Everything was good

The only thing we liked, was the kindness of the young man at the reception. Always helpful and gentle. Where to start. Room without window , extremely noisy you can hear everything from the next room . Breakfast was terrible, everything tasteless and ladies working there just doing nothing . In my omelette a big black hair !!

Nice, clean, very affordable. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The lady at the front desk was super nice and welcoming. The entire staff at the property made me feel welcomed. Each morning I was greeted with a warm and inviting smile. Close to Main Street. When there’s traffic you hear every engine revving

You never knew if you were going to get a hot or cold shower. There was a window from the next rooms bathroom into our bedroom. Although you couldn't see into it, there wasn't a curtain to cover it so when they turned the light on in their bathroom, it would light up our room.

Room and the bathroom smells bad

The location of the hotel is perfect. The personnel is helpful and apparently trying to do their best to offer good service but lack of experience in hotel business often ruins these efforts. The room that we got was way smaller than was claimed in the description (30 sq meters) and didn't have any windows. Eventually we received the room with a window but it was as small as the first one. So room size in the description was a lie. Another lie is when they tell about "Inner courtyard view". It means that the window overlook the hotel's roofed hallway which has no natural air circulation. The bathroom is tiny. To get hot water we had to let the water run for after about 10 minutes, and it didn't help every time. At check-in I was charged an additional 5% as a commission for a credit card payment. After an argument with the reception clerk, this money was returned. Breakfast is amateurish. Like in many LatAm hotels, there is no espresso or cappuccino for breakfast. It was very cold in the breakfast room. At least in our room there was no ventilation either in the room nor bathroom. Fortunately we had a window.

Overall the experience was not great! We arrived in the evening and were given the wrong room! We had booked a room for 30m2 (according to booking information) and the room was not even half with a fake window looking into the hotel corridor. We asked to change as I was claustrophobic but they weren’t able to accommodate it as they had already given our room elsewhere. They only managed to change the room the next day and even then it was a huge struggle to make it happened as the staff forgot about the issue and their room changed as they promised the evening before! In general it was very difficult to communicate with anyone in the hotel and no one was speaking English! The staff was unorganised and not trustworthy. So if you are not speaking Spanish just hope that they will not scrub up! The breakfast was very poor, we had to ask them even for cheese as there was nothing on the “buffet”. They offer omelette but don’t expect them to come for order, you need to chase it as well! The only good things was the location which was quite central in the border of the historic centre.

I stayed here over a week , no complaints ?, the staff and I mean all staff were wonderful and helpful, I messed up on my days which was my fault, but the manager went out of his way and put things right ✅️, I would definitely stay here again, thank to everyone ?

The stuff was super friendly. Everything we needed they were more than helpful. The location was really good. In Cusco the weather isn't so good. We would like if there was a/c

Location is good , staff are great... Great staff.

The staff are exceptional and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They don’t have a laundry service as such, but the answer to an inquiry at the front desk was certainly, bring it down and we will take care of it. Our room had a massive king size bed which was extremely comfortable. It was an easy walk from the hotel into the historic centre. We loved the hotel!
