Check in and check out was super simple. Room was very clean and comfy. My only complaint is the water pressure in shower is terrible!

It was so peaceful. To wake up and have a nice workout and then grab breakfast in a clean and comfortable place made it 10times better. The other guest was respectful(not loud), friendly and the workers was amazing at keeping everything together, friendly and helpful. That I couldn't stay longer.(my own problem)

I am pretty loyal to another hotel group. But due to poor planning on my part I need to select staybridge with IHG. I was more that pleasantly surprised with a separate two queen bedroom, large living room/kitchen combo. The entire hotel was clean and felt newer than it was. Also the breakfast was definitely a step up with many more choices than the bagels, yogurt and waffle maker.

The breakfast bar area could have used a microwave. The breakfast in the morning was warm but could have used an additional zap from a microwave. Also the muffins and biscuits could have been better if warmed to melt the butter.

Clean, large rooms with all you could need for a short or long stay. Breakfast was good and close to many locations and major roadways.

When we first arrived my husband said it smelled off but easy fix with a glade spray to cover up the smell

We had 4 different rooms on different floors. Each room made strange noises from some sort of electrical motor. It was very hard to sleep. Two of our friends checkout after the first night. If you want a good night sleep then avoid this particular property.

We enjoyed our stay at Staybridge. The room was clean and staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is fine but our bedroom tv didn’t work. The glass shower door is backwards. You have to be inside the shower to turn it on. Not fun. They have the dispensers in the shower. There was no conditioner and no moisturizer in the one by the sink.

The room itself was a great set up and spacious. However, the moment we walked in, you could tell it was very hot. I assumed we needed to adjust the thermostat which I did. The bedroom was cold but the living room where my son slept was hot. We were in town to audition at UNT and left early the next day. We did not have a change to tell the front desk until later that evening about the AC. I feel as though the previous guest must have said something as well and this room should not have been available. Maintenance were not able to fix the AC and we had to move rooms.

Everything was excellent from the staff to the accommodations.

No room service for 4 days of stay. Bugs in the room, sinks filled up with water and wouldn't go down. We will never stayn in that property again.

The rooms are always clean and stocked with bathroom essentials. The breakfast is good quality food with good variety for dietary needs.

Our stay was good and appreciated the ammenities. Staff was friendly, Hotel and room were clean (and Im picky) a handyman needs to visit room 116- replace lightbulbs, replace clock that wont work, add bathroom handle and a lock would be a bonus. pillows had cases "firm" and "soft" they were all too soft!

Breakfast was great. Room was clean. We didn't cook, but we had what we needed if we wanted to.

The room was clean. Really enjoyed being able to cook food. We used both queen beds, and the couch bed due to traveling with our two grown children. The couch bed was a little worn out, and an extra blanket would’ve been nice. But overall very satisfied with the stay. The breakfast provided was very nice.

Wow! My stay was so wonderful. I’ve previously lived in Denton, and visit pretty regularly but I’ve never noticed this quaint, tucked away hotel. It’s a quiet location, despite being so close to many stores and the freeway, the staff was friendly, and parking was plentiful. Our room had everything you could need, although we didn’t take advantage of much of it, due to being mostly out around the town. Before checking out we had the most amazing breakfast. Originally, I planned to only have coffee but the available items were so exciting, I ended up having biscuits and gravy and yogurt with fresh (giant) blueberries, strawberries and granola! There were other toppings available to make an egg scramble as well. They also had cereal, bagels, toast, waffle maker and some other hot foods like eggs and sausage links. I was impressed. Additional they have multiple juice options. The woman who tends to the buffet was very attentive and friendly. She made sure all of our needs were met and we were satisfied with our breakfast. I was not expecting that! It was lovely and I plan to come back and only stay here in the future!

