The facilities and the room need to be updated. At some point I can tell that the hotel had great facilities, but it seems that time has passed and no updates have been done. Clean but facilities need TLC.

Ms. Hanna or Ms Huong, the receptionist is an asset to the Ritzy hotel. Very helpful, professional and accommodating. Her English skills are very good. She does it all with a nice smile. Thank you, Hanna! Nothing!

The staff were great. The location is great but the hotel is a bit tired. We stayed two nights but housekeeping didn't clean. No big deal. No facility for credit card payment.

The area is nice. Check in was horrible, he couldn't find the reservation, took him forever, ended up giving me a crappier room than the one I reserved, but charged me for the expensive one. Didn't tell me the wifi password. They charged me for soup and water without disclosing they weren't complimentary. Check out took way too long.

People with Vegeterian Food preferences may find it difficult to have decent breakfast. We adjusted with boiled veggies , breads ,salads and stir fired rice somehow. Room size is way small for 2 beds and 4 person

the location is amazing and super close to the beach and the main strip of bars and restaurants. The staff are super helpful and are always happy to help with anything. the hotels felt a little dated the the rooms didn't have many normal features you would find in a standard hotel in 2024

Great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice with loungers and chairs. They have secure underground parking for your motorbike. Room was cleaned daily. All in all very good value for money. The aircon dripped a lot onto the floor.

The pool was excellent, the rooms were clean, and of a good size, with a Juliet Balcony The staff were very professional and super helpful, with good English skills The laundry service was particularly impressive, they removed stains from clothes I'd never been able to shift, and they were able to expedite the process when I needed to leave early The breakfast buffet was Asian. As a European we obviously eat certain things at breakfast, and I was disappointed to see noodles and not much besides The location was a bit awkward as well, you were far enough away from the beach to make staying in this part of town a bit pointless. Da Nang has the peninsula with the beach, in which case I'd recommend staying closer to the sea, or the main city west of the river, and this hotel is close to neither Nothing a taxi couldn't solve, but something I'd wished I'd known beforehand

Location very near to the beach and lots of mini mart near by. Also motorbike rental near the hotel for only 150k dong for 1 whole day. As soon as you enter the room, the room smell musty. Its unbearable unless you open the windows to let fresh air in. The dining area have bad smell too when you have your breakfast in the hotel restaurant unless you sit under the ceiling fan to disperse the smell. Breakfast is not when worth waking up for.
