It was good my fault I didn't see that it did that have a microwave and frig but it was good and internet too Microwave and fridge

There was cigarette burns everywhere stuff on the curtains. Stains on the sheets. The room had a bad odor. Bugs in the light fixtures. Even the toilet seat had cigarette burns on them

The bed was a brick I got no sleep. No small refrigerator in the room

Nothing the room smelled and the air conditioning didn’t work had to change rooms 4 times The manager was horrible and rude

Location and price Bugs everywhere inside the room. Sink was full of small grasshopper type bugs and plumbing flies. Beetles were all over the floor. Got bit by one bug on the arm.. not sure the name of it but it looked like a crossbreed between a praying mantis and a earwig. No lie.

Yes, I had a friend let me stay in his room over night after I had left from the room I paid for, he left early out of his room, the manager/owner yelled at me and told me not to come back. I did not do anything but stay a night with a friend.

It was nice. I was in town for a graduation. If you are looking for something quite, this is probably is not the place. It's too close to the freeway

Was charged on hotels.com..then was charged again at check in my the hotel. Took 3 days for the hotel charge to get refunded. Other than that, it was a place to sleep . Nothing fancy or to write home about.

It's exactly what you would expect at that price point a little bit cleaner a little bit safer than most above average for the motel 6

Staff was nice, our room was clean and no bugs. Shower didn’t drain at all, it was stocked with towels and bar soaps. (Didn’t bother to ask since it was just a nights stay) it’s a 25 min drive to winstar casino. Walls are very thin and you can hear all kinds of conversations outside. There’s restaurants nearby

Staff Excellent! Rooms not the cleanest and smelly. First rooms heat wasn't working but was quickly switched to a new room. New room a little cleaner than the first. Beds are like sleeping on concrete, pillows were lumpy.

The staff was very kind and super helpful, location is good for easy access to freeway and lots of food and shopping. Room is loud and beds are super firm, did notice cockroaches more than once. But I’d say overall it is decent for the price and safe location.

Parking was good, had a couple of restaurants within walking distance and had a QT close by

The most difficult thing about this property was the mosquitoes in the rooms. At least it was a place to sleep though.

Dirty floor behind doors. Surprisingly had a missing sunglasses leather case worth more than a stay at this Hotel! Housekeeping gave me a hard time about exchanging linen and towels all so they can go inside and leave the window wide open with all my valuables showing.

The clientele was very unsavory and I did not feel safe. I asked for towels and was told someone would come but no one did. I had to hunt down housekeeping and ask them myself. I was given grief about having a dog with me and told it was a problem but never given a reason why. My room described having a refrigerator and microwave. I called ahead to ensure it would have a fridge as I needed it to store medication. I was told it didn’t and there was nothing they could (would) do about it. Then they tried to tell me that it wasn’t included in my room. Then why did it say it in the description? I will never go back.

Other people in rooms were mentally unstable claiming I was trying to break into their apartment when it was the other way around so when I mentioned calling the cops to make sure everything’s OK they said that person was going to leave the next morning

The room was not cleaned well and the wifi was off all nigjt even after calling twice to reset it they did nothing. Asked for a late.check out and they gave me 20 mins from normal check out

Had issues with getting my room key when I went to check in the system went offline. The room was ok could us something to give the rooms fresher smells or and the housekeeping doesn’t clean the bathroom to good glad I had disinfecting whips.

There were roaches everywhere, on the walls, in the bathtub, on the floor and baby roaches. It was so gross. The neighboring room had a dog and it barked all night long. The maids were inconsiderate and slamming doors below us. We absolutely didn’t get good rest.

I cleaned and swept my room, mopped up water that came under ye door from the heavy rains with my own towels and threw all my garbage away when I checked out but I was told I was not allowed back that night because my room was left dirty. I had a dog with me and there was probably dog hair on the bed- though I used my own blanket as a bedspread so it couldn’t have been much - it’s all I can think of. Also the ac was not cold so I had taken my own fan. I stayed 9 days and felt I was treated very poorly plus the price is very expensive for the barest of rooms. Do not recommend

The mattress moves everywhere very uncomfortable

At night time their light near window all night it’s too bright by bed need more window curtains to block light we did get well sleep and bed mattress under fame spring weak

Even though the ad for the room on hotels.com says minifridge and microwave, neither were in the room they put me in. The lavatory was stopped up and drained poorly. Not ideal for shaving. Overall, Motel 6 has a good name. Operators like this one puts that in jeopardy.

Good place to,stay. It was clean and the beds are actually firmer than I like but I was able to sleep. The only problems I had they were doing construction in the room I had. But upgrades are a good thing.

There was roaches everywhere and in the restroom. When we went into the room, there was a slaughtered roach on the wall, as if somebody killed it and then it stayed there. There was a dead roach in the refrigerator.

No food options gave me the wrong room and I paid for deluxe

The first room I stayed in had an air conditioner that didn’t work well—it only produced weak, warm air during the hot summer. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom, and the exhaust fan was not working. I asked the front desk to change my room, and they did. The new room had a good air conditioner and a working exhaust fan, but I still found a few cockroaches in the bathroom. I had good experience with motel 6 in other city But not in Denton.

