I arrived at this hotel around 21:30 as a solo female traveler and decided I cannot stay at this hotel immediately. The photos are heavily photoshopped. The walls are molded, the furnite is very old and there is zero aesthetic in this hotel. For me it was depressing so I wanted to cancel my stay but I still had to spend the first night. We had problems around it, in the end I stayed one night and I hope to never stay there again.

No breakfast. We got 2 bottles of water a day but had to ask for them. Great location. There was a safety box in the room. Fridge didn't work and was never replaced. A water heater had to be turned on before showering. No instructions. I had cold showers for 4 days until my husband discovered how to work it. The fire bell went off the last night we were there. The front desk staff was not aware what to do. We ran down the stairs and went out to a coffee shop for an hour. When we came back no one was at the front desk. No sign, no firemen. No one said it was safe to go back to our room.

Location The word «Luxury» is a joke. I tried 4 different hotels in that district (changed them every month that I spent in Danang) and this one was the worst. No window, no fridge, bad cleaning, few electric sockets in a whole room, your bike gets parked into a basement without your permission, doors are not soundproof so you hear everything that happens in a hall. And the pool at the roof is a joke too. They never clean it, it’s just water with bugs and dirt on its surface. Very bad hotel

I've seen mixed reviews of this place, but honestly I don't understand what people are complaining about, especially for this price and location. Location is very close to beach, in side street parallel to main street. Clean room, everything inside room needed for stay. The swimming pool on the top floor is big considering that many Vietnamese buildings are very slim and some other properties in the area have tiny paddling pools. Here the size is alright, there are a few beach beds, and a shade. The restaurant on the second floor seemed closed but honestly with so many yummy choices, bahn mi, juice stands, cafés etc in the area, no need for it quite frankly. The room itself was comfortable. I don't think this is something that could have been avoided but some guests were loud in the corridor at early hours in the morning.

Location This was the worst hotel I stayed in within my 2 months Vietnam trip, this place would barely worth 1 star. The room was nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. They accept only cash, I wouldn't stay here if I know this but I didn't even think it possible in a 3 stars hotel, I never had this problem with other similar ranking hotels. They gave me dirty towels, there were no shampoo, kettle and hair drier in the room so I needed to ask for these even tho I checked in the evening so they had lots of time to prepare the room.. The bathroom was full of black dots on the floor, also nothing like on the photo, it was a small bathroom the toilet directly facing to the shower no door or even curtain around as there was no place for it. The whole bathroom was the same size like on the photo only the shower. There was a small sink, no extra place to put anything so no surprise one of the shampoo bottles fall and broke why they wanted to charge me 100.000. The receptionist staff barely speak English they even needed Google translate to tell me they wanna charge me extra what I refused explaining them I'm not willing to pay them any extra for sach a bad room. No window supposed to be in the room but still they put one which was facing to the public toilet so every night I needed to go out and switch of the light (sometimes several times) as bright light came into the room and there were no curtain on that window. Also thanks to this the room often smelled like toilet some cases literally smelled like shit. I can't even say that it worth the low price as I stayed in beautiful hotel rooms in other 3 stars hotels for the same price (or even less). WiFi was not too good, I could use it for work during night but after 11-12pm was already too weak sometimes barely worked on the phone.

Location and close to beach. Not as advertised. a) Maxhome Luxury - not luxury just very average basic hotel. What is advertised but DOES NOT have: Terrace, view, bath, minibar, bidet, continental breakfast (just Asian), beachfront, private beach, bike rental, hot tub, coffee house on site, currency exchange, minimart on site, executive lounge access, soundproofing. Towels were clean but very old and seen better days. Lobby packed full of very loud, shouting people constantly. Room not soundproof, could hear people shouting in passage as early as 6 am. Hotel rather run down and tired. Housekeeping questionable. Reception staff not helpful, asked a question and she texted on her phone, took out garbage etc and I just stood there waiting for an answer!!

The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, pubs, shops etc. Nothing was as advertised - Free bicycles (none), jacuzzi (none), gym (none), coffee shop (none), pool bar (none). The pool was clean and a good size but no grass as advertised, no umbrellas for shade just a pool with 2 loungers. Breakfast was free but Asian breakfast ie rice, noodler, fried eggs cold and piled up on a plate for how long???, no toaster, sliced bread uncovered so hard - went down once and left, never went back. My room (superior) had two single beds, the room was too small to have two beds, had to walk sideways to get to fridge/cupboard but had small window that could open. 2nd room (standard) had double bed and was more spacious but had no window, dark and dingy. 3rd room (Deluxe) was exactly the same as the other two in size/furnishings and had a small window like mine but was more expensive, I queried this and was told because it was on a higher floor!! I got them to change that room to the same price as the other two, which they did, she was moved to the room opposite on same floor, which was identical, and lowered the price, so not sure about floor level determining the price and difference. They advertise "on beachfront" and "private beach" - about 10 minute walk to beach so very close, where the "private beach" is, is anybody's guess. Room cleaning - came every day, sometimes left towels, toilet paper, swept, sometimes not. Shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, shower cap in room. Had kettle and 2 cups, coffee/tea sachets left in room day before we checked out - other days not. 2 small bottles of water a day which was great. In 12 days, linen changed once. I would not stay there again, not as advertised and different prices for different rooms, why as same in size, decor and amenities, only difference some have window others not. Good location - terrible management - needs a lot of work to live up to what advertised.

The hotel is relatively close to the beach, just 5-6 minutes by foot. There are many small shops and cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff is polite. The room is not small. The AC works well. They provide toiletries. The wifi works well, and there's a desk where you can work at your laptop. The price is quite competitive. The room was not clean, and it was not cleaned before the check-in (there was rubbish in the bins, including a smelly diaper). The flush didn't work. The swimming pool is closed for renovation, and it has been closed for months apparently. There wasn't any black coffee at the breakfast buffet, only instant milk coffee. The food was mediocre at best. In general, the place wouldn't be bad, but it seems nobody cares about the standard of service. I find that quite sad.
