I was amazed at how beautiful this hotel is. The location is nice and in a parking lot with several restaurants- also across the highway from Buc-ees. My suite was amazing! I could not figure out the thermostat and reached out to the front desk and they helped immediately. I did have some trouble with the TVs, but that didn't bother me too much. The breakfast options were great, and the waffles, in the shape of Texas, were both fun and tasted delicious. All staff were so helpful and kind. I absolutely would stay here again.

Check in/out was quick and easy. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet options were good. Pool looked nice although we did not use it. Definitely had some road noise but that’s expected with a hotel next to a major interstate. Would choose to stay here again.

The room size and the feeling of an apartment rather than a hotel. Housekeeping missed changing towels and emptying trash in my son’s room. He had children in diapers so his room really needed to be tended to.

I liked the location of the property. There were 5 people traveling with me so we planned on using the sofa bed. Once we let it out we discovered lots of food and trash underneath the sofa. We saw 2 roaches within 4/5 hours of being in the room and asked if we could move to another room. I was told there were no rooms available to fit 6 people so we decided to leave within the first 4/5 hours. I booked this hotel for 2 nights and we didn’t even get to sleep there one night. My kids trip was ruined.

Everything couldn’t have been better. Great breakfast, fun swimming pool or grandson in morning. Kendra at front desk was excellent in helping us locate a pharmacy close by.

Air conditioning in room never got cold, humid and hot all night. Noisy ceiling fan, it squeaked all night, no sleep. Assigned a room at the end of the hall next to stair exit. Would’ve been nice if I was asked about room preference. Locks on room doors do not seem secure at all. There was only One lady at the front desk who was answering the phone, attempting to check in people while attempting to de-escalate customers with delayed check in’s because housekeeping was still trying to clean rooms at 5pm. I felt sorry for her but she handled it well. She called for help but by this time people were tired and weary.

Nothing I did t like the fact that they gave a male person who was not a guest a key to my room and he came in the room while me and my daughters were in our bday suite . They have yet to fix this situation.

The staff was amazing. The tall bearded blonde man was exceedingly friends. Reminds me of a young Santa. He needs a raise. My roommate was shirtless and fat

The Staff are nice,friendly and approachable. The BedRoom is clean and smells fresh. The bathroom is awesome I love those Body Wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. The Hot Tub is perfectly warm enough. The Pool/Spa Jacuzzi is amazing. My first time hotel that they offered for us to use and it’s vegan products. Breakfast was great too. How I wish I can come back and stayed more nights/days. Thank You Great Stayed!

Room was very clean. Staff was super helpful, pool was beautiful and hot tub was so relaxing. My only complaint was that the laundry room is hidden on the second floor and requires quarters but has no change machine. All other hotels I’ve been to, you could pay with your phone for laundry.

Our room was clean and huge! It was only a few dollars more to get a suite and it was worth it! We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. If you like Buc-ee's, it’s only 5 minutes away!

Everything was great. The only complaint we had is that better pillows are needed. The room was clean and it was considerably quiet even being right off the highway. The staff were very polite and courteous.

The staff was good and friendly no complaints. The main problem was the window was not sealed properly or there was a crack, so anytime the wind blew there was an extremely loud whistle and/or howl. It was louder than the air conditioning which is saying something. It was impossible to sleep through. This went on all night off and on 3 out of the 4 nights. The sink was clogged as well. A really bad experience overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Premier Crow Chase Inn & Suites. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The suite was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the ambiance that this hotel provides its guests. All staff, especially Deja, were friendly and so helpful. See you again in the near future!

Staff was very rude and was not able to answer questions or provide consistent information in regard to early check-in for our large group in town for a wedding. For $300 a night, the room was pitiful. The bathroom sink appeared to have a fresh caulking job that didn’t stick so the sink moved all over the counter. In addition to this, the faucet was clearly broken with a piece of metal wrapped in FOIL as the solution. Do not waste your time or money here.

This was a great find in Denton. They do not have the biggest parking lot. As we had a truck and trailer, we were not able to park the trailer at the hotel. Has to make other arrangements. But it worked out. A family member has an EV truck and was able to charge at the hotel.

We loved the room we were given but the TV didn't work and they were unable to fix it for us so they moved us to another room. This room was even bigger and better. Breakfast was excellent. We will certainly want to stay at Premier Best Western again.

The bartender left early, so the front desk personnel made the drink as best he could. I enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub jets were not working and someone poured a mound of a sand like element in there that I had not experienced on a previous trip. Breakfast was good, but an update wouldn't hurt. I have been visiting the hotel for three years, and the menu is always the same. All in all, still a good trip.