Ok for a one night stay, my stay was multiple days and i had to ask for clean towels after the second day, no microwave even though that was listed in the description when booking, very low water pressure

The area was not too bad so we booked. When we went into the room i could automatically tell it needed better cleaning! Then i even saw a few roaches. Definitely would not stay here again

The AC unit in my room, wasn't really working and the last night/ morning i woke up to a huge puddle on the floor.

That place is disgusting ! There were bugs on the bed, a huge cockroach in the toilet, dead bugs on the floor.

The other thing they did not have daily maid service or any for that matter where I had to go and ask the office if someone could come and clean my room I wouldn't recommend this location and it was extremely extremely disappointing

exedia sent me rom a suite to thr worst hotel in town, motel 6 was a drug, prostitute, infested with roaches hoteln not happy, expedia did a bait and switch on me

I did not know how low the rating for this hotel was or I wouldn't have booked it. Expedia rated it higher than it actually was. Smh

Not happy with my stay. The room was filthy and there were dead (and live) bugs. I literally went to get cleaning supplies and that still wasn't enough. I understand that this is a motel but with the new updates/renovations, the cleanliness standards should be a little higher. I normally don't write reviews but I hope that this'll help improve someone else's stay in the future.

The shower didnt drain the room wasnt very clean it was juat bad

First room was already vacant so I walked into somebody else’s room with full access. Second room they put me in a smoking room that smelled like a bar when I said non smoking. Than third room had a blood stain on the bedsheets with no remote, microwave, or refrigerator. At that point I gave up and settled. Would never go back to this hotel again in my life.

There was dog poop every where for one thing I don't think the room was very good either it was very noisy you could hear everything that was outside and not even a microwave and over priced they had homeless people staying in the dumpster area

My restroom was dirty. Had a surprise sitting in the toilet for us, with trash. Mold on the baseboard of the rr. Put us next to a family that could be living here, so being woken up to crying kids , arguing kids, banging on the walls, and a mother yelling was not my idea of how I wanted to wake up at 5am all the way till they left at 730 for school. Parking was limited so you got these huge diesel work trucks in front of my door and window starting up at 5 am with roaring engines. If you are looking for quiet, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!

It took them four days to come and tidy up my room my trash cans were full and could not hold anything more by day three but they just never came to clean. They refuse to give me Refund for the three days that I didn’t get to stay with made up excuses. Stay far away from this place. Oh and the door would not shut properly like it was kicked in at some point and was not properly fixed.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable the light/exhaust fan in the bathroom was very loud and flickered. We actually extended our stay but move to a different motel in the area

Worst experience ever!! I woke up around 3:00 to water dripping and just thought it was the faucet but at 5:00 when I got up the room was flooded I contacted the front desk and explain the room had 2 in of water on the floor and all of my stuff was wet they told me to contact Expedia who I booked the room through. Then I was told they would just refund my money to Expedia why didn't want that I didn't want that, I was exhausted and I had to wash and dry all of my wet belongings I asked him if they could just apply it to another night and move me to another room and they said they could not do that. And they offered no assistance with my stuff and didn't care that my room was completely flooded they all came and took pictures and turns out the people above me have left their water on but basically I ended up leaving that morning early with a bunch of wet belongings and no assistance in the hotel regarding my things or the fact that I was completely inconvenient and could not understand why they could refund the room but they couldn't apply it to another night so I could get some rest and dry my belongings. They just didn't care

Horrible! Bed wasn't much more than a cot, room stank and people being loud and slamming doors all night. Didnt sleep at all. Biggest waste of money ever.

The overall state is amazing however the cleanliness of the rooms could be a little bit more as of wiping down the Walls the headboard the walls in the bathroom and in the bathtub. I also wish that there were more amenities as for small refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. The front desk is amazing. The overnight staff is amazing. Even with the construction going on they are still cheerful respectful and knowledgeable.

The price s are affordable and the staff is very friendly and helpful and accommodating to the residents and I like the area for food purposes and shopping

I paid reservation July 31-August 01, 2024 11am check out through Expedia app. I paid reservation for same smoking room before next day 11am check out August 01 recheck in to get new key till final 11 am check out August 02, 2024. Desk tells me that I'll get refunded by Expedia since I already paid two day reservation separately but sold my prepaid room to another person before I thought I was reactivating room key just to learn I don't get the smoking room on ground floor that I paid first night & second day & night thinking no problems. Wrong! I'm stuck having to grievance my cancellation & full refund for Motel 6 cancelled in person themselves. Not my fault. I have been wronged & inconvenienced from my Money, schedule & troubles because of spontaneous bumping my prepaid two same smoking room reservations through Expedia. I request my full refund because cancellation not my fault. I have consumer rights & purchase protection in USA. I dispute the transaction & never spend my money at Motel 6 again. They wrongfully discriminate against me, violating my protected USA Constitutional Rights

I walked into my room and the floor was covered with dead bugs. There was a roach in the restroom and a dead cricket by the fridge. When I showered the next morning, there was a live cricket on the shower curtain. The shower was very low. I know I'm not that tall at 5'4 but I had to squat down to shower. Definitely will not be staying there again.
