He got rid of the squirrel and added chemicals, but he clearly just tosses the squirrel in the bushes since the smell lingered and a vulture circled the pool area for the rest of our visit.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and well stocked. We really liked the quiet area around the property with walkable shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was convenient, but subpar. Air conditioner in room was so loud. Took shower 30 minutes to heat all the way up and I had it turned all the way up. I asked to have my bed made and told them I spilled coffee on the floor and was told someone would come up to change my sheets and clean it up and no one ever did.

Quality building with lots of local shops and restaurants. Wish I had the pool and lake view but it was not available. Property was great.

Excellent ADA room with a complete breakfast and great service.

I liked the Basketball court and pool since it gave us something to do do at the hotel. The signs inside the hotel said Pool & Spa and had arrows pointing to it. I did not see a spa or hot tub so I asked the receptionist and she said that there was no hot tub. The breakfast was ok but the eggs looked really fake and not appetizing.

Everything was exceptional. Cleanliness, amenities, and the breakfast was, by far, the best hotel breakfast I've every had. The staff was also great, and everthing a guest could ever expect.

Nice breakfast, quiet location. I stayed 5 days and my room was never cleaned. Several mornings I had the 'do not disturb' on the door but it was always removed by 10 am. I could have spent $300 less and had my room cleaned daily.

Woke up at 1:00am both nights first loud people above us. Staff offered us to move rooms… at1:30am!! Next night vent in wall turned on at 1:00am and sounded like an airplane engine!! 2 terrible nights sleep!!

Nice location, very clean! We left an expensive item in room had no idea they called us to help us arrange to mail back item. Nice to know there are trustworthy individuals cleaning rooms!!!

The bathrooms shower head was green from build up along with the bathroom sinks faucet. The one in the shower was almost completely green though. The pull out couch’s mattress was very thin, when we tested it, we could feel the bar underneath. The remote to the TV in the living area, the battery was also dead so we had to keep changing the channel for our son. It was an overall clean hotel itself. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities the hotel offered besides the breakfast. The staff were nice. The hotel seemed to be in a nice area. We didn’t have any problems and it didn’t seem very busy.

Tile in bathroom was broken and pieces would move out of position. Sharp edges were potentially able to cut feet from movement.

Homewood Suites in Denton exceeded my expectations in every way. There was plenty of parking — even with my truck and sailboat in tow. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, making the whole place feel inviting and relaxing. The front desk peeps, Zach and Magdalene, who were super friendly and made check-in and out a breeze. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was truly CLEAN (not something I take for granted). The full-size refrigerator was a great bonus for longer stays, and the price was more than reasonable for the quality. Kudos to Elizabeth, Executive Housekeeping, for leading an amazing team. I had to edit to add the breakfast was better than most free hotel breakfast. This hotel checks all the boxes — I’m definitely adding it to my favorites list! Love it so much, I've booked at the next Homewood along my journey west.

This was the nicest Homewood Suites I have stayed at. It is a large hotel and yet super quiet. I could hear my neighbor coughing at night but ear plugs blocked it out. I would stay here again.

I loved everything about the hotel the people the front desk, the breakfast area the ladies that work there could not be nicer. If you needed anything they were right there. The room was absolutely wonderful too. I would definitely stay there again.

Way overpriced for an average hotel. Beds were fine, pillows were flat and had no shape. Slight mold around the caulk in the shower. Older furniture and fixtures, with the dents and dings to prove it. Our floor had a divot that was carpeted over- and a loud squeak around it. I would've hated to be the people below us.

Overall a great stay. It was super nice to be able to take a stroll after dark and feel safe. Multiple dining options close by.

I would stay here again.

Stay was good. Room was large enough for us to enjoy. We were there 3 nights without room service. Signage indicated every second day to be cleaned with fresh towels. Location was convenient for trip's purpose. Would stay again..

The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The rooms were clean, it had a full size refrigerator, and the fold out bed was comfortable. The wifi worked great for all our devices.

Maggie made sure our stay was perfect. Her customer service and wonderful personality was outstanding. Staying at this hotel, make sure Maggie is working, you can expect 5 star level customer service. She is that good. The breakfast is very tasty with plenty of options.

Great location, easy to access the highway and all areas around Denton/Dallas/Ft Worth. Check in staff (Michael) was very accommodating with his knowledge of the area, attractions,restaurants and history. He made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean, and the staff was always friendly. Having the pool and great outdoor area was a plus!

I was forced to use the ironing board that was in the room in order to get her in the bed; it was very risky.

Nice clean room, yummy breakfast with lots of options, and staff was friendly. They even made goodie bags for the Solar Eclipse (the reason we were in town). Highly recommend!

The hotel boosts some wonderful staff, and very clean rooms. The hotel is in a great spot for visiting TWU! And it was so quiet I actually slept really well.

Everything was great except one thing...we were on the 3rd floor. The person staying above us was up and down all night. We new this because the ceiling creeked loudly every time he/she moved woke me up every time 😢. Besides that it was great.

The property wa very convenient, the rooms we quiet, the breakfast was good, the breakfast staff was very friendly. They did not ever clean my room or refresh my linens for the stay, the signage states every other day - i checked in Monday amd out Friday. The shower area could have been cleaner and the room could use some refreshing.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. The rooms are huge and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is so nice and even has Texas shaped waffles. Fantastic value for the price.

Sofa bed was a little dated and uncomfortable, but everything else was great. A very nice place with helpful staff.

Loved our suite. Had an issue with the toilet. It was fixed promptly and they apologized for the inconvenience. We were unable to get Hilton points since we booked on a third party. Breakfast had healthy options. Yaaay !Friendly & welcoming staff. Super comfortable. Would stay again except for area congestion. Restaurants nearby are ok. Loved the lake & parking was adequate. Excellent facilities and staff

Staff was super friendly. The room smelled like a litter box and there cat feces, pet food, and cat litter occupying the floor of the bathroom. Would not choose Homewood Suites again.

We enjoyed the view of the little lake and the close access to everything. The hotel was roomy and clean. We will stay here again.

Other than the guy stomping around above us all weekend, it was a pleasant stay.

Shower, bed, kitchen were pluses. Lack of tv channels and the room smell were minuses.

Very nice! My family and I were able to enjoy home cooked meals and have the convenience of being near several entertainment outlets. I would definitely stay there again.
