Location nearby the beach, desert room and cleanliness. No molds It can be a little bit loud in the mornings and evenings, from guzzling city notices and karaoke’s in the evenings, but not so much, not loud if you are normal sleeper, but if you are light one, that can be an issue, but nothing outside of normality

Although technically not beach front (two streets away from the beach) but was Quite lovely view of the beach. Super soft pillows and clean sheets. I needed to extend one day and they were kind enough to make adjustments and move my luggage.

The staff was incredibly helpful extremely responsive Special Note: Linh was especially attentive and ready to help with all needs. Her response to every request was handled immediately right on spot weather request for additional pillows how to get around The owners should take note I'm an American that is pretty demanding regarding service Linh is HUGE ASSET to your company I look forward to seeing her again on my next trip Nothing

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, spacious, and offered great hospitality. 1 minute walk from the beach. The staff at reception, particularly Linh, were incredibly helpful. Linh assisted me in planning my trip to Hoi An, recommending the most exciting places to visit. The room service was also top-notch, providing daily amenities. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Reception staff were responsive to issues. Refund was issued promptly. NOT BEACHFRONT - as advertised. TV, Safe and Hot Water all not working on arrival. No beach access and the street itself is super dirty.

2)The room type we booked was spacious, the small hall, the bedroom and the toilet are separate areas. 3) quite a few eateries just about 300-400 meters near the hotel 1) The ceiling of the bathroom, one corner just above the washing machine leaks water, small amount of it. Needs to be repaired.

I was given a sea view room on request which was fantastic, not just because of the sea view. The room was also spacious, with large windows on two sides and with a pleasant and comfortable interior. The place is very quiet, given the vicinity to the hustle and bustle of the nearby main street leading to the beach. The beach can be reached within a couple of minutes walk and is full of people swimming and jogging by 6 am! The nearby shops and restaurants still allow access to all the required amenities, without the noise experienced closer to that infrastructure, and there is also a Vietnamese restaurant right next door. The pool is a bonus and the whole atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable during my 10-day stay Breakfast, while reasonably priced, only allows for one option of a particular Vietnamese dish on that day, and there is no designated breakfast area (it will be brought to the room). This is fine for someone interested in exactly that choice but a long shot from a mixed Asian/ Western buffet breakfast.

The room was very large and well decorated. Very comfortable with a lot of light, two balconies and a drying rack for clothes on one balcony. Rooms were very clean. One block away from the beach and so very quiet.

Good service, new room, good location near beach. The staff was friendly. My room faced a soccer field and pickleball court. There was a little bit of noise early in the morning from pickleball players or soccer players. The windows were good though.
