The refrigerator was not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains and human hair inside, and it still had a slight odor, which I believe was from durian. End up not using it at all. The room is outdated, and the bed sheets were not very clean.

Good location. We were lucky to get an ocean view The pool was old next to the breakfast buffet so everyone can watch u swim and play while they eat from 6am-10am

The location was perfect. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was good enough for a single traveler, with large windows and nice bathroom. The gym and pool are minimalistic but can be enjoyed. The breakfast was decent. Overall, great quality for a rather low price. The towels were not always spotless clean. The sink was at times quite slow to discharge water. It was an intermittent issue, sometimes worked fine, sometimes slow. Acoustic isolation was far from perfect. My room was located on the 5th floor, almost next to the breakfast area (third floor). In the first morning, the "happy birthday" song repeatedly woke me up starting from 6:30 am. The thing is that they have a nice bonus cake for guests' birthdays, and they put on this music during the breakfast. That's a nice touch but the music is quite loud.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The room was clean, bed was awesome, and staff were polite and helpful, especially Chi and Mint. The breakfast was superb. And the Lobo Cafe was exceptional. All good.

It was near the beach and lots of restaurants, spas and cafes in walking distance. Photos are what the rooms exactly look like. The hair dryer smells burnt when used but the staff replaced it when we asked for a new one so really not a big deal. Water drains slow on the bath tub

It is close to everything, the restaurants, massage, laundry, convenience stores are just opposite the hotel. The front staff are provided exceptional service, lovely and helpful, the staff at the breakfast buffet are all helpful and greets you every morning. The facilities are not maintained - the pool and the gym desperately need upgrading, hardly anyone is using it due to its state. The corridors on Level 12 where we stayed were not painted, just bare cement walls and is not airconditioned. The furnitures in the lobby needs to be replaced, and the look updated to match a 4 star property.

Avatar Hotel never fails to impress! The staff are incredibly friendly, and it’s by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. I keep coming back, and it’s always a wonderful experience.

The location next to the beach was perfect. Very small swimming pool.. Not very clean rooms .. Also sofa in the room was not very comfortable.. No place to dry wet clothes..

Very good location,1 block from the beach.Downstairs has a bar, Indian restaurant across the street delicious cook by real Indians.Ocean water is chopy but warm pretty windy in February.Was our first time in Vietnam and book 10days in Da Nang Beach but only enjoy beach twice??Im a beach person and I thought beach was like Bali or Thailand but wrong ? Wi fi conexion at the room drops all the time for my husband was pretty nervous

The staff is nice enough The AC in my bedroom didn't work. The hallway carpets are threadbare. It's showing signs of age all over the property

Very easy to find. And accessible to taxis. ATM machine in front of hotel. Walking distance to my khe beach On my first day, I requested housekeeping and the service was fine. On the second day, however, I did not request room cleaning and did not expect anyone to enter while I was away. When I returned, there were three housekeeping staff inside my room cleaning. While I understand their intention to maintain cleanliness, I felt uncomfortable because my personal belongings, including my wallet, were left exposed while I was not present. It would have been better if housekeeping only entered the room upon clear guest approval or confirmation. I believe clearer communication regarding housekeeping schedules and guest consent would greatly improve the experience and help guests feel more secure.

We stayed in a Junior suite with a sea view and the room was extremely spacious. First room in Vietnam with two bathrooms and an actual separate bedroom. The kitchen had no supplies but when I requested that from the front desk they quickly brought up everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent. The building is showing some signs of wear and tear and the gym wasn’t the best or most modern.

Good location to beach and tourist spots. Room was good. Nice beds and bathrooms. Quiet. Pool was a little cold. Breakfast was good and mix of Western and Vietnamese.
