Minor things: That the pool was closed. The temperature in the room was tricky to manage. We only had one small trash can in the bathroom, it would've been helpful to have a second one.

Beautiful place to spend time

The room was nice and clean but the paint was chipping on the walls and the facet water took forever to heat up.

Not the usual springhill suites I am used to staying, just because the bathroom is small. It is not the same bathroom as other springhill suites. However, room was clean and bathroom was spotless.

We stayed there for one night only. The stay was great. Clean,the staff were nice and checking in and out was fast and easy. Breakfast was awesome and no complaints. The only thing is I booked this hotel because on google said it was 14 minutes walking distance from AAC but it was definitely not. We had to pay uber to and from. That was the only inconvenience.

Staff were pleasant and the room layout was nice, but overall I was very disappointed. The bathroom smelled of mildew and wasn’t properly cleaned. Most frustrating, the hotel advertises EV chargers, but none were available on site, the main reason I booked here. Parking was also very tight. Misleading amenities made this stay a letdown, and I would have booked elsewhere had I known. There was also a homeless man hanging around behind the building watching everyone that drove by.

Staff was excellent, the front desk young lady who helped me was beyond friendly, helpful and just made the whole transaction great. She was the perfect person and smile i needed from such a long week .

We started at a different motel and had to leave due to unsafe conditions. This place was a breath of fresh air. The room was cool and welcoming. Very clean. My daughter and I had the pool to ourselves which was icing on the cake! Loved the walk-in shower and coffee/ tea maker. It was storming outside overnight, but it was quiet in the room and we felt safe. Thank you Staybridge for saving our weekend!

It was a great stay for our family. The room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. The best part was the sitting area with sofabed is separated with the bedroom for more privacy. My son loves the breakfast amd making his own waffle. Would def be staying again

Beds were comfortable, the shower had good pressure and a handheld shower head as well as the overhead one, breakfast was plentiful and the employees were all very friendly. The bedroom was large and the "living room" area was comfortable. There was some highway noise but unless you are a super light sleeper it was not a problem. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom ran continuously. Again, not a problem for us, but it might be for others.

This is where we stay whenever we have early flights out of Love Field. Very clean and comfortable and quiet as well. Surrounding area isn’t that great but they have security on the premises so you feel safe enough.

Check in was quick and easy. The room exceed our expectations. The free breakfast was very good. Better than the competitors. Scrambled eggs/bacon/sausage links and patties/potatoes/biscuits and gravy, crustless eggwhite "quiche", fresh fruit, toast, pastries and make your waffle station with blueberry compote. Food was replenished often and quickly and area kept clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay so much! Every inch of this hotel was spotless. The staff were very friendly. Shoutout to Stefan’s who even called our room after checking in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The breakfast offered lots of options to make a healthy balanced meal. They had lots of comfortable seating and even had high chairs for my 8 month old to safely enjoy his meal. Thank you for a pleasant stay for our family.

Excellent hotel if you are visiting Dallas. Close to downtown without being in the crazy traffic. Free parking and we felt safe. Very, Very clean, queen suite was amazing. Beds comfortable! The staff was so accommodating and nice; both the night and day shift. Breakfast was outstanding!! The best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed at in years and we travel a lot! Full breakfast; the best oatmeal station with all kinds of toppings, waffles, eggs, bagels, etc. Marie was very sweet. Best hotel we have stayed at in a long time!

My family and I really enjoy how large is sleeping space was. My girl's enjoy that there was more than one TV in the room. We really enjoy the pool and the fact that they had separate towels for the pool, and for bathing. The over all the experience was great, the staff was nice and greeted us any time we went in and out of the facility. The breakfast was awesome!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

I love this hotel. The staff were really friendly, and they responded to every request. The room was clean, and the hotel overall was clean. Breakfast was good and they have everything we needed. There are also restaurants nearby. It was easy access to go to Downtown Dallas and nearby activities and entertaiment.

I think having the security drive around the parking lot as a posed to just parked and sitting in their car would be more helpful.

The beds were hard and the breakfast while normally good at Springhill was largely unedible at this location.