Great variety and delicious breakfast

Our bedding was clean and the room was very nicely arranged. There were a few things that could be improved. The lamps were discolored and the lamp shades stained. The body wash dispenser in the bathroom was not working. The mirror above the desk had something on it. The closet door had a residue of something about head high. The entry door had a greasy looking imprint in an “x” on the front. The metal frame in the bathroom is rusting through the paint. This made the room a little less comfortable because of the clean factor. The breakfast variety was very good, best I’ve had in a hotel of this rating. The only real problem is that people bring their pets and there was a woman with her Great Dane in the dining room and we chose to take our breakfast up to the room because of the worry of it contaminating the food. The owner was not very attentive. Pet friendly will be something we look for in hotel reservations for the future so we may avoid animals. Hotels are becoming increasingly hard to come by that don’t cater to pets and for those of us who do not bring our pets and want to be free of the worry of guarding our food, clothing, etc. we are not pleased when we have to endure animals of others. If you are going to allow them, someone should be present to keep the owners from bringing them into the areas of food. It ruins others whole dining experience. Plus, I cannot imagine how much more difficult it becomes for the hotel staff clean up, noise complaints, etc.

housekeeping- came but didn’t take all trash and didn’t replenish toilet paper room- not all outlets worked nor some of the light switches or phones in room kitchen area was nice and stocked liked the fact it was a full kitchen breakfast- was free and for free it served it’s purpose nothing spectacular bathroom- bench in accessible bathroom was a little to low to transfer dove products in bathroom a plus however it was no hand soap in bathroom overall room served it’s purpose

Weekend breakfast opening earlier, hotel needs renovation - ie. Torn couch cushions, tile flooring chipped, just overall old and not maintained great. Ok for our stay but would not book here again

This is a practical hotel. Some of the furniture seems old but it’s not a five star resort. It’s comfortable and convinient.

Love the kitchenette and the cleanliness of the room. Having an option to cook something to eat is great with kiddos. Also having an option to go to bed early and not be disturbed with the slip bedroom design so your partner or kids can stay up to watch there shows.

There were some flickering lights in my room, as well as some that could not be turned off to create total darkness. My room was very close to the elevator, so there was some minor noise. Bed was comfortable and room clean. The free breakfast was nice.

The food in the breakfast area was very good and the staff kept it replenished when needed. Front desk was extremely helpful. When we left items in our room after checkout they went out of their way to get them back for us. So great!

Very clean, smelled fresh. Great assortment for the breakfast buffet. The room was immaculate, loved the kitchenette, would be perfect for an extended stay in the future. The best touch is real dishes. Only complaint if I had to find one was the lack of ice but the staff was kind enough to get me some from the kitchen

Huge rooms and a really large bathroom area made it feel like home. Nice to have a standard-size refrigerator instead of the dorm-room size that many hotels have. Comfortable beds and plenty of space to walk around them. Next time I am in town, this will be my first choice as a place to stay.

The staff were great! Breakfast excellent! The pull put couch may need upgrading. The AC was definitely loud as it is hidden in a closet in the bedroom suite and it kept waking the baby otherwise provided great coolness during the heatwave days when we stayed. I don see a recycling bin to use and we had tons we would have loved to recycle.

Great location, close to lots of restaurants, stores, and downtown. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Looks recently updated. Nice kitchen that includes a full fridge and dishes. Bed was comfortable. Quiet room.

I took my neices and nephew as a mini vacation for them before school starts. The pool was great.. they had 2 propane grills we used for our meals.. and the mall was across the street for easy access for school shopping. They had a great time as we have a multi-room suite and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Not that clean as expected and the room i booked online was not the same i got in the property. Restroom door was not able to close, the couches covers make room look more dirtier.

The only thing was the gym I can’t open the door to go in

We love to stay at this hotel. The two bedroom suite is perfect for our family and the breakfast is always good!

It was a quick overnight stay. Checked in at 8pm and out the door by 430am but that short stay told me everything i needed to know. I was traveling by myself and felt safe. Room was spotless, bed & pillows were comfy, riom was roomy and bathroom was very clean too. They supply bathroom with dove body wash, dove shampoo & conditioner so if you firget your supplies like i did they got you covered. This will be my new place to stay when im in this area.

I spent $130 for a night in a room here and I couldn’t control the AC so I sweat all night I even went to the front desk and told the lady and she said she would tell maintenance and let me know something and I never heard another word. Other than that, the place was nice, but the AC was a dealbreaker. I don’t ever wanna go through that again. I was very uncomfortable.

Room smelled damp. The pull out couch is a joke. Weird grinding sount coming out of vent all night. Front desk attend unfriendly. Never again!

