    Very nice rooms with a kitchen. Truly nonsmoking inside. Some frustration if traveling with dogs. There is disconnect between the pet fee as stated on Expedia and the hotel. Outside: Hate gravel where grass should be. Pet space is only 12-15 feet by 15-20 feet with a tree in the middle, which is way way too small especially given no grass elsewhere and the dog area is overgrown and unmowed. A foot tall grass is on the tiny dog area. Grass on either side of sidewalks is 2-3 foot talk in some places. Negligent hotel maintenance outside in my opinion. Raised the grass needing mowed with hotel GM 4-5 days ago- but nothing was done. There is a large renovation junk container in parking lot sitting there for days. My view out my lovely windows is of the swimming pool and the junk receptacle. There are a handful of broken fence slats should be nailed back in place and not down for days- an apartment complex is on the other side. No one apparently walks the outside of the property for trash, mowing, broken items, spills. The hotel has great bones. The rooms are really great. Great linen and towels. TV, microwave, full fridge, couch, separate bed area, large. More attention needs to be paid to the words in their Expedia ad and the outside. Breakfast is ok. Eggs taste powdered. Fresh scones are great! Breakfast lady is sweet and hard working. Should be coffee all day but runs out early. Lots of places to eat nearby including Cracker Barrel and Outback Steakhouse.

    Nice rooms however bed very soft and there was a musty smell coming from A/C unit. Also, A/C unit had annoying noise. TV not hooked up to internet so could not use streaming built into the TV.

    Nothing. We ended up not staying. The room being changed from one with a bathtub to one without. There was sheetrock on the counters and some screws on the floor where it wasn't cleaned after being worked on.

    I didn’t like being switched not 1not 2 not 3 but 4 times in the 1st night. Roaches dirty beds. All I got was apologies from Expedia representatives anytime I called them. No offer of compensation 1 had to switch rooms twice at 3 in the morning and offered $40 the day of thanksgiving and I had to be up at 6. So no all around was not a good experience

    The front desk said the elevator would be operational in a few hours. The day we checked out, it is still not working. The swimming pool was not filled with water and it was an ugly eye sore. Several of the rooms were under construction. My room was hot. No one came to service my room or replaced the dirty towels. Had I known the elevator was working, I would have never stayed there. I am a disabled veteran, an inoperable elevator should be posted on the website. I wanted to go swimming. The pool was completely empty. I find it very deceitful when the website is not updated. I’m considering not using Expedia again to reserve a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that has a disability.

    I really appreciate that I can reach any destination within approximately 10 minutes or less, no matter where I am. I think the breakfast spot could have been better. I wish there had been more seating and a more spacious layout. However, I understand they were in the middle of remodeling, so it wasn’t a huge issue.

    I booked a handicap accessible room…now nonrefundable when the hotel called to let me know that they were under construction. My handicapped mother was ununable to come on our trip… it would’ve been impossible with elevators not 100%available for use.

    The website photos were nothing like the real hotel. The lobby, breakfast, and hallway areas were not ready to receive guest. It was really disappointing to plan a trip and then arrive to find a very nice hotel brand with such terrible conditions. I know I didn't have to stay but it would have been extremely difficult to find other accommodations on Labor Day weekend. I trust expedia to vet their listing so the users can be assured that what they see on the site is really what they are going to get when they arrive. Please make sure to vet these hotels. I have photos if you would like to see them. Thank you

    This property is in No Way what you expect for a Staybridge. The photos were extremely misleading. There was no pool, outdoor seating area, or a working fire pit. And the cleaning in the room was not up to par, especially the sink and shower areas.

