clean and nice! Friendly staff!!
- 3/5
The room was very small. Also smelled likes dogs in the lobby.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderfully accommodating and the hotel offered some really interesting amenities - wine at 5, nightcap late in the evening. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and even on the 2nd floor was quiet! I returned two nights later and had a beautiful suite - plus the hotel is much more affordably priced than others in the area of Union Station, which makes it convenient to get to DIA and to other cities by public transit.
- 3/5
Slamming doors from the linen room next door all night sucked. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would probably stay again.
- 5/5
I love the hotel history and has a TGG vibe, parking is expensively.
- 5/5
In my travels I try to stay in Kimpton hotels. I know the staff will be great and I will like the room and hotel property.
- 5/5
Great location, service and experience.
- 4/5
We had an amazing stay. Wonderful hotel and perfect location. It’s just a 10 a minute walk to the Coors stadium. The only thing is that the walls are so thin, we could hear people’s conversations, the shower and even the toilet being flushed .
- 5/5
Great staff the rooms were spacious and the restaurant at the hotel was amazing.
- 5/5
Lovely niche hotel in downtown.
- 5/5
Hotel is great. Need to be aware of your surroundings when you leave the hotel. Area nearby between hotel and convention center has homeless population and can be unsafe.
- 3/5
Air conditioning did not work the first night and I didn't sleep a wink! Once 'engineer' go to the room and assessed things he discovered the filter looked like it had not been changed in 5 years! They moved us to a nicer room only for this AC to not work any better except for about 2 hours in the middle of the night. I'm not sure if it's on a timer or what but front desk seemed clueless.
- 2/5
Not as advertised or expected. No nice amenities in the room. No bathrobe, no mini bar, no steamer, no yoga mat no wireless speaker, all of which were available at other Kimpton locations. The room was not clean, the bathroom was in not clean and had a heavy mold smell. The air conditioning leaked onto the carpet causing a puddle on the floor. The lamp fixtures were all broken and would fade in and out when other things turned on. Just overall a bad experience. Not like other Kimpton properties I have stayed at.
- 5/5
The property offers free breakfast, coffee, wine, and drinks in the evening. There's also a concierge/someone at the front desk. The valet staff will help open doors. They're all super friendly.
- 4/5
Overall, we enjoyed the hotel.
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Love this Hotel & Great staff!
- 5/5
Great location. Staff was excellent
- 3/5
Very clean but looks Ike it’s being renovated on the cheap. The lobby looked great but the rom was super underwhelming.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel, centrally located. Excellent staff. I loved it!!
- 4/5
Very nice stay
- 3/5
Second time at the Monaco and the hotel is ok for its price point (~100USD). It always feels like there is work being done and finishings are incomplete. (Peeling wallpaper, missing trimming) and one elevator is always out of order. Love the location of the place and room was also in good condition (the first room they set me up with had a dirty bathroom but they immediately updated it)
- 5/5
I loved the building and spacious rooms. They are extremely accommodating to pets.
- 5/5
Had a nice stay here, staff was great.
- 5/5
Beautiful room, great linens. Good front desk staff. Valet a little slow. All in all an excellent stay. Will be back. Value great.
- 3/5
Also, we had to ask for fresh towels 3 different times over 12 hour period. They never brought them to us. My husband finally went down and we waited on the lobby for an hour for the towels. Bizarre! I loved the Kimpton in Portland. This one did not compare at all in service!!!!
- 5/5
Hotel monaco is a great hotel, very comfortable. But the staff are what made it stand out. They were all so friendy. I will always stay at the monaco.
- 5/5
I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. It's very convenient to my office, coffee is great, and the staff are very friendly.
- 5/5
Everything was top notch. Super quiet and accommodating room. The bathroom faucet needs adjusting, and the sink drains slow...but other than that, everything was great!
- 5/5
The property was well kept. The staff was amazing. And the onsite restaurant had great food and an excellent happy hour.
- 4/5
staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was next to a parking garage so quick noisy in the early morning which was not a problelm as we get up early but it may bother some.
- 1/5
Amenities charge was ridiculous, hotel looked to be under construction, false advertisement on the bathroom, parking was ridiculous
- 3/5
For the price, I would have expected the room to be pretty close to flawless. It appears there were patches to the ceiling in the bathroom and right outside the bathroom door. The grout and caulking had been repaired in the shower several times it appears and not very professionally. There was no coffee pot in room, but I did read they would bring me one. Why? Chances are they would have brought the maker but no coffee to go with. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose and also very little water pressure. Shower was also very little pressure. Valet is ULTRA expensive and only truly available certain hours, so if you’re visiting Denver and go out clubbing, I would Uber as your car would be left parked out front, potentially with a ticket on it. The complementary bourbon was well at best, and the next morning I noticed on a sign they are charging $8 a shot for it, also $8 for Bailey’s….FOR BAILEY’S….which is $35 at MAX a bottle! I could see it if they were employing a bartender MAYBE, but there wasn’t….it was the front desk clerk.
- 5/5
Loved the Kimpton! I’ll be sure to return the next time I am in Denver.
- 5/5
This was perfect for our family trip with our toddler! He loved the cow statue next to the elevators and we were able to walk to a lot of places despite it being cold/snowing!