The hotel and room were nice and clean. The bed on the other hand was horribly hard. We had a hard time getting to sleep, and woke up with several aches and pains. We feel the room and hotel wasn’t worth the price charged for the stay.

My wife and I came to Denton for our grandchild's graduation. The occasion was very special to us and our stay at Staybridge made it that much more memorable. The breakfast was amazing our room was great.

Great place to stay

The hotel was fine and conveniently located to UNT. The hotel itself was not the problem, but hotel management charged the wrong card, overcharged the room and then refused to accept the Hotels.com reservation price. Hotels.com did their best to rectify the situation, but the management did not respond.

Super clean suite! Breakfast options were nice, not just cold cereal and waffles. Only complaint was the TV wasn't working, but they sent a guy right up to get it working. The maintenance guy left behind his tools and didn't put the dresser back. Not a huge deal. We did not call down to remind them it was there or they probably would have came up and fix it.

My Place to stay every time I go visit my daughter in college. Excellent Hotel love the Customer Service everyone who works there is so nice and polite.

I loved the location. Mr first impression was great. After a few hours and the next morning we found roaches in the room.

Full kitchen is a plus for families.

First time staying at this hotel. It was awful. The air conditioner didn’t work, the rug was sopping wet near the bathroom, the floors were extremely slippery, there was a humming fan noise that went on all night. Was told they would upgrade us to a different room for the following night and that did not happen plus the So-called general manager. It was very rude and seemed annoyed with our complaining. Won’t be back.

We were in town to see family and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the one-bedroom suite. Very spacious, it felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room. The breakfast buffet was impressive, lots of options including for those who are watching their diet. Staff were friendly and attentive, location was ideal in that it was close to restuarants and shopping but tucked away from the main thoroughfare. No doubt this will be my go-to in Denton - highly recommend.

The room we had had a full kitchen, minus a dishwasher, and a living area with a separate bedroom. It was much more than we expected and my wife and I really were surprised. It was like an apartment, and there were two TVs which was also different.

Check in was easy. Room was very nice, more than I expected. The night front desk clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was waaaayy more than just eggs and sausage. It was amazing! Very clean and food was hot. We will return.

My room was not clean thoroughly, I did not enjoy the sofa was hard and dirty. Aswell as the sofa pillows were flat. Beds were not comfy really hard.

Stayed for two nights and enjoyed a nice clean room, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, and helpful staff support. There is everything you could possibly need nearby, shops restaurants and more.Highly recommend it.

The room was comfy and private, quiet. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were not, though they were plentiful. The tub was slippery, which was weird for an accessible room.

The only thing that was unexpected was that the room I booked online was not big enough for the four of us. So we had to change rooms. Make sure when booking online you get the correct information. When I booked the room details read that it was big enough to sleep 5 people, which is was not. But, all in all it was a pleasant place to stay. Thank you to the front desk clerk who checked us in. Hotel is located behind the mall and shopping centers and food were all on easy to get to roads. You did not have to leave the area once you arrived which is nice in such big places such as the DFW area.

I love the extra space the rooms are very nice beds big and comfortable they have complimentary breakfast food was great if you wanted to cook you have a store top they provide the cookware plus cups and plates and silverware plus seasonings it felt more like home than a hotel room for my family and my daughters family without getting in each other’s way I most definitely will be returning

Upon the checkin, we were given the wrong room that was much smaller. The woman at the front desk claim that it was what we were booked. Which was a lie, my sister booked at the same time, same type of room and hers was correct. She(front desk worker) then realized the a male employee change it and she corrected it. The room was nice but had a small roach problem. It was a decent stay.

The staff was very friendly! The property is in need of a refresh. Walls and baseboards seemed less than clean. The furniture in the living area should have been replaced years ago! There were huge rips in the upholstery. For over $200 a night, I would stay elsewhere. Not sure why this property had been rated well by other travelers. It will also probably result in me never staying at a Staybridge Suites again. They are trying to compete with Residence Inn and Courtyard, they are not in Denton.

The only issue was that quite time is 10-6am or something like that VUT Saturday at around 12-3am there was a large group of young teens being loud yelling outside at the fire pit and it interrupted our sleep. Being super loud and no one from the staff answered my call which was from room 411