    My stay with Staybridge this last weekend was nice. The rooms were great, very updated with full kitchen. The grounds and first floor were being redone so it was a little out of sorts. However, huge shout out to Jennifer. When it was time to leave she was so very helpful. She found a cart brought to our room. Loaded our items and met us outside to help load into our car. She not only was helpful , she did it with a smile! Great service, you do not run into that kind of care very often. Thank you Jennifer

    My stay with Staybridge this last weekend was nice. The rooms were great, very updated with full kitchen. The grounds and first floor were being redone so it was a little out of sorts.     •we arrived late and we were tried we went to bad without checking but in the Morning we found cockroaches in our room, which was extremely unhygienic. • The air conditioner made loud, disturbing noises throughout the night, preventing us from getting proper rest. • We showed the pictures of cockroach, they had changed our room due to the cockroach issue. • The lobby was under construction, and the main hall had frogs inside, which was shocking and unsanitary. • On the last morning, one of my sons became ill after breakfast with a stomach ache, which raised serious concerns about food safety. This experience turned our vacation into a stressful and unpleasant situation. We strongly believe a refund is appropriate under these circumstances. No parking was available when we got back to room to sleep overnight. Hotel Should have note it on line that hotel was under construction would have not picked this location.

    When we checked attendant was at desk, check in was fast. First room was kinda hot, when I went to adjust ac carpet was wet. Moved us to another room, room was clean and cold and carpet was dry.     I had to check out two days early because they started construction Monday and the smell made me sick. They gave me a receipt for the stay and then after I left charged me for two more days. I’m really upset. I think I should get those two days back.

Thankly, we stayed with friends who were able to shove the door open from the outside, or somebody would've gotten trapped inside.

    I reserved a suit i was called the day before and was told they were under renovations and I woukd be put in a standard room for seven people. Tgey place from check in to my room was dirty, unsafe for todler, and unsafe for me i am a transplant patient and to be immonosupressed around all the dust and filth my lungs could've caught pneumonia.

    At check-in they did not have the requested room available...it was on the floor being remodeled. Next two tries with key cards and door wouldn't open...hot in the hallway...given another room. Room was as okay, soft bed...really soft. Breakfast was very poor. Will not use this hotel again.

    I understand that each property needs to assist their customers to the best of their ability, but allowing multiple trailers take over the parking lot is unacceptable. Other customers pay the same price with the understanding of taking only one parking space. This property should reconsider its parking lot policy.

    Property was under renovations. You can tell our floor has been renovated. It was nice. You can tell they spray a lot of stuff to cover what's not a clean smell. Our floor was super sticky I had to ask for towels for the kitchen and bathroom floor. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. I would give a 6/10 it could have been worse. And the bad wasn't that bad.

    I had a terrible experience. The hotel is under construction.     2 people don't fit on a bed. Cockroach was inside the room. Preventative maintenance entered room to do an inspection. Following day, I was assigned to another different room, another worker entered the room without knocking for who knows what, worker just entered looked around and left. Business printer wasn't working.

    The shower was broken, and the water could not turn off, there were dents in the floor that made it unsafe. The pool was closed. There was no ice machine and one sugar packet for the coffee maker. When I called maintenance, they did not wait for me to answer the door, they just came inside. The windows didn't have enough blinds to shut out the sun, so we woke up EARLIER than planned. We figured, with all this, the free breakfast might be terrible and decided to wave it.

The website said breakfast was served at 6:30, but when we went at 7:00, we were yelled at, saying don't come back until 7:30. Also someone on the floor above us was BLASTING music starting at 6:00am...which is why we were wide awake and wanting breakfast so early

    Location of hotel was decent to surrounding attractions. MOLD growing EVERYWHERE!!! The first room had mold growing all over the bathroom and was all over the ceiling. When I complained to the front desk they changed our room, however, there was still mold and the AC unit leaked all over the floor.

The pool/hot tub was shut down and that is one of the reasons we picked the hotel. They didn’t offer any type of solution. There was another hotel across from us… maybe they could’ve partnered with them. The toilet handle was broken & it kept running, the tub stopper kept plugging up on its own while showering. The food was pretty good. The bed was comfy.

