This hotel feels very new and modern, the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good (if too American for my taste). Full marks, will stay here again.

Great hotel. Elegant and well maintained. The only issue was the restaurant. We had planned a special celebratory dinner before a graduation ceremony at nearby Symphony Hall but never received our entrees because the waiter forgot to put in our orders.

There are still a few kinks to be worked out, but the hotel shows promise. Very well located.

The staff was pleasant and inviting. The breakfast and Bar was wonderful. Ericka and Larry at bar/lounge were the best. I will definitely be back again.

Right in the center of the Dallas Arts District. Opera, Symphony and Performing Art centers are literally across the street. Easy walk to Museum and Clyde Warren Park.

Always enjoy staying here....Hilton or Marriott affiliation doesn't seem to make a difference. Housekeeping fell well below expectation this time around, however. Ran out of tissue paper on day one....it was never replaced despite requests to housekeeping and the front desk.

This hotel is beautiful and located in a cool part of downtown. However the property got sold to new ownership 2 weeks prior to our stay, and Hotels.com didn’t notify us very thoroughly (just saying we might need to adjust our res). Then Hilton said our reservation was cancelled and credit card charges waived. Then Marriott said nope your reservation is still on! So after we finally found the right place it was OK. The other issue we had was noise—it’s next to very busy streets that can get loud with vehicles and people shouting at night. It aside from that the staff was nice and everything is artsy and cool.

We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. All the hotel staff was warm and welcoming. My only complaint would be with the car valets. They were not very attentive, and did not have the sense of urgency that most valets have. When we checked out the valet just handed my husband the keys and watched him load our bags in the car.

The hotel is under some major renovation and feels very understaffed. We booked the highest category room and received a nice corner room with pretty views but much smaller than what a 480 sq ft room should feel like. We made a reservation for the Ellie for dinner but found out that it was closed for construction (which was I did not know about). Had breakfast before checking out. Although the food was fine, our server/service was extremely slow. I wish I could have stayed longer! Everything about my stay was amazing. The room service food was delicious, and I really appreciated the healthy options. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. A huge bonus was the hotel gym — clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art machines. My stay completely exceeded expectations, and I can’t wait to come back.

The hotel was overall nice, but my bathroom was not very clean. I didnt complain since I was staying one night. But it was a nice hotel close to the theatre.

The decor and close proximity to where my work brought me. The room was smaller than advertised, and breakfast wasn’t offered when I needed it at 5:30 and by the time I checked out at 6:20 it still wasn’t offered even though I paid for it and didn’t get to enjoy it.

Good central location in a pretty part of Dallas. Love the art installations in this hotel too! Beautiful wall mosaic spans the length of the outdoor restaurant- great place for breakfast or happy hour

Staff on duty was not good for poolside service waited hours on food order and drinks were already watered down then I was charged for drinks that were not on my room. Hotel was new and beautiful. The art was also stunning. Front desk staff named Ava was fantastic. Manager H was attentive, polite and listened to our feedback and concerns as well as helped to resolve the issue promptly. The rest of the staff need serious service industry training. Rooftop pool is beautiful and serene. Ellie's bar and restaurant was excellent and the staff were great. Several bar tenders were great and accommodating Upon arrival was disappointed to learn the gym was not available as it was under renovation which would have been nice to know ahead of booking. They did offer a gym at a neighboring hotel but it's not the same as the convenience of being there. I can appreciate they were making updates but that should have been disclosed so we could determine if we still wanted to stay there. The location was very much on the edge of the area of the city. Several of the views faced highways or parking lots. When we arrived one of the beds bedding had some obvious signs of wear and the stuffing had formed hard pills of fabric. Found it odd that housekeeping would make up the bed using that bedding. Had to request it be replaced immediately. No rooftop service for the pool b/c it's "not in season" but it's still in the 90's. I realize staffing for this type of thing can be tricky but again should be disclosed. The pictures of the hotel made the pool appear larger, it's small. Very little shade was available, only two umbrellas. Chairs by the pool are extremely uncomfortable; they are hard wire style with no padding or pillow. In order to get drinks/food at the rooftop pool you must order room service (of course additional charge) or go down to the LL for Ellie's. Not exactly high end service. Several people at the front desk and restaurant were not friendly at all. Little eye contact, not personable. Bizarre. Monday 9/15 whoever was working the bar in the morning to mid day didn't even respond when my friend politely said hello, how are you, can I order some iced coffee. She just looked at her and then turned around to make the coffee. This is not a 5 star hotel. Went to the restaurant for brunch, NO one there except us and maybe 4 other people and we were rudely asked if we had a reservation??? Why be condescending? I could continue to go on but I can't. We will never return.