Traveling with a family of 6. We were all able to sleep great in one room. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and a highlight for the kids.

The young lady at the front desk helped us with an early check in and the housekeeping staff member also insured that the room was clean and ready. Seems that everyone there takes pride in their work and I’m very grateful for it.

Everything was excellent during my stay at the BW Premier except for the drink I was served at the Chasers Bar, the usual and excellent bartender was available to serve my drink the alternate bartender has probably not being trained on how to prepare or serve the drinks

The room was great. The beds are hard and that makes for an uncomfortable night but I have that problem in lots of hotels. The air worked beautifully but the unit needed a little cleaning. The room had two ceiling fans and one made a horrible noise. The hallways smelled odd but overall it was a great stay.

I consider everyone here to be a part of my family.

.When I talked to a manager the next morning she admitted to me that the night manager had lied to me.!!!!! . Neither one of these people ever offered me the room I had been guaranteed and paid for in my reservation.!!!!!

Room wasn’t cleaned but beds were made. Someone’s contact lense was on the night stand and pretzels and open bottle of water left behind before we checked in.

I have not stayed at a Best Western Premier before. I would have given 5 stars for everything had it not been very loud early in the morning out in the hallway. I would stay here again but not on the first floor. The photos are an accurate representation of the property. I loved the location. Very close proximity to everything. The lobby was very nice and the front desk staff greeted me right away. Check in went smooth. The pool and hot tub area are great. It was nice to wind down in the bar after a long day of driving. My room was spacious and updated. I noticed the small details and some things had not been cleaned like they should have but overall, it appeared clean. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast before having to get back on the road.

The painting of the second floor while I stayed there was an inconvenience as I had to have the painter cut through the plastic just to enter my room on Tuesday afternoon when I arrived mid afternoon after an early morning long meeting. And the paint fumes gave me such a headache for the next two days.

The sink did not drain well, nor did the bath tub. The area between the mattress and the bed frame needs to be vacuumed. It is a bit noisy, since it is near the access road. The plus side. The a/c worked great.

My overall experience was really good. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Not sure if everyone receives a welcome gift, I didn’t receive one, my other issue was the hot tub not in service. That was one of the reasons me and my husband booked at this particular location. The last thing was parking seemed to be a bit crowded. Overall I would stay again!

We checked in late, and missed the cutoff for the hot tub 😟. Very impressed with the accommodations and amenities. Had breakfast before checkout and was happy to see the well prepared variety of choices. Delicious!

I needed a quality room at the last minute that wouldn’t break the bank and was located in a safe spot near places to eat. I was more than pleased with my choice. The room was perfect. The location was ideal and the staff was friendly.

The property looked very nice, was clean and the staff was friendly. We were comfortable at 70 degrees when we went to bed after driving 5 hours to get there, and were expecting a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, sometime in the middle of the night the AC stopped working. The fan would kick on & then go off...and then go on and off again...over and over. It might stop 5 or 10 mins and then go on and off again. I was in the bed closest to the fan so it woke me a lot. I woke at 4:30am, this time drenched in sweat. The temperature was 79 degrees in the room & we had all the covers on so I had sweated through my pj's. The rest of my family was asleep & I didn't figure they could do anything at that time & I figured the only thing they could do was move us to a different room if they even had one available. I hated to wake my husband & kids by calling/ loading everything up to move to another room, so I didn't call at 4:30. I did go down at 7:30 or 8am to tell the front desk, but because I went through Expedia, the young girl said she couldn't discount it, but would tell the manager (who I've never heard from). I had paid $320 for one night after city, county, and state taxes, so it was frustrating to not get a comfortable night's sleep. The rest of my family said they had woken up a lot during the night but thought it was just them so they just kicked off the covers. I wish I had known they were uncomfortable too because I would have at least asked for fans.

There were pros and cons. Location great for us. Nice reception staff. Room and beds very comfy. Bathroom clean. Breakfast good. But..... our room was not protected from noise as it was right next to two exit doors that other guests used often and made loud clicks when closing. Guests in room above were very heavy footed and walked around a lot! We could not find a way of switching off the alarm on the clock, which unbeknown to us was set for 7am! Not good when you've been woken up during the night! And when we pulled out the bedside table to access the plug to kill the alarm, there was a pile of dust and old cigarette butts! So, pros and cons. They could fix some of the cons.
