Not very much. The lifts are extremely slow. The washing powder they use on the sheets was overpowering and it made me ill sleeping with the smell of highly scented sheets.

Price - I would say we got a good value for the money Location - lots of restaurants and stores nearby, fairly safe. WiFi - good. Staff - young guys and girls, who didn't do a very good at customer service. I would say a manager of the hotel needs to either spend some time and do trainings for the staff or pay more and higher better receptionists. When we checked in, we got a completely different room from what we booked. Smaller , with a tiny window. We asked to provide us with the room that is actually showing on the pictures in our booking. They told us that we need to pay extra for it. It was 11 pm after traveling on a plane, so we agreed but wanted to speak with a manager next day. Manager said pretty much the same - to get the room from the pictures from our booking, we would need to pay extra $10 a day. Not a big deal, but they need to mention that on their booking listing.

Great location near to vegan restaurants which we loved. Room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Room was quiet when windows were closed. Staff were polite and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and great value for money. Rooftop pool definitely needs some attention. There is not enough seating and no shade. Just some additional chairs would be nice so you can sit and enjoy the view.

It's was little problems but tougher with manager we fix this. Maybe good idea take off bath and instal shower on future.
