Next to beach Read reviews on Google maps. They're truthful there. They gave me a room with a view into the wall of the neighboring building a meter away. When I booked, the photo had a different look.

The room has everything you need. Its modern and basic They don’t let you pay with credit card which I find absurd. My card was stolen in vietnam so I couldn’t withdraw cash. Figuring out how to pay was an unnecessary struggle. The receptionist helped me luckily There were ants in my room

The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was very close to the beach and restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The 2-bedroom room was extremely large. The room that I reserved wasn't available on my first night, so we had to split up into two standard rooms, instead of the 2BR room. My standard room wasn't the cleanest, but it was only for one night.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and nice with daily cleaning. Quite cheap for what you get in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam. Would definitely recommend ?

stuff location The decisive factor that made me choose this hotel was the sea view. All rooms have city view, not sea view. It's not easy to deceive

The location was the best aspect of this property. Our room had the hardest and squeakiest bed (every time you moved it squeaked) I’ve ever slept in, the most uncomfortable pillows, low water pressure in the shower and there were bugs in the room (baby cockroaches and spiders). The room wasn’t serviced even though the booking says daily housekeeping and when we went to try get new pillows and more toilet paper (since it wasn’t replaced), when the staff opened the linen room there was literally a rat in the room with all the fresh linens and products. There was also no bottled water in the room, not to mention it clearly needed a deep clean due to hair being all around the room and a dirty flossing tool being left on the floor next to the bedside table.

Likes: location, proximity, Indian restaurant super close, motorbike renting super close, mostly comfortable room. Staff: the staff is disinterested. They hardly care about your comfort. The reception guy is cold, would hardly help even after asked or getting injured in the hotel reception lobby area. He'll just sit there and watch while we frantically looked for ice or anything that could help. He just said a plain no and continued watching his video on phone. So you can treat this as a place to sleep but nothing beyond that. No hospitality, no concern, nothing.

the stuff were nice! good location, comfortable bed,good WiFi and tv work es well the floor was very dirty, black hair around the Apartment, bedding sheets smelled bed and there was a lot of dirty marks on the sheets. Also cooker wasn’t working properly, there were missing amenities no forks and plates! a lot of ants!
