Location, staff, clean and well maintained

My room had an adjacent one with a locked door between us. I had no idea that that would be the case when I booked the room. The downside was that I could hear pretty well everything happening in the other room. A bit uncomfortable.

Pool water was cold. Need some lighting on the roof /pool area/.

Location was ok for its price - Looks very different from pictures - Found a used condom under the bed - Doorman was picking his nose

Perfect location and the staff is so nice! So accommodating and willing to help. They made Hoi An a great experience for us!

The facilities at the pool where very worn off. Some chairs were broken, thus did the lounge are not really invite to stay. So if you are looking for "pool-vacation" I would not really recommend it.

Location and bed is softer than most other hotels. Great pool with city view. Fair price Walls are very thin, so you hear everything next door. The hallway echoes too, to you hear the elevator ring non stop (easy fix- hotel turn off the bell, it’s not needed) does have a sauna and steam room but neither are operational. Lastly they say they have fitness center, but it’s really 4 pieces of equipment packed together near the pool making it hard to really use…. But I guess it is something.

The location was good and some of the staff was nice. Paint peeling off due to humidity and furniture was breaking down. Also we had a lot of ants in the flat. Even though there was a kitchen there were no knives. Apparently we aren’t allowed to use knives in the kitchen which beats the whole point of having a kitchen.

Only the receptionist during the afternoon was courteous and tried to help us with our issues. The morning receptionist needs to find another job in another industry. Maybe something not in the service and hospitality industry. Completely useless and inattentive. The room was smelling of cigarette and walls are paper thin. You will not be able to sleep here. Stay away from this property.

Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. It served my needs perfectly.

Exceptional

This is our third stay at the Adela. It's a great hotel for an exceptionally good price. It's in a quiet area, but close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. The roof pool is always a great place in the late afternoon for a dip. Would recommend, will definitely return.

Clean!

The location is excellent and the shower was good. The staff was helpful and kind. Spent a few weeks in different rooms. Some rooms were better than others; make sure you get a good room, and if not, ask to change. The only days we had with some sun, the pool was nice, the sauna was closed most of the times, and gym wise there are a few things but i prefered running by the beach. I will visit again, especially for a few days

Good location. Close to beach and restaurants

I have mixed feelings about this property. There were some very good things about the place such as the location, value, and size of the room. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. However, I heard from another family that the staff went through their luggage and took some items. We had a friend who stayed at a different location and reported the same thing, so I do not know if this is typical in Da Nang, or a one-off experience. If it was not for this incident, I would have thought the hotel was great for the reasons listed above. But I would take caution and secure your items if you visit.
