The location! ? The Staff! ? Our special Thanks to Ms. Nguyệt , the Chef (?) She's very friendly and cheerful She makes our days more happy and relaxed. ??? Overall, we enjoyed our staying & will return if we're going back Da Nang. PS: We're in Room 414 for 1 week. The room is nice and clean with the (limited) ocean view. The balcony was nice for hanging wet clothes after swimming. The bathroom should be repaired! The Cleaning Staff worked hard but still couldn't improve the condition of the "very old" and poor look bathroom.? The grouting's so bad, the corners, the connection of floors/walls were rotten, look very bad. These should to be improved to maintain the conditions of this small but nice hotel. The location! ?

The beach is directly in front of the hotel. LOT of restaurants are also very close . The rooms are large with basic amenities. There is no restaurant and also no taxi services through the hotel.

The location was right across from the ocean which was the highlight of the short stay. The staff was also receptive. A majority of the facilities were severely outdated. Our specific room’s door access to the balcony was stuck shut and we were changed to a different room. There were varying degrees of use within the room ranging from rusting window sills to unclean mirrors.

The staff were excellent, as is the location. The hotel is dated. On arrival, there were no towels in the bathroom. The window did not open to let in fresh air. The window frame was broken and the window was filthy. Trying to get wifi was an almost impossible situation. The manager used the excuse that it was always very poor due to the location of the hotel. There was no facility to wash the feet of those coming from the beach so mud and sand were traipsed into the hotel and lifts. There was a kettle, cups, saucers, and glasses in the room but no tea or coffee sachets were provided. I asked housekeeping but they told me that they are not provided. The owners need to renovate the hotel.

Good location. variety of food. near the beach. mini mart, high class massage at affordable price nearby. free mineral water. room is spacious. good breakfast. friendly staff. aircon take a long time to be cooled, water pressure quite weak. wifi weak. difficult to plug in power point. mattress very hard. breakfast run out very fast. can’t pay by credit cards.
