Comfortable room, great location and very kind staff - will come back

The only problem that is not related to them is the tower that is being constructed 2 meters next, I could see the workers from my room doing their noisy thing.

I had a great experience at Jolia hotel. Fantastic location 5 minute walk from the beach and great rooms with comfy beds. The staff were exceptional and were really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Da Nang.

We stayed here for a month. The location is fantastic!! Walking distance to the beach and many shops, cafes and restaurants. Bed is decent and bathroom is large. The staff working here are all amazing and they deserve 5 stars for all that they do!! They helped us get SIM cards for a decent price, they helped w laundry service, recommendations and they offer tour information too. The staff will go above and beyond for their guests!! Too loud; there is construction going on right next door so we heard it constantly under our window all day from 7am until late into the night and even sometimes into early morning, and there is a billiards club behind that plays music from 4pm until super late and you hear the bass really bad and we were on the 5th floor. A friend was staying on the 2nd floor and said he could hear the barber shop’s music. We did have issues with bugs and loss of hot water. The bugs I get bc it’s a tropical location and luckily they weren’t by the bed. Hot water was probably interrupted by the construction bc we had no issues early in our stay but after construction started we started losing hot water after 10/11pm.

The hotel is at a great location in a quiet little street only a few walking minutes from the beach road. I had a beautiful spacious room with a large comfortable bed, which made my stay a pleasure even on a rainy day. I also have to mention Duyen from the reception. She checked me in when I first arrived and helped me with my luggage and the room safe. She is a lovely person, highly professional and takes care of any issue right away. The WIFI internet is sufficient but still could be faster.

Well located in the more affordable My An area. Only a 15 minute or so walk to the My Khe area. 5-10 minute walk to more local restaurants without the tourist prices. Room was big and covers clean. The rules for hot water availability were confusing and completely arbitrary. Room also had some strange small ants. Very stingy with the towels and took away the hand towels we requested. Pool view was not as great as the pictures advertised; hardly a partial ocean view. Gym was anything but with the heaviest dumbbell set around 7kg/ 15lbs. Laundry was more expensive than the surrounding businesses and took all day or longer. They don't even deliver it to your room and the scent was a very strong perfume smell. We ended up taking it to a business just across the street for 10k/ kg cheaper and it was ready within 3 hours.

Very comfortable and clean. The AC and WIFI were excellent! I particularly loved the shower. It was delightful None

The hotel is very nice, and the location is great—just a few meters from the beach. There are two halal restaurants and several vegan/vegetarian restaurants nearby. The staff is very helpful.

Huong at the reception desk was so attentive and helpful. We booked 3 rooms and while they all needed some upgrades and renovation, they served their purpose and we had a pleasant stay. The hotel being 5-minute walk away from the beach is their biggest pros. Rooms and the hallways need upgrades. The walls were a bit dirty and in our room on the 6th floor, the floor were peeling off

The friendliest staff I have ever encountered, perpetually warm and willing to do anything they can to help. My favourite new friend is Hoa, every night as I’d come home I would chat to her before going up to my room.
