Staff was friendly and room was room. Just as advertised. We went when the pool was under maintenance so my kids missed out, but it was a great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay, the property is well maintained and well located. The breakfast options were excellent

Hotel was under construction and had many dogs that barked early in the mornings. Breakfast was very simple.

Location, access and parking were great. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and the amenities were very good. While it looked like the property was getting a facelift or refresh, the downstairs hallways were littered with excess construction debris that could have easily been swept and vacuumed to maintain a good atmosphere. The first night of check in had kids above us that sounded like they were using the length of the room for running and jumping off beds. That went until 11:30pm. Before 7:00am the next morning, someone let their small dog loudly tip and bark nonstop for about 15 minutes. Then a large dog joined.

We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Dallas. The room was very accommodating for us having children. We also all enjoyed the breakfast!

I guess they had did some updates but they were horrible & I didn’t enjoy the smell of the room. Bathroom was very small. Covers on bed was very thin. Soon as we got off elevator & saw the outside of some of the rooms & walls. I was very unpleased & uncomfortable

Overall, I had a great stay. The check-in process was seamless, the front desk team was incredibly helpful, and I loved the quiet, secluded location. My only complaint involves the guest room doors; they are very heavy and slam loudly. It was quite a shock to be woken up by a loud bang at 4:00 AM. Aside from the noise issue, it was a wonderful experience.

The personnel were out of this world accommodating. The room was super clean. Breakfast was delicious. It is a 3-4 star hotel. Why complain?

DO NOT STAY HERE or other hotels close by. A bunch of vehicles were broke into and it’s such a common occurrence there is a security trailer in the parking lot that does no good and the cops don’t even respond. Multiple windows smashed and damaged, a stolen truck. They know they have a problem.

Hotel was easily accessible from the highway but not on the highway; very clean; breakfast was great; rooms were spacious! Wish the pool was heated for our early spring stay.

1st day Thursday turkey bacon was like beef jerky, bananas had black spots all over them about 20 total, bagels were like a rock. I am room 526 next door they were doing construction putting up cabinets using nail gun, hanmering, sawing, I talked with manager around 2 pm he said they were almost done, stopped for 1:15 minutes and it continued to 5:15 I told him if he had guest work to rooms over it would be be more tolerable. Point black he did not care. I just had eye surgery on Thursday the 1/29/26 and was needing to rest as told to manager

It was generally clean when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lined being able to ask the staff questions via the app. They were prompt & friendly in their responses. 5 day stay and housekeeping never came by. We literally had to throw our own trash out to the hallway bins, source bags ourselves and ask for things. Pretty sure the couch was missing covers for the cushions. The orange foam was exposed so we just didn't use the couch. Needed to extend our stay an extra day was quoted nearly DOUBLE the price so we booked elsewhere. We were also informed Hilton was supporting unfriendly enforcement staff so we likely will not be back for that alone

We checked in and went to our room, however the keycard would not unlock the door. Went back down to speak to Anthony ( he was great) He said the battery may need to be changed on the door. He text someone in managment who for the life of me could not understand we never entered the room. He kept asking Anthony if our stuff was in the room. We were not able to unlock the door to get in. Apparently the hotel was booked. Anthony had to find us another room for 2 nights. He mentioned we may have to switch rooms on Saturday but he wasn't sure at that time. Check in took 45 min total. from 9 - 9:45 pm. There was 3 other people waiting to check in while Anthony was waiting on text from management or maintenance. Our room was nice and we would stay there again,

Overall, this is a nice hotel. However, there was a large contingent of college athletes in attendance, so breakfast items needed attention. Particularly, the oatmeal was cool, instead of warm near end of breakfast time, and the 2% milk needed to be refilled. Also, our room’s toilet seat was loose and could not be tightened with the attached screws. It was broken from the hinges. I did not tell management as we were only staying 2 nights. I did report upon check-out as I did not want management to think we broke it. I reported that it was broken upon our arrival. Overall, this is a nice hotel. This was our second time staying here. I would definitely stay here or at other Home 2 Suites again.

The rooms were very clean, the AC worked well and the setup was efficient. The hours for breakfast are very accommodating and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job in keeping us stocked.

Hotel was Hilton level with great staff, but even as a Hilton Honor member I did not recieve a late check out as I went through Expedia--which is less expensive. You get the room next to the elevator etc. yet in this hotel the room is still great with a kitchenette.

Also, the only thing my kids like at breakfast was waffles but the dispenser broke so they would let you get waffles. Thankfully the sweet lady saw my frustration and filled cups with batter so we could make some. It’s in a nice area and comfortable.

I had a great time but have never been more disappointed in a hotel for the incidental charge. That price is crazy. You took away money I could have spent on my child. It was a trip to celebrate being together before I move. I was in 2 other Hilton hotels on my trip and neither of them charged that ceazy price. Very disappointed in how the staff didn't even care that the price was to much. They asked me if I wanted to cancel reservation. I have decided to not return to your location for that reason and have told family and friends.

Breakfast is always good when available. Parking is always great! This particular building showed some age though. The mattress was collapsed in the middle and we would eventually roll into the center by middle of the night. Toilet did not flush very strongly and sometimes had to be flushed twice. We actually lost water completely for a few minutes but it came back with no further interruptions. I understand things happen and it won’t keep me from booking again. I just hope Hilton takes proactive measurements and “freshen” up their business.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Couch in suite looked like a dead muppet and the cushions did not match the rest of the couch. Made room look old. Sheets were thin and would not stay on the bed. We would stay here again just needs some maintenance to be 5 star.