All was good except for My room not being serviced/ cleaned for two days I had to buy an extra day that was never utilized for the sale of securing a booking while the hotel was empty

I’m so disappointed with this hotel… this is a 5 star hotel? It felt so unmanaged, single ply toilet paper, hairs everywhere, not bringing up our luggage, bits of mold on the shower trimming, the safe vault was not functional in the room, 1 working elevator.. awful

Hotel was clean and looked nice. Location was decent - still have to drive to downtown locations but not a long drive. Many of the staff members were rude. Valet parking only - a garage was near by but technically not part of the hotel, and was quite expensive.

Staff was professional and friendly. They fulfilled all our request in a very timely and pleasant manner. The hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed all of the artwork.

It is a beautiful hotel, the staff were fantastic, love the drinks when we got inside as well as the valet ,grabbing our bags and opening all out doors for us. Those small touches go a long way. Love love the rooftop pool, the bar inside was also great. Several great options to relax while you sip. We will absolutely be back. The restaurant options could have been better, the pool bar could have offered a little more-

The property is beautiful and the rooms are so comfortable. Always have issues with billing, being charged multiple times for different things, just shady things with them. This has been the last time I stay here because it is just not worth it anymore.

Beautiful property in a great location. I had a beautiful room with a nice view. The food was also good. The wait time for room service was little long.

Very neat and clean, modern, nice furniture. Everything is just right, the furniture the colors, the setup. So quiet to enjoy a deep sleep. And location is perfect 10 mins walk to fancy restaurants. A cozy atmosphere. People at the reception are amazingly professional. Welcoming and they are after making you enjoy the stay. Special thanks to the team at the front desk, Marissa, Alexis and Eva are so friendly and offering any help or support all the time. I stayed for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay. Nothing in particular.

The hotel and the area was great! However, the tv and phone did not work at the room! They tried to fix it but did not work! Even though the manager offered to change rooms, a bottle of wine or pay for the room, it was very inconvenient! We took the credit! Appreciated the gesture, but you do not expect to deal with that situation in a hotel like this one!!

The hotel was very clean well organized, beautifully decorated, and the facilities were amazing. Everything I needed was a walking distance or a short Uber ride away and not to mention, the staff was amazing None

First, location was the reason I chose this hotel. Literally, a block or less to the Winspear Opera House. Second, I wanted a "fancier" experience. This hotel is bougie, beautiful, and everything I wanted it to be.

I enjoyed my stay at Hall Art. The staff members were very pleasant. The facilities were clean and decorated nicely. The artwork around the common areas were all interesting pieces and perfectly selected for each space. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Spacious bathrooms were a plus for me, providing double sinks and a nice sized shower. Extra points to the hotel for providing a beauty stool in the bathroom. There was live music nightly in the restaurant. The drinks were goodand the food just ok. The only thing missing from this hotel is a convenient store. There needs to be at least a small store for quick items. Especially since there wasn't a store option within the immediate vicinity. Overall I had a great stay and plan on returning!

Spacious bathrooms were a plus for me, providing double sinks and a nice sized shower. Extra points to the hotel for providing a beauty stool in the bathroom. There was live music nightly in the restaurant. The drinks were goodand the food just ok. The only thing missing from this hotel is a convenient store. There needs to be at least a small store for quick items. Especially since there wasn't a store option within the immediate vicinity. Overall I had a great stay and plan on returning!

The property is in a great location of downtown Dallas. Near the museums and other Arts district venues. Very walkable area and some neat bars and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful place to stay. From the unique artwork throughout the hotel to the friendliness of the entire staff, every aspect of our stay was perfect.

Absolutely fabulous, ftom the doirman opening the door to check in, to the chocolates being delivered at nite, to the most comfortable bed and extraordinary shower. If im in the Arts district of Dallas in here!

Unfortunately, for the expense of the hotel there were just a lot of details missing. Both mirrors were dirty in our room which leaves you questioning everything else that was “clean” there are no lights in the hotel room aside from lamps so if you get in late prepare to see nothing. Also, this one is for the girlies—no full length mirror. Also, not wheelchair accessible from the car garage side if you do not choose valet.

Night staff was so amazing and helpful and made checkin very smooth. Walking distance to food entertainment and night life. Will book again.

Beautiful property, close to great dining and entertainment but very quiet.

Great hotel and even better staff. Everyone was so friendly, and special shout out to Vernon who was very helpful with suggestions and just an overall great representative for the hotel. The rooftop pool was a favorite of the wife especially, and the service was top tier. I enjoyed the art as well.

Breonna at check out was fabulous! So ce it was our first time at Hall Hotel, she explained amenities and where everything was located. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and courteous! Very clean
