The location was fantastic, very close to the Plaza de Armas de Cusco and la Av. el Sol. Both landmark places if you are here for tourism. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was fantastic, very comfortable and warm. Hard to chose one option to write in this space.

Triple room was 3 beds shoved into a tiny space with sliding doors overlooking the lounge area with no windows. Tiny bathroom with a shower head that isn't adjustable so curtain has to be closed when turning on the water. No place to hang or put toiletries or clothes. No bedside table. Completely different experience to top floor double room.

Large, bright room, good view. Very hot water. Breakfast held in reception area which was cold. Very basic breakfast.

Good location and decent room. Very noisy and cold. We were able to get a space heater. The doors are very loud and you can hear the people in the next room snoring or vomiting. The lobby and breakfast area is not entirely enclosed so it is really cold. Breakfast is eggs, bread, coffee and juice.

bkfst fine, had room 304 which is probably the best. it is very cold here at night and mornings, and there is no heat system, which is normal for Cusco. A space heater for nights would have been welcome, and I would have been happy to pay extra for that.

The rooms were big and felt very comfy. Very clean. The location was great and the staff were super helpful. Exceptional in their service. Room had netflix so was a great way to unwind. The room was not sound proof and was woken by someone playing folkore music until 2.30am in the morning. In addition there was quite a bit of light coming into the room so this made it a bit diffcult to fall asleep.

Room was neat and customer service was great and helpful Bit noisy and sometimes we can hear the talk. They could have put a board about to make less noise. We went to sleep early to get ready for early morning trips, but got disturbed with the noises and sound. Sound proof is required. Locks are the one which caused this, i think, People and even i struggled to get used to this.

I liked that it us very close to the Plaza Mayor in Cusco. It takes only 8 soles top to get there in Uber, or 15 minutes of walking. I also liked that there are a number of eateries within walking distance, and that there is a supermarket right around the corner. It was next to impossible to get a good balance between the hot and cold water mix in the shower. The entire I was there, I could never get the balance right. The water was either too cold or two hot. The rooms also lacked a clothes closet, not to mention luxuries like a mini fridge and a microwave oven, but those type of amenities are not common in many Latin American hotels, so Hotel Valle Andino is no exception. Furthermore, the TV relied on Netflix to operate, so if you are not familiar with Netflix, getting it to work properly can be exasperating. Finally, I didn't like that they did not change the lone towel they had in my bathroom, or make my bed until I asked. But all in all, travelers should take the nightly rate into consideration. At about $30/night, you cannot expect the amenities of a 5-Star or even a 3-Star hotel.

Location, staff friendly In winter time the breakfast location is very cold and windy, since it is the inbuilt corridor between the street and the building door.

This hotel is very close (less than 10-minute walk) to Cusco city center. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The bathroom was clean and well ventilated, the bed was comfortable, and the room offered large shelves for storing our items. It felt like coming home each time we returned. Some local recommendations would be great. However, our stay was short and this hotel met all our needs.

Great rooms, really comfortable! Great breakfast! No soundproofing - can hear whatever is happening downstairs but mostly didn't bother us About a 15 min walk to the plaza No heater but lots of blankets

Location is near the city center. Staff is helpful and supportive. Hot drink and selection of tea available 24/7 No slippers available, cold weather during the night. It’s recommended wearing your socks.
