THAT IS THE BEST HOTEL IN CUSCO!!! Hot water. ALWAYS! Amazing breakfast, fantastic location and friendly&helpful staff. Perfect location, very quiet. Everything was good!

We liked that the staff was so helpful and supportive of our stay. Mr. Carlos helped us to make sure all our tours were synchronized well so we could complete all of our planned visits. Hotel was strategically located near most of the important sites in Cusco City. We felt safe in Cusco City. Cusco residents are so polite. The hotel only has stairs, I believe. So, at early hours of the morning, guests ran down the stairs making noise sufficiently loud to wake you up. Mind the Cusco City elevation. So, in the first day of your stay you will feel those stairs to be very tiring.

Great location, amazing service!!!

Horrible stay.. There was no water during almost entire stay. We could not use bathroom, shower or brush teeth. Worst part, the staff did nothing to help.
-
Uncomfortable bed. Problems with water not being hot or running out all together. Not enough protein options at breakfast. Coffee was not very hot. Bad smell in the rooms and shower leaked.
-
Friendly staff, big rooms, many commodities, breakfast lunch box available Missing variety in the breakfast, a lot of fruits but other food missing; one day no hot water but was repaired straight ahead; you hear at night the telephone ringing from reception/kitchen

Hotel is in a good location to the main Plaza de Armas. We were able to walk to every place we wanted to go in Cusco. The staff was amazing and very friendly in a very genuine way. They stored bags for us and just made our first week in Peru perfect Really they did a great job Nothing I would change

The personal it's exceptional, the manager Carlos help us with a problem we have here in Cusco, everything is great in this hotel.

Customer care was exceptional. We had a major problem with a Machu Picchu booking that was cancelled a few days before departure. The hotel staff stepped in and arranged it all for us, transport, hotel, entrance and guide. We have a lot to thank them for. Breakfast was exceptional and definately the best we've had in Peru. Pedro at breakfast was professional, very attentive and ensured the best quality food and service was delivered. We must thank all the staff, Saul and others who we are sorry we don't have their names to mention individually. Thanks to you all for making our stay memorable. Gill and Nick Everything was exceptional so no negatives.

Room size Cleanliness, Shower an shower room

Could use more hot food ie potatoes, meat. They kept turning off our water, stopped running in the middle of my shower. Had no water to brush my teeth with. 3 flights of stairs to request our water to be turned on each time.

The quality of the fruit available for breakfast - best mango, dragonfruit, papaya I’ve EVER had Room was cold, hotel forgot to supply the usual water bottles and fruit on our first stint there (we stayed 2 nights and then another night 2 days after the first stay)

Centrally located hotel within walking distance of the main areas of Cusco. Older building complete with wood panels and creaky floorboards. Giant room and bed, which was nice. Small amount of off-street parking, but not secure. A bit noisy due to the neighborhood.

Exceptional

This was just a layover stop for us and I didn't feel well so I couldn't take full advantage. Breakfast looked good, the beds were comfortable, there was hot water and they brought us tea to our room when we arrived.

The staff are so friendly. Great breakfast and extremely comfy rooms.
-
Nice place, with a vintage look and peruvian style. I only stay for a night and it was okay. The bathroom seem very basic and old.
-
Lovely old building, comfortable beds, lots of hot water and large rooms. Good breakfast. Staff were amazing and so helpful. They made us feel special - thank you. Our bathroom was a bit dated with a burgundy bathroom suite but it was very clean and everything worked.
-
Spacious and clean room, hot shower, good breakfast. Free fruits and water available in the room. Free parking is available on the premises, but it's limited to about 3 cars.

The room we got was very spacious and had a big window facing the street. Each bed only had one flat pillow. My recommendation is to always provide two pillows per bed.
