Property convenient to North Denton. Currently, there is a lot of construction and traffic on I-35. The lobby/breakfast area chairs where very worn. They need to be reupholstered or replaced.

It is right off I35 but you couldn’t hear any road noise in the hotel. It was safe and clean. The staff were excellent and there were a lot of options for breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great! Two critiques - First, the bacon was unevenly cooked. Some was cooked perfectly. Some was undercooked. However, the bacon was all mixed together making it a no-go for my pregnant wife. Second, the fan in our bathroom was broken which made the room muggy and steamy with no ventilation. Other than that, the staff were super polite. They provided extra pillows for my wife who need extra back support during sleep. The hotel was clean and orderly. Very comfortable stay for two days and would stay again if the need arises.

I made the reservation at the last minute and they were able to get me into a beautiful room. I was very impressed with the staff and the property.

the toilet seats are not chair height and it was a tub not a walk in shower. both are preferred by older guests. because of this I will not stay there again

I have nothing good to say…It has been a terrible experience all the way around. We arrived very late and it was grossly dirty. Hair all over the floor of the bathroom and the bedspread was stained and had burn holes. If it hadn’t been so late I would have left then. My son uses a wheelchair and the ADA accessible room was not a accesible at all. It had so much bulky furniture in it, he could only access one corner of the bed and the roll in shower head did not work. I booked through Booking.com for three nights. I checked out 2 nights early due to these issues and the property refused to refund any portion of my stay…even the nights I didn’t stay and even though it was a refundable booking. I will never ever use Booking.com, Wyndham Hotels, or a Super 8 ever again. It was horrible and the service was atrocious.

Staff was nice. Breakfast had many options. Gym didn’t have many options but was happy I was able to get a workout in.

Room was great except the A/C and heater was not working properly. Room temperature was hot.

Our room was impeccable, and we are picky! Breakfast rivaled that found at nearby restaurants, although the breakfast staff on duty was discourteous. Front desk employees were warm, welcoming, and professional - setting the tone for our overall great stay. Parking is plentiful and the location is convenient and easily accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Rom was clean, noise was well-contained (couldn’t hear anything from our room and we had someone staying next door!). Breakfast was a bit sparse by the time we arrived, but that was well into breakfast service.

Side door card reader was taped together with electrical tape and not working. Had to walk around the building. Breakfast was 8/10. 1 night stay cost $120 for a $80 value. Overall a 3.8/5

We arrived at 12/1am and we wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water.

Very clean and wonderful staff!! Coffee was great! Breakfast was just average- but better than fast food.

The staff was especially nice and the breakfast was great,the pool was cold the internet said it was heated the internet also said there was a pancake maker there wasn't the internet also said there was a deli Cafe in the hotel there wasn't but great place to stay over all..

So overall the property was okay but costruction made getting to it a disaster. The reason for such a low rating was there must have been a hornets nest in the A/C. I killed 3 hornets over the course of 2 days. Noone was stung but the wife and kids were freaking out at each occurance. The room was clean but I have never to had to worry about hornets on the inside of the room. The whole situation was crazy. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice and breakfast was okay.

We actually booked this by accident - I thought I was booking the South location we stay at every time we go to Denton - but it was just as close to campus, just as convenient and just as comfortable. Staff was fantastic.

Front desk was very friendly. Cleaning staff saw that I used the keurig cups in the room and on the 2nd day left me plenty of extras. Highly recommended!!

It was close to my daughter.

From checking in to check out, it was just amazing. The rooms were clean. The lobby was welcoming. The furniture was comfortable.. breakfast in the morning was amazing. They had not only the original stuff that usually comes on a bar, but they took their time and they put fresh fruit out. They cut watermelon that was amazing. The coffee was excellent. They had the seating in the dining room was lovely. Our room was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. They had cable with extra stuff like HBO Showtime Internet pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay we will recommend it 100%.

With the construction on the road, it was a little more difficult to reach the hotel. That will clear up when the construction is finished.

On the day I was checking out I had to take a cold shower. There was no hot water, when I mentioned it to the front desk they didn’t do anything about it!

Nice area to stay and the hotel was clean. We only had issues with the water for our shower was too cold. We called for maintenance and they said it was the area the room was located.

Overall my stay was good. The hotel and my room seemed clean to me. There were some minor cosmetic faults i seen in the bathroom and in my room, wear and tear items I would say. Staff was friendly. Did not go to the pool or gym while I was there.

Overall the property was nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were disappointed that the pool was cold. There was an exterior door propped open with a trash can for some reason, making it colder. The room was as we would expect with the exception of the shower pull being extremely hard to move. Initially it was stuck up for the shower, and then we couldn’t get it back up after we had managed to knock it down for the bath. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimal and disappointing. Given all the options in the area I don’t think we’d choose to stay again.

This hotel was fantastic for its value! The room was large and comfortable, the amenities were high quality, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and every staff member was polite and courteous.

Nice room. Nice folks. “Hot” water was lukewarm. Not pleasant for either shaving or shower.

The breakfast provided was warm and quite tasty. Our room was clean and no complaints at all with the accommodations.

The parking access is strange, but location is fine.

Just took a quick overnight trip to the Dallas area with my husband. The hotel has a great location for where we were planning to shop and dine. Super clean room with lots of space! Hotel was clean and comfortable!

On the plus side, the free breakfast was good overall, and I appreciated the all-day access to coffee.

We stayed here due to an evening wedding. We live 3-hours away and hotel accommodated us to check in early so we could rest, freshen up and change clothes. Everything was great...clean and comfortable. It was nice to not have to drive home afterwards as well!

The staff was excellent. Room big and clean, just bad noise next to the highway but not a deal breaker, just know there will be a bit of traffic noise.

Unfortunately we arrived late in evening, but this was very clean and great location near two. Breakfast had a wonderful variety of food.

Every things was amazing only bad thing I could say if pool was cold and hot tub was closed off. The rooms definitely weren't very sound proff you could hear everything going on in the hallways

Check in the people were rude, trying to be funny, I didn’t have time for that. Gave me the wrong room, we I questioned them about it , the manager lied to me saying it was all they had and I’d have to take to hotels.com about it. When I told them they have nothing to do with the hotel only the information you provide them , he had nothing to say, will not be staying here again

I used the map feature to chose the hotel because I knew which one I wanted to stay at and were located. I book and followed directions to hotel only to find I had been booked at the one across town. I went to the one across town and promptly left and returned to hotel I wanted to book. Abandoned the hotel rm brought through your app. Will never book a room with a third party app again. Cost me a few hundred dollars for nothing. I did call your customer service. But no real help.

Odd location on one way frontage road not ideal, but good value for large room

This hotel was a good place to sleep after a family wedding in Ponder. I didn’t see many nearby eateries, but I wasn’t really looking. The rooms are spacious, and the common areas are modern. The gym is really small.

Warning! Do not stay at this hotel! The management might be the worst management in the hotel business. The entire hotel room smells awful. It’s like an awful perfume, covering up the smell of animals throughout the hotel and in the hotel room. The flooring in the hotel room seem like It was about to collapse. The fixtures in the bathroom were broken. Half the outlets in the room did not work. It was so bad that I left after one night on a prepaid room. The area is very industrial and I did not feel safe there. Go to the other side of town where the hotels are much better.

It wasn’t bad. We did see one bug. The bed was not real comfortable. They were hospitable and tried hard to please.