Easy access to highway. Rooms are very roomy and clean. Our room was facing the pool/highway so you can hear people screaming, traffic, and cars. So, if you're a light sleeper, I recommend you asking to get a room farther away from that area. But overall, I would definitely book again.

Truly enjoyed our stay and the room was amazing! Our only disappointment was the shower heads could use some serious cleaning and the water pressure was abysmal. The pool was also much smaller than anticipated but fairly clean. Breakfast options were plentiful and the staff were top tier! We’d definitely stay again just because the room was so spacious and accommodating!

This hotel was ok for the price. Most of the staff was friendly although one of the workers was very unfriendly. The place was clean but it was a little older than I was expecting it to be. I won’t stay here again but it was ok.

They need help with their overall daily operations. When I arrived it was late and I was able to park right in the front and use a bell cart to haul all my bags to my room. They were very nice and helpful upon arrival. When I got in my room, the beds were not made and there were blankets and pillows with no sheets stacked on top of both beds. There were sheets still on the bed that looked wrinkled so I'm like "are these clean for me or are these old from the last people who were here?" I notified the front desk but it was too late for housekeeping so I slept in those sheets. I got a courtesy text from the new manager the next day and told her the situation and she sent people up to change the sheets and make beds. I think housekeeping started the room but then just didnt finish it before I arrived is my guess. So that was annoying but it was just me so I didnt care. The following two days I had my kids with me so atleast I know we have clean sheets. They loved the room and the square footage is a plus. The kitchenette is huge when you have kids who are constantly hungry so that is a huge plus. I couldnt figure out how to close the drop down blinds they seemed to be broken so everyone outside got to see my gorgeous body out of the shower getting dressed. The breakfast downstairs I would grade B+ to an A. They allow pets so I smelt a feint piss smell in my room every now and then. Overall good just depends on the room you get. Im not too hard to please but to each their own.

The bathroom door broke and didnt work and the internet is not good. So if you need internet for tables or computer, get a different hotel. We tried to talked to customer services more than ones and they didnt care and didnt take us seriously, so we get tired. Not going back for sure to this hotel.

Didn't stay. No refund offered. Not a secure lot. No food except am. Not what was told when called before booked. Felt very unsafe when drove in and no food.

Quiet relaxing stay and good breakfast

Everything went down great - check in process was great. Loved that Hilton allows the use of digital key via the app even when booking via Expedia.

This hotel is very nice. Large modern rooms, easy parking and check in. The only issue was the breakfast. Everything was cold except the fresh made waffles. I choose a hotel with breakfast specifically and this one was disappointing both days. Otherwise all was excellent.

It was “okay”. A little dated, re-paint of bathroom door and “handle” were sloppy, and the holes created weren’t filled in. Just little things that give it the feel of an average hotel, not a more modern, upscale place to stay.

Everyone in the hotel was so sweet and welcoming. I love the convenient location were so close to North Park Mall. I definitely will come back.

Overall condition of the hotel is good, I can see that this was an older hotel that was renewed. Rooms where very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food selection for breakfast is good according to the type of hotel. The location of the Hotel is good if you need to be Uptown and moving to the north, we came to deliver our daughter at UT Dallas which is close from this location. You also have some good shopping and dining options close by.

This was my first stay and rooms are bigger than typical suite style hotels. I didn’t particularly care for location, personally. It is in a safe area, but too far out of the way for my work. I mainly travel for work not leisure.

My sister and I decided to celebrate New Years in Dallas..Ms Dee Dee and the rest of the staff treated us very kind..we will definitely stay here again!

Overall a great stay. Breakfast was really good as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Having to give a deposit of 75 dollars, and make its return in up to 7 days, is not right.

After understandably not having housekeeping service on a holiday, we were disappointed that housekeeping did not address our room the following day as the desk had told us would be done when we checked in.

The staff was amazing. The rooms very clean and the food was above average. Our stay for 3 days felt like home away from home

If the beds werent so hard and uncomfortable, this would've been a great stay. My husband and I got horrible sleep but everything else was great. The breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and everything was clean.

Great, inexpensive option!

Upon check-in, I greeted the front desk clerk with a cheerful “Good evening,” only to be met with a dry, dismissive “Are you checking in?” Brushing it off, I provided my ID and payment details. The issues began when I tapped my card instead of inserting it. Despite the charge being approved on my end (with confirmation from my bank), the clerk insisted the transaction was declined and became visibly frustrated. Even after I showed proof of the charge and had my bank representative confirm the payment, she refused to accept the transaction ID to verify it in their system. Her manager, Damon, was unhelpful when I finally spoke to him, offering no resolution other than insisting I pay again or find other accommodations. Exhausted and with no other options, I allowed a second charge to go through, doubling the amount withdrawn from my account. Frustrated, I went to my room (214) only to find myself next to a loud, partying group in room 212. Despite repeated calls to the front desk and a staff visit, the noise continued into the early morning hours, leaving me sleepless and irritated. The following morning, I spoke to Damon in person,

Room was very clean. Our baby was crawling everywhere & never had dirty hands. AC vents were a little dusty but that was the only thing with dust. When we left my husband said ‘I would definitely stay there again, we should leave a good review!’

I will use Home2 everywhere I go. It was family friendly and had decent breakfast. I didn't care for the pet friendliness aspect, but all pets were well behaved and restrained.The neighborhood appeared to be safe, and rooms were affordable.

The hotel is nice , the location is great, the service at the front desk was great, Anthony was perfect, the hotel have a pool, laundry room, looks brand new from outside, but the customers they don't care, so the carpet is dirty, the walls have a lot scratches, housekeeping is only every 2 day's but we coming back for sure, thank you very much for everything's.
