Amazing staff- everyone was so kind, going out of their way to assist and help out. Ryan, the manager chatted with us and gave great tips and recommendations for our next destination in Vietnam (Hoi An). Breakfast was amazing, and had a huge spread with daily noodle soup changing for variety with both western and Asian options. Room size was small-ish, but it is exactly like the picture and was expected. So not a problem.

The staff especially the front desk were awesome The afternoon tea was bad, half a dough nut, no little tea sandwich’s, they really promoted the tea like it was going to special but turns out the worst tea I’ve ever experienced. It sucked! Breakfast had an uncharged for espresso drinks which had to ordered and were made some other place which caused a 5-10 wait for coffee drink, which had a hefty charge and a service charge on top of the price of the drink. That was surprising and it felt like I was being nicked and dimed thus making breakfast experience a lot less pleasant.

Good location to the beach. Room had a musty, damp smell to it. Shower door had a gap and didn’t close properly so water leaked onto parts of the washroom that should’ve stayed dry.

We loved the staff and the location the most, and breakfast was absolutely amazing. More like brunch with so many options and all quality, well made food. We could walk literally to anything including the beach within 3 minutes. The little coffee and beer Cafe stands outside the hotel are cute and have everything from smoothies, to coffee, tea, beer etc. And a ton of amazing restaurants in walking distance as well. Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was amazing - wide selection. Their complementary afternoon tea/coffee sessions were a nice addition to the overal experience. The rooftop pool is also quite nice, although it might get windy up there

The price that I paid for our family of 4 is very well worth it. We relaxed a bit at hotel once arrived hotel with enjoying free tea time at the swimming pool area. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the free one time 30 mins sauna due to time constraints. There is also free one time airport transfer service for us from hotel to airport. We like the breakfast buffet the most, the food variety is decent, they changed the main course and soup noodles menu daily, so we won’t feel bored even staying 4 nights here, all the fruits are fresh and tasty! Although this hotel is not modern new but it is clean and safe. The staffs are polite, friendly and fast respond on all messages to me even before I arrived. Understand that the massage or spa cost is always pricey at hotel, but due to time constraint, so we tried it at hotel. Although there is 20% discount, but the massage skill is below our expectation.

The hotel is perfectly positioned in the heart of the tourist district. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the Beach, meaning you can catch the sunrise over the water with zero effort. Plus, the surrounding streets are packed with incredible seafood restaurants, cozy cafes, and spas Rooms with balcony : Calling these 'balcony rooms' is a stretch. With a depth of just 35cm, they’re essentially just floor-to-ceiling windows you can crack open. Don't expect to actually spend time outside. We were refused service at the roof top bar at 9:25 because they are closing at 10PM Roof top bar is supposed to open at 9AM but you cat's find any staff there before 10:00.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is superb, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious and the afternoon tea on the roof was so good and provided a wonderful setting for relaxing and enjoying the sea and city view. Between those two food options I really didn't have to spend money eating out. I just bought some ice cream and tea on the beach. The beach is a super short walk from the hotel and is a very nice beach. Also anything you might need or want is right there around the hotel. I found it to be a great location. The family room is spacious and provided everything I needed and was so comfortable. Great internet and a smart tv. The bathroom was very nice, too. Beautiful hotel. I would definitely stay there again. I liked everything

The hotel price was very affordable. The staffs were superb. The view from the rooftop pool was nice. There was free afternoon tea provided (although the items were the same as the breakfast on the same day). Slightly outdated. If in other European cities, this accommodation would still be considered very new, but in Danang, new resorts/hotels are opening every year and it is a competitive business. But with this price point, I think it is a very decent hotel.