    There was a glitch (Crowdstrike event maybe) wherein the front desk would not release me a ready room even though I'd paid for it already through Expedia. The front guy demanded that I pay the $25 incidentals fee before he'd release the room to me. I even offered to put down the cash against the fee, but he would not budge. The woman ahead of me was given two rooms and was under the same credit card issue. Makes me wonder what kind of guy this front desk guy is as I am a different paint scheme than the woman he allowed in. Hate to pull that card, but, if you've been aggrieved before, you know exactly the way it feels. The room smelled musty/smoky, the whole place looked neglected, and the advertising said, "no pool". The pool was covered by a tarp and there was construction materials and big storage containers in the pool area like someone who didn't care about appearances ran this place. I'd spend your money elsewhere. I know places are limited in Corpus Christi, but, this place was a dump...and it takes quite a bit for me to be this down on something.

This is an absolute trash establishment. I will never return to this place and I recommend another property if staying in CC. Trust me you don't want to stay at this property, you'll regret it and I never complain about anything, ever! This however was the absolute worst!

Trust me you don't want to stay at this property, you'll regret it and I never complain about anything, ever! This however was the absolute worst!

    The outside and lobby area are great! It looks great, but once inside, the elevator hardly worked. We had to call the front desk to manually send the elevator to our floor, or take the stairs. A while section of the hotel was closed of and had about 20 fans rubbing along the hallway. The room and hallways had so many soft spots it felt like you would fall through. The room also had a huge roach. The insure sink was dirty and did not have a cover for it. The phones in the room did not work. The shower and base boards were so dirty. It smelled very moldy in the room and the hallways. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but not worth the price of the stay.

    The room was old, furnishing need to be updated. Several spots on the floor felt like you could sink into them. I think there might have been water damage but fixed correctly but just covered up with carpet. It was fine for the weekend but we won’t stay again. I find it hard to believe it was a 3 star hotel as it is listed.

    This place was one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. In fact we left and did not stay the two nights I booked and they refused to refund me any money. The first room we were given was dingy and the AC not microwave worked. The light in the bathroom flickered on and off. It took them an hour to finally get us into another room. The second room we got was just as dingy, the sofa bed where my kids were to sleep was dirty and disgusting. There were blood stains on the curtains in the bed room. At 11:30 at night I am searching for another hotel. I will never ever stay at anyone of these hotels again

    Don't show up 2:30pm trying to check in, they hold the line for 3pm. Then at 3pm, my room wasn't ready. Good hotels let you check in by 2pm. Breakfast starting at 7:30am on a Saturday was a little too late for me. Place is clean and location is convenient.

    The elevator was malfunctioning, and needed to be reset by the staff on multiple occasions. The 3rd floor had a strong humid smell. The air conditioning in the room was unbalanced, creating spots that were either incredibly hot or incredibly cold. Certain areas of the floor felt like it had weak points (holes) underneath the carpet, and the carpet itself was sticky and grimy. The only saving point for this facility was the staff, who were all very kind and willing to assist.

    Place needs a major over haul. Soft spots in the floor didn’t make me feel safe. Carpet was so nasty I wore my shoes the whole time. Front desk lady lied to me about checking me out a day early and I got billed an extra day. Do not stay here.

    Breakfast service was good but needed more options and needed to be refilled sooner. The furniture was old and ripped and had stains on both the furniture and the old dirty rugs on the floor. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned ever and was still the carpet when they first opened

    The hotel downgraded me on their own. When I got to the property they said they would refund me and Expedia agreed with the resolution. I never received the refund. Expedia would not let me cancel the reservation even though the room is not what I ordered.

    Location is great, everything is 15 minutes or less near. Arrival was great and smooth. Air conditioner was cold. Extremely dissapointed that the hot buffet wasnt served due to issues in the oven. Room has a good setup but rooms need update. Pool is abandoned and an eyesore Light bulbs were burndt out, ice maker didnt work properly, sofa was old and sagging, toilet wasnt clean, overall I am sad an IHG Hotel looks like this one. It definitely needs some TLC. I'll probably look for something else next time like an Embassy Suites or Homewood Suites

    The carpet in our room was badly stained in several areas, the towel and shower curtain fixtures were loose, and the mattress was absolutely terrible...overly soft and we both rolled to the center.
