    Nothing. The room was very hot when I entered but I didn’t think much of it till later when I turned the A/c on and it started blowing hot air. It also had like tiny different color particles on the outer rim of the A/c machine so when air blew through so did some of the particles. The carpet was filthy with stains, walls had writing all over the walls and bathroom. There was also a hole behind the bathroom door even though I asked for a room with no damage because I don’t wanna be held accountable for nobody else’s actions.I checked out like an hour n 30-35 after me getting my room key because of the conditions of da room.

    I should have been paid to stay here. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The room was disgusting!! The sheets were dirty. There was no blanket. I could see the outside trough the cracks in the door. The neighbors pot smoke wafted into my room throughout the night. I was asked for money by more than one stranger. Some person even had the audacity to knock on my door to ask me for money and a ride. Later in the evening a Pimp and his ladies of the night took up shop in the parking lot. Needless to say DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT IS NOT SAFE!!!

    Took a bit to check in. They wanted to give me a smoking room when i requested a non. Room was hot, smelled like smoke and mini fridge doesn't work. Not sure its worth the $101 i paid. Probably wont stay there again.

    This room is not in living conditions not even for 1 night. Toilet would not flush the shower had no water pressure. Towels were nasty. The jacuzzi was falling apart. Sink was falling apart. No iron! Floors felt wet! NASTY!

    This was in poor condition. The bed and huge dents in the mattress and had to try to sleep in the middle. The air conditioner rattled all night and the condition of the room and property were POOR! It should be torn down.

    The room was dirty. The carpet wan stained the bed sheets had cigarette burns when it was supposed to be non smoking, the room was extremely hot, fridge was frozen over and the toilet made a high pitch sound all night.

    Provided a room that had not been cleaned. Hotel was very dirty. I had to clean the room myself, (no exaggeration.) Staff was rude and did not assist. I had to use my own linen because none was provided. Hotel had no amenities.

    Towels were stained and no washcloths available. Trash can had a dirty bag. Carpet very dirty and the remote would not work. The door was missing top lock chain and the bottom where it locks was a little loose. Felt a little unsafe with my kids in that aspect.

    So this was a reservation through Expedia whom when started the reservation was on the correct property which is southwest not Dallas south! Then I go check in, mean while got the address opened through there app over to maps and took me to the property I had booked but when I got there I had no reeevation for that paroleety but the other property in Dallas south! So I called property to cancel and ask if I would get my Money back they had no problem with it but then Expedia calls and refuse cause it said nonrefundable when I made the reservation not only was this the hot tub suite but I paid 139 for that then cause I could afford another Uber to go to that property I now had to pay for the room of the property in south grand prAirie at 144 for that night and didn’t get a hot tub room and it was a dirty room at that! For more and I explained what happened to Expedia and that I called hotel and they said if they called and canceled it they would refund it. Well Expedia I’ve been using for years and y’all have made a lot Of Money off me but u refuse to even give me one back because of a fault in ur system have the wrong property listed and then fail to correct it almost leaving me on the street due to their lack of having ads for both hotels down to the pictures of front of hotel completely identical to confuse to people when booking then fail to correct it’ just robot it out I guess

    Wow this motel was unbelievable! Three rooms for five construction workers. It was filthy. One bathroom was so dirty one of our guys wouldn’t even take a shower for three days. That bad! Another room had old soup ok the microwave! Needless to say I moved them over to Holiday Inn Express today. $90 a night. Why?? Somebody call the health department!

    The handicap room has roll in shower without a fold down seat. Room and bathroom have ample handicap access for wheelchair. Hotel is clean and quiet. Price is good for area and McDonalds is accross the street. This is our second stay.

    The main lobby is locked, you have to buzz to just get in to check in (red flag number one) then when we got our key to the room it didnt work. So we asked for them to reprogram it, only for them to tell us we just have to swipe it a bunch of times until it works. Okay fine. After fighting with the room door, we walk in to ROACHES!! LITERAL ROACHES. The sheets were also stained with blood and what looked like black gum. Avoid this place at all costs!! The area is also very sketchy and the hotel is not right off a main street so its very hard to even get to the parking lot. Just overall horrible experience. I know its a super 8 but it's bottom of the bottom bad.

    The good here is only location. There are restaurants and a quick time nearby - easy walk. Not sure why this hotel advertises breakfast. On hotels.com Definitely the lowest quality I've ever stayed in for the price point

    I booked through the hotels app and when I got to the hotel my reservation had been canceled. Noone notified me prior to us checking in at 8 p.m. very upset because they only had 1 room left at that point. And it was way more. We were forced to go two hours out of the way by the time we found lodging!!

    Floor not vacuumed/mopped. Stains on linens. phone didn't work, A/C was shut off about an hour before checkout time each day. Front desk would turn it back on remotely after I call (using my cell). No iron, no coffee maker, old rundown bldg, laundry machines are in dark damp outdoor corridor and are very rusty and shabby looking, ice machine in same dark dank corridor, staff don't speak much English (some speak None). Very inconvenient entrance to facility. Bed was rock hard. Luckily, I can sleep on anything, and I found no critters *** The Good Things ... The water was Hot. The refrigerator worked wonderfully. Microwave in room. I was on the "quiet" side. Good price and easy online booking.

    I checked in around 5pm and was given a key to a room that was already occupied. I walked in and there were drugs on the table and a disgusting mess. When I went back to the lobby, both employees laughed about the mistake. The rooms are not clean and now I have bug bites. I respectfully request a full refund for this horrific experience.

    I had booked for two nights but when i got to see what i was up against i immediately realized that i had made a big mistake. The room smelt awful ,carpets full of stains dirty .the pillows the same. Literally the only think in that room clean was the bathroom. I think i even cought bed bags there. My whole body ached so much that i knew there was no way i was gonna sray there for the next night; since i didnt sleep at all the first one. Upto now i am still trying to get a refund for one night from them but Expedia and the hotel are giving me a run around. Trust me you dont want to book stay there . You will regret it . Dont say i didn't worn you.

    The service was horrible, the room made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t even sit down I waited for my friend to come pick me up as soon as I checked out the whole room. The covers had burnt holes in them and the room smelled dusty.
