A variety of local and western food Towels are rather old and starting to rip at the edges. Window in our room wasn't closed properly causing street noise to come in on the first night. Had to close the window again when I inspected the window the next day When booking, I have also asked for recommendations for a nice dinner as it was my parents wedding anniversary and my birthday. We got the recommendation, and that's all. Not even a anniversary/ birthday greeting was given when we check in. Whereas our hotel in Hue gave a small cake and rose when we check out to celebrate us. The receptionist also remembered our names and greeted each customers by name. I would go back to the hotel in Hue anytime over Monalisa.

Great staff, location is close to beach and restaurants, buffet is delicious! Can be more options for the buffet, it gets a bit repetitive but delicious nonetheless and more effort put into the health concerns in the kitchen. We saw the kitchen staff coughing and spitting in a bucket next to the food they were cooking, it was very off putting for our final two days. Ended up not finishing our meals. The hotel is very old in the details, definitely needs an upgrade. The detailing and brown wood is very old school but has so much potential, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable! The staff are also very attentive, I would recommend.

Nice property . Beautiful room. I was impressed by the coordination of my check out, they requested a take away breakfast and a car to the airport for a very reasonable price. Nothing to complain about

The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. The buffet-style breakfast was super delicious! We stayed there for three days and enjoyed different kinds of food every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, although their English wasn’t so fluent. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is very close to My Khe beach, and there are many restaurants, bars, laundry shops and convenience stores. As for TV, the instruction was in Vietnamese, so that we couldn’t use it first. But it was ok, the staff came to the room and taught us how to use it. The sea view was a bit blur and only a partial view, as the window was dirty and some high rise buildings were blocking the view.

Not having a restaurant for lunch and dinner

Location was good. Breakfast, if relatively basic, was convenient. There was no deadbolt (that couldn’t be opened from the outside) so it didn’t feel safe for solo female travelers. The safe not only didn’t work, but it was totally disattached from the wall, such that the little safe could just be taken. That is a problem in particular in a plan like this with ocean and swimming opportunities.

Some cocroaches in restroom sometimes, didn't get a safety box in the room - asked through booking and one time at reception. But not a big problem for me, it's Asia ))

Stuff is exceptionally friendly and assisting. Our room (9th floor) got all amenities needed. Breakfast with high varieties for food, however, focusing on Asian style, eggs cooked to order. The employees, kitchen and service, very attentive, quick, and friendly. Maids are doing a good job, too. Location very good, 200 m to the beach with beach bars available. Endless beach to walk. The entire hotel, incl. rooms, is furnished in a very special, dark brownish wooden style. You have to like it. But nothing to blame the hotel, we knew before from the photos. The weather was terrible (mid of November to mid of December)....not fault of the hotel.

bedside tables and plugs bathroom breakfast buffet staff were friendly but not helpful with information. there was no tourist information available. I found out on the last day that whille my one of the twin beds had a topper and was comfortable, the other was uncomfortably firm.

good location, near the beach area booked 3 rooms. Requested to have sea view online prior to arrival. When asked upon arrival, was told the hotel was fully booked. Other room types are available but not at preferred rate. Another friend booked just one day earlier got a better room and also at a cheaper rate. Was given a room on a lower floor, noisy street could be heard inside the room. Hotel rooms' doors not well built, noisy when other rooms open or close.

Great hotel right in the heart of 'western st' there's plenty of places to eat nearby, the beach is 2 min walk away. Bed was so comfy and good sized room, the breakfast spread was excellent. Nothing it was spot on.
