Location was great - around 10 minute walk to the beach The customer service needs a lot of improvement. There were ants or ant-like insects crawling on the wall when I checked in, I reported that to the receptionist and she came to the room, sprayed them with chemicals, brushed them from the wall to the floor, laughed and left. No apology, no suggestions, no comment. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, the extractor fan is not functioning properly. Generally, there is a lot of wear and tear around the room, so I would not recommend it.

It is below average hotel (for the price of good hotels even after discounts) with a lot of noice going around. Owners ignored all my requests to leave early(I was willing pay penalty) and just pretend to not speak English. All the reviews are fake

The room is really clean and the decoration makes the room cozier. I can feel how much the owner put effort on every little details in the room so that guest can feel comfortable. Moreover, the bed is so comfy ? which I like the most. Downstairs next to the reception, there is a small resto. The hotel is in a small road so that I can enjoy the quiet atmosphere; and just around the corner, there are so many different kinds of restaurants. Beach is also just some hundred meters away. The staff here is friendly and supportive. Really recommended! ? nothing

Everything was really nice there. My air con didn't work and they offered me a new room with no problems. Quiet place and there is actually kitchen if you want to make some food.

Cavilla is a welcoming family run small hotel. It is just behind the behemoth hotels on My khe Beach. Only a five minute walk to the huge beach. The hotel is under the owners care, with minor renovations occurring. The staff, cooks, and guests are also welcoming. The food is delicious and prepared in house by cooks who occasionally break into song! Cavilla is a great small botel warm a great location for a Danang beach vacation. I suggested they expand the breakfast menu. Diner 66 is 5 minutes away when you need Bacon and Eggs.

Superb location, it is on a quiet street but still only a few hundred metres from My Khe beach, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and more! The staff members are really friendly too! For the price, the room is just nice for me travelling alone. 100% recommended!

The location of the hotel is very close to the beach. They advertised a queen bed and a sofa bed in the room, misleading guest to believe that the room could sleep three. The sofa bed turns out to be just a small sofa. It is not suitable for sleeping.