- 3/5
However, this hotel is pet friendly which is why it smells bad . We had to switch rooms for one with a fresher smell and floor . It’s extremely outdated. The queens have tub/shower combo instead of walk in like advertised. Valet parking is $59 a night which should be stated somewhere . Parking off site is $42. Valet also stops at 12 on weekdays and on weekends are 24/7. The location is in the heart of downtown most places under 10 minutes to get too . Beds were comfortable and water pressure fine . If you can get passing the cons , this is the place for you . Probably wouldn’t book again .
- 2/5
Property was not up to par with the Kimpton brand. It was lacking in cosmetic appeal. Shower tile job was poor and most door frames were missing.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Great service. Front desk staff always pleasant. Walkable to everything downtown. Our second time staying with this hotel brand and had two great experiences.
- 3/5
Musty smell throughout the building, including the room. Missing baseboards also throughout the building with exposed glue. No bathroom fan or ability to open windows. Despite this, the room and building appeared clean. Perks such as a fully stocked fitness center, attached restaurant with $10/night credit and wine/snack hour was very pleasant. Location was great and quite a bit less expensive than other big chains in the downtown area - easily walkable to anything downtown. Would stay again based on cleanliness and location, but they should complete the started updates and air out the building.
- 2/5
Rooms were very small; the hotel was under construction. The rooms were under construction had the door panels ripped up etc.
- 5/5
Awesome hotel! If you aren’t in the need of the downtown not the most going on around it… but lovely hotel, lovely amenities, good humans.
- 5/5
The room was so spacious and the bathroom luxurious. I loved the personal care products! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good. I loved every minute of my stay!
- 3/5
Stayed 3 nights for my wife’s Birthday. Strong sewer smell when entering the lobby which I’ll attribute to apparent water issues a week earlier according to their sign. Check in was easy. The amenities listed on Hotels.com mentioned a spa on sight that hasn’t been there for 4 years. Room was nice but hot water was not working. They couldn’t switch rooms due to being booked up. Water was fixed within an hour or so by maintenance. A 75 dollar credit was added for the inconvenience. Room did smell like weed which it’s Colorado so guess not a shocker. I’m guessing there was a volleyball tournament downtown because the hotel was flooded with unaccompanied 14-15 year old girls that which traveled in packs up and down the hallways till about midnight the whole time. Valet parking is 59 a night which I thought was a little steep but there is a parking garage a half block away that is 24 a night. After check out I received my bill through email where I was charged for 3 nights of valet when we only used one. This was cleared up after a phone call and my card was credited. Guess to sum it up the stay was OK.
- 3/5
The room was okay. Neither TV worked, we were not there to watch TV but we did want to relax and and watch TV. The front desk got someone in the next day and fixed it though. There was no ventilation in the room or bathroom, the whole room got muggy when we showered. I just felt for a 4 star hotel it would have been a bit nicer.
- 5/5
Good place and great food
- 2/5
It’s old, cold, loud, dirty and smelly. New spot across the street same Price and all new. This place is best.
- 5/5
There was some construction in the cafe/bar and they were dealing with some water damage in my hall but it did not significantly affect me. I wouldn't rate worse for dealing with the problems of an old building in a way that minimizes inconvenience. I love old buildings and the room was spacious with super high ceilings and quite up to date. Staff was standard Colorado friendly.
- 4/5
The restaurant attached is very good.
- 4/5
Location is excellent. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Everyone working at the Denver Kimpton Monaco was extremely professional and friendly. Front desk people super nice and helpful. The manager was friendly and it was apparent his guests happiness and satisfaction was a priority. Special "shout out" to housekeeping!
- 5/5
The Monaco is always a solid choice- my go to when staying in Denver. The rooms are very spacious- perfect for a girls wkd
- 4/5
Friendly reception
- 5/5
Perfect location, huge room!
- 5/5
Love this hotel and the guest amenities. Room was fabulous. We will definitely come back!!
- 2/5
The vibe of the hotel is dated which I was ok with. But I was over it once I saw empty beer cans under the bathroom vanity.
- 5/5
It’s a nice size hotel, breakfast was very good and the bar service was great. Housekeeping daily was a very nice touch that is rarely offered these days.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
This was an enjoyable stay.
- 5/5
It was a good stayq
- 5/5
Love the Monaco. We didn’t bring our dog this time, but it’s nice to know she would have been welcomed. Always enjoy the wine in the evening.
- 5/5
Really pet friendly, and great hospitality
- 1/5
Stayed one night but was charged 507 dollars after being told I wouldnt
- 5/5
Wonderful location!
- 2/5
Cold room with thin comforter, air conditioning that hardly responded to increasing the temperature, and blew cold air at the head of the bed all night. Had to sleep fully clothed with a skull cap on.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel! Would definitely stay here again while in Denver.
- 5/5
Did not like odor in lobby at all - smelled like sewage

This used to be a fun, quirky hotel. Now it is waaaay overpriced for what you get. Small room. Dirty decor. Holes in the walls. Staff that used Siri to answer my questions. It's a great location and they used to be welcoming to the guests. Now it's just whatever.
