Prime location with great restaurants, coffee shops and cowork spaces next to it and very close to the beach. Amazing stuff! And very clean! Feels like hot water is very limited

Wonderful staff: Nhi, Nhung and Thao were always friendly and helped me several times, always with a smile. When they saw I was staying for a few weeks, they moved me upstairs to a room with more natural light. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot, with a big rain-shower head. The lights, if you turned them off and then on again, switched from blue-white to warm-white, so you could choose your lighting, which was a fun touch. The pool looked nice, but it was too chilly during my stay for me to try it. They offer same-day laundry service. The Internet was terrible: it didn't work at all on the weekends and only for a half-hour at a time on weeknights. The only place with good internet was the lobby. The room had only one very small window. The bedroom floor was fake wood, and always felt weird, as if slightly sticky (I think this was the fake-floor texture, and not due to the housecleaning, which was good). The shower was in between the toilet and the door, and the tiles were the super slick kind that it's easy to slip on, so you always had to wear flip-flops for the three steps to the toilet.

The furniture was old and some spaces in the room weren't clean. And water was leaking from the bidet in the toilet.

Location was pretty central. Plenty of places around to eat, buy necessaries, not far from beach. This property only accepts cash payments. This is listed on booking.com but easy to miss. Also, since booking.com mentions credit card and ID needed to check-in, etc... easy to assume that CC are accepted. I had to go get VND from an ATM late at night.

The rooms seem to have been partially renovated. Some of the furnishing seem new whereas the doors to the room and toilet have only been repainted and are in a terrible state. The room floor laminate was warped and the toilet was fitted with tiles that were inappropriate for a toilet. The toilet floor is extremely slippery when wet. Almost fell twice while taking my shower

Near the beach. The pool is just big enough for children. Though I asked for a clean room in advance, I found that the pillowsheet was not fresh, there was hair and a smell on the pillows right after check-in. The staff did change them for new one, though. Even if this was an isolated incident, the hotel was rather weak for a 3-star level overall.

Great location in My An. My room was on 6th floor. Close to everything and the beach, but quiet at night. I slept well here. Room was clean, dry and no musty smell. Comfortable bed. AC and wifi worked great. They even provided some personal grooming items. The staff are so nice! This place is not fancy, but very comfortable, clean, safe, and a great area at a great price. The pool is under roof, but this could be a benefit during rain or if you don't want a sunburn.

Room size and modern furniture, soft mattress, sunlight, kind and supportive staff, daily cleaning, 24h reception, parking area for motorbikes, and swimming pool (we didn't use it, though). The water in the shower was getting cold faster than normal, not sure if we did something wrong with heating the water, though.

The staff were excellent, so helpful and kind especially a hi. What are the nicest decorated rooms in the whole of Danang. Very good location to access the beach or the commercial district. I liked it so much. I extended my stay for three more days.. No dislikes

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, especially Joyce, it’s well located , quiet and very clean with a daily clean and drinking water supplied I really enjoyed my stay here I liked everything
